Tiffany never gave up, never gave in, never ran away from the fight. The odds were against me, vastly outnumbered, inexperienced and all alone in this whole ordeal. Tiffany was there for me, through all of this! 5am emails, 10pm texts, she was the guiding force through all the muck and mire of the agencies, courts, officials. Made this whole experience less distasteful. It is very evident that she is well respected and honored by her peers on both sides of the isle. The ease to which she navigates through these proceedings is astonishing to say the least! I am grateful for Tiffany Crouch-Bartlett, Without her guidance and direction I would have imploded from all the pressure months ago. Because of God and Tiffany I have been reunited with my daughter! My wife and I first engaged Tiffany to represent us for a custody trial involving our grandchildren about five years ago. We had previous representation that was unreliable and not responsive to our needs and concerns. Fortunately Tiffany was the complete opposite. From the beginning her concern was our well being and how she could help us in our time of crisis. Tiffany is professional, extremely competent, and caring which is everything you can ask for when dealing with situations that are so emotionally draining. Her name is Tiffany, but I like to call her our Angel Lawyer. Before she signed on to represent my parents in a custody jury trial for my children, I watched her in action in other jury trials in Travis County. It was like watching a super hero in court - she was fierce against CPS and won the hearings I had watched. She is professional and highly knowledgeable, while also being able to understand and empathize with the high emotions involved in custody and CPS cases. She was one of two Wonder Women lawyers we had on our side during our trial, and I believe she is 1/2 of the reason we won and my children are with me today. She is the first person I called when I got served recently, as I wouldnt want anyone else representing me in family court. She is the best of the best!

Tiffany is an excellent family law attorney. She fights for her clients very well, and is well versed in Texas Family Law. She is very compassionate and well spoken so it is easy to talk about sensitive matters with her. If you have the misfortune to be in the middle of a family law crisis, she will work hard to resolve the issue immediately. While also clearly explaining different options you have, and pros/cons of each option. Family Law can be confusing and frustrating, Tiffany is who you want to represent you during the most difficult times.

I required some last minute intervention with an on going case and was referred to Tiffany, along with 5 other local specialists in these matters. She spoke with me into her Friday evening and had all the paperwork I needed filed in time for the Tuesday afternoon hearing. Shes very knowledgeable and respected amongst her peers. Also she will confront the agency and defend your parental rights in a professional and civil manner. I would highly recommend her services to anyone caught in this unfortunate situation.

Tiffany is one of the finest lawyers in Texas for fighting for parents or children in a case involving Child Protective Services. I have seen her dominate in the court room and she has been remarkable in her successes. She is currently the chair of the State Bar of Texas standing committee on Child Abuse and Neglect and is leading the effort to create a Child Protection Section of the State Bar. Tiffany is a dynamo and a powerful lawyer and I couldnt recommend her more strongly.
