BienVenue EaDo is a perfect small venue to host your party! Trust me, book the space, you wont regret it. Owner Brandon, was so nice and gracious. We hosted a very special dual celebration at his venue in Feb. We had several friends come in town from LA and NY who were all staying in downtown, the venues location was super easy to find and get to. Our guests loved the venue, parking is easy, and was beautiful. When we arrived the tables and chairs were already placed for us, the venue has a fridge and microwave which made things easy for our caterer. There was also a small getting ready room which was great for my mom and I to get our hair and makeup done in. Overall, I would 10000% host another event here. Book this place!

This is for Beinvenue. Was new to this and this process was easy and they were so helpful. The email and proposals and website goes into detail of what your options are and they respond super quick when you have questions. I revised my proposal twice to add to the package. Due to the decorations in the picture, I was able to add table and linen setup and it made this easier as we were able to set up in 30 minutes. They even supplied the bartender for the drinks package and Ms. Tatiana was the best. I cant recommend this place enough. Ample parking, great, enclosed location, and by far the cheapest and best place to rent. They even sent a detailed breakdown of Dos and Donts and were available if I need anything, regardless of time. The owner himself even walked me through and showed me where everything was. Literally took the stress away from event planning. Ms. Tatiana even helped with what drinks to buy. I was recommended here and definitely recommending to others and planning another event here soon. A+ and Im telling you, you wont find a better location and even if you dont bring decorations, this place is class.

We hosted a Sweet 16 for our daughter on January 6th at the EaDo location, and everything was beautiful! Everything we needed for setup was clean and accessible. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had and worked with our event planner to ensure we had adequate time to setup and clean up after the event. There was plenty of parking for our guests, which was important due to the number of people we were expecting. The inside of the venue is spacious, the lighting is dimmable, and I love the dressing room. Our daughter was able to get her makeup done and do an outfit change privately and with ease. We were also able to store our personal items in the room. I would highly recommend this venue due to its location, cleanliness and top tier customer service.

Held my graduation party here and it was such a blast. Modesta helped us every step of the way and always went above and beyond! The venue space is very spacious, we had about 9 tables and still had enough space for live bands, a bar, and catering. Hopefully we can book another event here in the future!

My client was looking to have a small and intimate wedding. We found this place and it was perfect for her. She purchased the exclusive package and this package helped us to just walk in and walk out on her wedding day. Excellent communication and service from the venue staff and all of their recommended vendors, and the decor was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this venue to all future clients.

Unfortunately our expensive experience was not what it cost us. NO AC!! No one showed up to help fix it during our 7 hour event. No fans. My guests had to stand outside. There were 3 different people to talk to, you never knew who was doing what. The decorator never called me. The open bar was never discussed in of 2 months of trying to plan. We received a call the day before our event about the bar. Strangers were in and out of the venue during our event. I had to pay for an extra hour so the caterer could set up. This was a horrible experience.

Wonderful venue. Hosted a joint baby shower here and it held 60 people comfortably. It was clean and spacious with plenty of parking and tables and chairs. The space felt very modern too. Outside was a nice size porch which we filled with decor. Inside had a kitchenette space with a fridge, sinks, and microwave. The most important of course was the communication with the owners. The communication was spotless. They really made sure in the weeks and days leading up to the event that we were comfortable and had all the information we needed to host. If you are looking for a quality event space, I would definitely recommend BienVenue Events EaDo.

We are excited to say that BienVenue was perfect for our Community Strategy Engagement Table Houston. It is an intimately spacious venue. We hosted professionals such as law enforcement, educators, therapists, pastors, community leaders, etc. They were all impressed with the location. The booking process was simple. I was refer to this location by a friend. I needed a space to host sneaker ball. They are very well on responding to all emails and all questions. We recently hosted an event for around 85 people and got so many compliments! This is a great location for many reasons its location makes it easy to get to from all parts of Houston, the charm of a renovated 100 year old mansion, the ease of the management team, their partners (you can tell they ve got good working relationship with caterers, bartenders and decorating teams-ask for recommendations!) and the overall airiness of the space. Overall, it s a fresh new event space definitely worth checking out.

Ursula at the office was wonderful and Frank who delivered my bin was very friendly! I had a few closets and my garage that were full of old work brochures and equipment. It was awesome to be able to clear that all up in 2 days. The price was reasonable and I encourage anyone to use this company! I actually required two bins, one for stone and concrete only that was going to the recycle center and bigger bin that was for the other project. I was so impressed from the first call to the last pickup. The owners are involved in the running of the day to day business. They show an honest interest in the success of their company. They were flexible, communicated very well and were on time. They put boards down until their bins to keep it off of your driveway and they do not have holes in their bins because they do not want to leave rust marks on your driveway.... what a great consideration!!! I will use them for my next big project, they were definitely worth it!!!

We have been doing some remodeling to our house and had a large pile of debris that we need to get disposed. I initially tried another company, but the company would not return my inquiry, even after I was told they would do so within 24-hours. I then decided to reach out to Bin There Dump That for a much-needed dumpster. Received excellent customer service from Laura, who took her time explaining the dumpster sizes and when they could drop off the size I wanted. The 20-yard dumpster was great, primarily because it didnt take up much space and it could hold a lot of debris. I am grateful for the service they provided and will be using them again shortly.

I rented a dumpster for some landscaping clean out and to dispose of old junk after the winter storm. The dumpster was clean when it was dropped off and the delivery driver made sure that the rollers did not damage the driveway. Despite the fact that there was a high demand for dumpster rentals, I was given almost a week to use the dumpster and the pick up left no debris. I would definitely recommend this dumpster service. I have used others and the dumpster was old and rusted out. This company keeps its products painted and clean. My next project will definitely include a call to Bin There Dump That!

Office personnel was great, I only had a bad taste with the female driver who picked the dumpster at Carrollton location, She steped on part of the customers grass next to the wood fence, it was wet due to weather, I believe she was tired and wanted to go home because she showed up around 5PM. My customer did not make a big deal, they were fine but I was feeling embarrassed a little bit for that action. other than that everything else is great, I still recommending to do business with Bin There Dump That.

We decided to take up a DIY yard remodel. When we looked around for solutions we found Bin there not only the easiest but cheapest. I called after hours and was surprised when they had a message service. Very nice to talk with someone. The next morning I got a call back and one day later I had the bin in my driveway. They called to check in and proactively scheduled a pick up. The best part was that the pickup driver not only came on time but after picking up the bin, he swept the dirt up to leave nice clean driveway. From the message service to the sweeping up, I would say this is one of the few companies that do it right. If you are like me and question if you are getting a good deal and working with a good company, I can say that is what I got.

We decided to do some work in the backyard and I had the dumpster ready to go in the driveway within 2 hrs. Cant believe how fast the service was. Everything was explained clearly regarding any extra tonnage fees (We disposed of concrete) and what can and couldnt go in. Very pleased and as always happy to support a local business!!!

I dont often write reviews, but my experience with Bin There Dump That was fantastic and I highly recommend them. We were downsizing and moving and many things needed to be tossed out. I opted to rent a dumpster to make this process easier. The dumpster was delivered timely and it was clean. I ended up wanting it a couple of weeks past the normal 5 day rental period and they were very helpful in working with me and giving me a fair deal. John and Laura were both very responsive, professional, and understanding with my circumstances and I very much appreciated their willingness to make things work out for me, at my convenience. If you are looking to rent a dumpster for a clean out, give them a call.

Very prompt and friendly service from the owner to the employees. I called them randomly because I saw one of their trucks driving down the highway and man has that turned out to be a stroke of luck. Laura answered the phone and was knowledgeable, and friendly. She emailed me my quote soon after we hung up the phone and the rest is history. I called a few days later, they offered same day delivery and met the time window they offered. The driver took care to not scratch the driveway and place the container exactly where I requested. When I called to have them pick up the container they were on time and everything went without incident. Great service and timely. Our HOA is very strict on dumpsters placement and they consistently placed the dumpster in exactly the same location every time. They put down wooden skids to protect from scaring the surface. The bins are neatly painted for construction dumpsters.

Never before used such a service. The staff is wonderful and helped me decide on the exact size container that I needed. Delivery and pickup were prompt and the driver did let me know when he was on his way to drop off the container. I called two days later in the morning for a pickup and it was gone that afternoon.
