It was a very hard decision to make because this firm took care of me and made me feel as if they were gonna fight for a successful result. Denise Rodriguez was assigned to my emergency child custody case back in May 2023. She was a guiding light of hope for me at a time where I did not know what to do. Despite the substantial financial investment of $8000, the tangible outcomes were minimal, limited to mere paperwork receipts. My desperation for help was exploited, as the firm played on my emotions, providing false hope while primarily focusing on financial gains. Communication from the firm only occurred when additional charges were imminent, reflecting a concerning lack of genuine concern for my case. Further exacerbating my disappointment, funds were misallocated on irrelevant actions such as unnecessary subpoenas. A second opinion from another law firm revealed critical omissions and inaccuracies in my case details. Papers were neglected, crucial steps were overlooked, and the firm failed to pursue necessary avenues, including obtaining an amicus to speak to my children. The handling of interactions with opposing counsel exhibited a lack of professionalism, with attempts to coerce me into accepting deals rather than fighting for my rights. The senior lawyers response to my concerns was disheartening, lacking empathy or a genuine commitment to rectify the situation. I strongly caution against engaging Padia Law Firms services, as my experience is not an isolated incident. Discovering an overlooked review and witnessing consistent negative experiences with the same lawyer prompts me to share this warning. Attempts to report the firm to the Better Business Bureau were thwarted, highlighting potential ethical concerns. My fiancé hired her for a case involving his child. We paid thousands of dollars and got nothing accomplished after the default judgement was reversed and completely out of our control. She knew this and had no empathy to help after the facf knowing that we were back at square one after paying her lots of money. Months later we are now going through hell and trying to figure out what s the next step as we were when we hired Trisha. His child is being moved out the country, child support has tripled and we wasted so much money. Don t do the same and waste your time/money with this lawfirm.

Trisha is amazing!!! As a father fighting for custody of his daughter, I was either turned away by many law firms, or just told I would be wasting my money trying, even though I was told I have a good case. You dont know how deflating it is watching your child go through so much and not being able to do anything about it. Trisha was very open and honest about how hard it would be but was so supportive and said she would really fight for me. I had all but given up till she encouraged me to keep fighting. We did not win right away and had some set backs but she informed me what I needed to do for next time. She always answered my emails and questions even though my case ended. When we went back to court the second time, she was ready. We finally won and I now have custody of my daughter!!! She really fights for fathers out there.

Very dishonest, sneaky and deception played a part in my now 13 year old daughters case. I would never recommend this law firm. Wants to charge $1750.00 and I dont even know what this firm did for me and my daughter. I never agreed to this attorney nor did I sign anything. I hired Trish and the team at Padia Law to help me with a complicated divorce. I ve had bad experiences working with other attorneys so I was very particular with what I wanted in terms of billing transparency, communication, and representation. The process was long and arduous because the opposing party tried lots of clever tricks, so that was frustrating, but not the fault of Trish and the team. Morales Padia Law is an exceptional law firm at painting a picture and initially representing their abilities behind faces of lies. The initial call was received with open arms, promises of financial payments, strong representation in court and 24/7 communication. Unfortunately, after paying the deposit the attorney, not using their real name, called ?enise seemed to disappear from the case and was un-present for the planning stages. Realistically when ?enise called the morning of trial asking me to bring my proof, documentation, text strands and a statement of what we were trying to prove in court, I should have taken off running. But this being my first time with an attorney and already having paid the initial deposit I was too scared to drop out, for fear that I would lose my children without representation. Only if I had known. My attorney met me at the courthouse 5 minutes before the trial scheduling and didn t recognize who I was at first. I had to introduce myself and remind ?enise who I was. Anyone see any red flags yet? As the trial began I was immediately envious of the representation that my ex had brought as she was stern, to the point, and fought for her client. $enise understood the narcissism that my ex brought to the relationship as well as the narcissism that the CPS representative pointed out in her case study, but not one time brought up the emotional abuse that was endlessly handed to me in my 14 years of marriage. Multiple times during the case, the opposing party would lie to the judge and I had proof, that I had to bring because $enise couldn t provide it, but not one time did $enise stand up for me or my kids. Instead $enise would sit there quietly, seemingly annoyed that we were in court. Needless to say, I lost my case to a Narcissist, lost my kids, lost my dignity, lost my well being. I would highly recommend that you take your money somewhere else, unless you are ok with burning your money for fun, then they definitely will provide you with an unbelievable story to tell all of your friends. I don t know why this Morales Padia Law employees people such as $enise and I don t know how they can sleep at night knowing they steal from people in need. I wish the best for $enise and Morales Padia Law and I hope some day they will be worth the change that I find in the parking lot.
