I Love this place, cold beer, great cocktails, pool tables. Its one of those neighborhood bars that the Vets go to. You should go check it out, Ill buy you a drink if I see you there.

I cant rate the food because I didnt eat anything. Me & some friends went to support DJ MVP out there. I had a lot of fun. The service & atmosphere were great! Ill definitely be back out there again.

Came here for some karaoke on a Friday night. The waitress appeared almost instantaneously and took our order. Another lady who I assumed to be the owner came by to say hello as well. You can tell there were a lot of regulars there but everyone was very welcoming. Only thing I will warn people about is that they only take cash. We didnt learn this until our drinks arrived at the table. They do have an ATM machine on hand just in case.

The bar has a great atmosphere, but unfortunately, it lacks a lot for what a lounge/bar would be. They only take cash because they want to keep prices low but still charge a hefty price for their beers, but I can find many other locations with cheaper beer, and they still take card. So the service alone is underwhelming.

I was just visiting looking for a local bar and found this one. We tried it out. And it was a pretty chilled place loved the music. Drinks were good/strong and cheap. Nothing like listening to some good music and having a nice drink.

Do not book shows here, I came out to host karaoke on my birthday weekend, Linda the bartender / booking manager plugged in a bunch of the DJ equipment that another DJ left at the bar and blamed me for it, then I ended up losing a bunch of markers and an extension cord, and she refused to pay. Also the other bartender that night was so slow to turn off the jukebox that half the crowd who wanted to sing karaoke left before she bothered to turn it off. Dont get hustled.

The service is descent. Its a little hole in the wall. I recommend Texas tea. Its served in a small pitcher and its only $8.00. You only need one. Lol. If youre looking for a little bar thats not overly crowded, then this is the place!

I was a young bartender at Kings around 1983. I lived across the steet in the Lamp Lighter appartments. I was newly married, with a baby, and i was a GI. The owners and clientele were wonderful. They were sort of geriatric. I have many wonderful memories... but i got truly lousy tips!!! If youre there now, PLEASE tip more than you should!
