My first lawyer ever hired and so far so good. My insurance was only giving me $3000 take home and that was supposed to fix my roof and other damages caused by a hail storm. I contacted Will Allen Law firm and both John Saenz and Savannah Garcia took care of me. So far I have been able to repair my roof that cost $11k+ . Im still in the fight with the insurance company for more to fix the remaining damage. Hopefully John can make good on his word and bring home a W. Back in 2023 my property in the RGV sustained storm damage. When I filed a claim with my insurance company, they said the damages were below deductible. My wife was involved in an auto accident with a large truck that ran a red light. Her car was totaled and she was badly injured. I consulted an attorney friend of mine as to who I should call and the Will Allen Law firm was at the top of her list. I contacted the firm and talked to Will Allan. Shortly thereafter an attorney by the name of John Saenz contacted me and we proceeded to instigate legal action. John kept in communication with both my wife and me on a frequent basis. The defendants insurance company attempted to offer a low ball settlement to which we refused. John continued to press forward and after a period of time we reached a reasonable settlement. Will and his team represented my mother in Colorado after she had been in a car accident by a hit and run driver. The police were able to locate the driver who was underinsured. My mother was seriously injured and her vehicle totaled as well as the property of someones home.
