Drive up pickup was horrible today 09/12/24 @12:35-1:05. Waited 20 minutes (along with 6 other cars) for orders. One man (worker) came out with 2 baskets and left them in a parking space and walked back in? 10 minutes went by and he never came back out so 2 lady s from other cars had to go knock and figure out what was happening. Then he came back out to deliver the stuff in the cart that was sitting out here for 20 minutes. Still not sure what that was about but now they are finally doing their job.

UPDATE: THINGS ARE EVEN WORSE AT THIS LOCATION!!! Do NOT go to this Target unless you have A LOT of time to kill checking out! There was a line to use the self-checkout lanes, and only 1 of the 22 lanes was staffed! Whats wrong with this place? The staff person assigned to help in the 4 self-check lines barely spoke English, was NOT friendly, and when the machine wouldnt give me my change, she pushed my cart (with my purse in it) way out of her way, and acted disgusted like it was MY fault the machine didnt give me change. I dont care if its further away. Im not coming back to this location to shop ever! 2 bad trips + things getting worse = lost customer!!!

Thank you Daniel for picking up the phone tonight and fixing my issue from drive up missing one item from a lot of combined orders!!!! I experienced the worst customer service from target chat online they said since store confirmed item was included I couldn t get replacement or refund. So I gave up and kept calling until someone picked up. I am glad Daniel solved my issue! He deserves a raise!!!!

8-1-24: Visiting this store has become incredibly and increasingly frustrating. Despite having 20-30 registers and self-checkouts on both ends, they only had one open register, (Register 1) and one open self-checkout area with 4 self-checkout registers, both on the grocery side and right next to one another. This meant a long walk for anyone parked on the home/pharmacy side as no registers were open on that side of the store, adding unnecessary hassle to the shopping experience. If the store cant manage its registers effectively, it would be better off with a smaller location or reconsidering its operations altogether. It is obvious that the Target management at this location is incompetent. If the management team cant handle running a store of this size, they should consider downsizing to a smaller, more manageable location. I will be contacting Target corporate over the extremely poor conditions of how this store is being poorly managed. All these registers and they don t get used. They need to be replaced with Self-Checkouts. Especially when they only have 8 self checkouts and one of the stations is out of order. It s ridiculous how long it takes to checkout at Target . When Walmart has 50-60 self-checkouts to Targets 7.

Great Super Target. Stocked well and organized. All self checks were closed off, and the checker needs a lesson in how to speak to his elders. He answered my mother in law with a yeah when she asked a question. She asked if he removed all of the security tags from our clothing items. He just sat there and stared at us. Great store, not so great employee.

Only one employee working a register with 7 customers in line. Three working self check out and the line is back past cosmetics. Customers in line blocking the main aisle for those shopping. Lots of employees walking around in other areas of the store but no one ever came to work a register. This means they know you are in line and they dont care. Nothing at Target you cannot buy cheaper on Amazon and you wont wait in line for a half hour to check out. IMO you should avoid the business and let it close. Another business will open and maybe they will care about customer service and hire a couple people to work the register

This doesnt deserve a single star, this target gave me a really bad time, customer service is super bad, I was paying by myself at one of the tills when this white old lady with blue eyes, white hair, approached me and she started telling me how to pay for things and how to use the bags when I never asked for help and just wanted to pay calmly, she started telling me that I had to scan other things when I was just starting to scan everything!!! So because Im a Hispanic girl, do you think Im going to steal an entire car of stuff? It seems disrespectful to me how this lady said to another person who worked there who was skinny, more or less tall, and had red dyed hair, she said something in her ear to make her watch me and the two ladies stopped in front to see how I scanned each thing, I felt harassed, uncomfortable, and it made me want to cry because I felt very harassed by these two ladies, I am hardly used to shopping like that so I use the bags in a certain way, but they two They simply made me feel very bad, very bad experience, I do not recommend it to anyone and now I am nervous about entering this target and being treated in this ugly way again, I would not recommend anyone to come to this target to receive this type of such racist treatment, just because we are Hispanic does not mean we are evil!!!!!!

Check the expiration dates on EVERYTHING. at this store. We used to love this store on Sunday morning, but now they have had just two people at checkouts every time, and we ve noticed expired food over and over again. Horrible. Beware. There were at least five of these on the shelf that were expired. There were two other items expired in other aisles before I thought about taking a picture. Updated: Following week having to wait even longer to checkout. Horrible. Will be finding a different store.

Store was messy particularly the ladies clothing department. The item I was looking for was out of stock in store but maybe available through app. Worked with sales person to order and purchase on hand held device which was a pain to manage -time consuming and problematic, as I still had to check out traditionally with other items. Then I also had a return which was tricky due to a language barrier. Overall experience was disappointing as this used to be my preferred Target location. You can do better Target!

This Target is terrible compared to all other targets! The store itself is fine, BUT they changed self check out to 10 items or less and then only have 1 register open for everyone else. When there should be 1 lane open for 10 items or less. They also are starting to only have self check out open during certain hours. Me and the man in front of me in line just had a couple of items to check out and with no self checkouts we have to go in a line with people with a whole cart full. I received the greatest customer service tonight from a cool black dude named Howard, who helped me check out. He was funny and in a cheerful spirit. I was putting my stuff in the car when I saw Howard sprinting across the parking lot towards me. I had forgotten my curtain rods and he brought them to me. I m so thankful for people like him. This Target location in Plano, Texas, has very bad customer service at cashier checkout each time I visit. Especially yesterday when I visited. * First, let me say, (I love Target) and the Target brand. ** However, Im speaking up to the awful service Ive experienced yesterday at this location. I went to grab a few items quickly on the grocery side I wanted to purchase. ** While shopping, I noticed how some Target employees kept a close watch on me... SMH... I thought that was very odd. ** And then, when I was ready to checkout, I had a lot of items, so I went to a cashier line who checked me out. 1. The cashier Did Not Greetme, say hello, and just didnt say anything. ** The cashier stared at me very rudely. *With an over the top attitude. 2. I had to speak, and I asked, Are you having a bad day? I hope your day gets better. *** The cashier was still so very rude. And 3. While the cashier was ringing up my food items, the cashier stopped scanning right in the middle of scanning my items and looked at me rudely. I said please continue to ring up my items. I said Im purchasing all items here. The cashier stopped ringing up my items like I couldnt afford it or something... SMH... * (if that was the case, thats a very rude tactic to do to a customer). NOPE, NOT TODAY!!! I told the cashier, Please continue to ring up my items ... Im not on no budget... no budgets here... smh.. *(And I have to say if some people are on budgets while shopping... that is fine, and there is nothing wrong with it.) *** I work very hard in my profession every day, and I do well for myself. **** What Im not going to tolerate is rude customer service. **** This location gets a thumbs down for bad customer service. *** Please TRAIN your employees better in dealing with (Diversity and providing excellent Customer Service) to all customers... no matter if the store employees may think the customer is a good or bad customer. Also, stores shouldnt rely on AI customer tracking services or apps to determine a customers character ... because those services could be incorrect. *** Always remember, to treat everyone fairly... because you never know whos walking into your store. **Having Good Customer Service can and does go a long way with customer loyalty. ** Thanks.

Its not easy running such a mega store. I just want to compliment the management and staff on a consistently CLEAN and easy to shop store. The biggest compliment goes to the drive up shoppers/staff. This service makes my life so easy that I use it 2-3 times/week---the guys know my car so well that they come out just as I park lol. Its free, fast, and your workers are all smiles no matter how hot it is outside. Thank you!

I wanted an eye patch to cover my left eye while the muscle rested/recovered; but search results only returned under eye treatments for puffiness; so I ordered, from Target, a clear bandage to put over my eye; but this was not exactly what I needed. It was when I was on another stores app that I used search term pirate eye patch that I was able to locate an actual health care product (not costume) that provided eye coverage and rest for my eye.

I prefer to use self checkout and am very disappointed that this location is now limiting the amount of items. They have a million check out lanes and rarely more than 1 or 2 open. The lines get long. I can use self check out much faster and bag things appropriately. Wish they would add more self checkout terminals like Walmart instead of forcing me to wait in a line forever.

I don t like others bagging my items (they never bag well) plus I use my own bags and I like to check and make sure everything is getting the right circle deals. I used to really enjoy going to this location but I really dont think I will be going anymore. Today I was there and counted 23 closed check out lanes and only 3 open. Because of this, you have to go to self checkout out and that is backed up all the way down the aisle. Their air conditioning sucks and its very hard to shop while you feel like you are going to pass out. I also noticed the aisle number lanes were missing as well so it was hard to find where to look for your desired items. Also, the proice tags were not displayed either. This has been going on for several months and something needs to change or you will lose customers.

Nice area and variety of products. The registers are never open, forcing you to go to self checkout and the lines are always long. The staff isnt very helpful. I saw one staff member arguing and yelling at a customer. You see people stocking all day but things are never stocked. The app will say a product is in stock but when you go its not available.

Super fast service when I called needing a very specific toy for a birthday party last minute. Our fault on last minute so we were stressing a little. It was a large item not on the shelf and had to be pulled from stock. Called on the way there after leaving another Target that said they had it but didn t. I felt bad like I was pushing a sense of urgency on them. They were all polite and didn t seem irritated with us rushing them and had the item at customer service within a few minutes of us arriving. Thank you everyone in the toy department and customer service area assisting us with our purchase of the Polaris Rzr in such a courteous and timely manner. It was very important for my boyfriend to get this for his granddaughters birthday party the same day.

Great place for beautiful stuff. I went to this store looking for closet space ideas and they have lots of beautiful selection. I love everything about target . Y all need security or loss prevention to be attentive at this store especially in the beer section and door entrance. My husband found one at this Target location. The trash can is a great addition to our kitchen. It looks clean, is minimalistic and quiet when opening and closing the lid. Target came through once again by helping me find what I needed.

Great experience with the young man in electronics who recommended, based on my needs, Beats Flex! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Convenience travel from home. They have sufficient selections from household, clothing, grocery items and more. I like the compactness of the store, you don t walk too far from one end to the other, or lose your family from one aisle to the next.

The last 3 times we have come here, there has been only 1 cashier working and dozens of people waiting to check out. We like doing our shopping here but it s become an adventure every time we go just to check out. Probably best to avoid Sunday mornings/ afternoons unless you want to wait 10 minutes just to check out

Decent Target, biggest issue is the wait to get any customer service. Queue for self checkout can be very long. Dozens of empty registers not open and not staffed. Self checkout cuts labor costs, but that doesnt stop Target from continually raising prices!

This Target usually has everything I need. My only complaint is this weird thing they do with alcoholic beverages where they dont default to putting it in a bag. Unless I specifically say dont bag it, how about having the cashier default to putting everything into a bag? The whole point of the bag is convenience and its not convenient to have to lug around a sixer with the awkward holder on top.

Curbside pickup is terrible. There are only 6 spots and people are constantly lined up to get a spot. Had to loop around 10-15mins and ended up leaving. The location for Curbside pickup is also poorly designed. Its right in the middle of the parking lot, not off to the side of the store like other dept stores.

I am very upset with the drive up/pick up at 2200 Dallas parkway Plano Tx. I placed an order around 4:08pm this king it would be ready within 2 hours as stated on the site. It is now 8:30pm and they have not even processed it. I called and the young lady stated they are an hour behind. So I waited the 3 hour mark. I called BACK to get more information as I am completely broke with limited transportation time frame. My kids have not eaten and my baby is completely out of diapers. As I was calling back someone answer the phone in guest services ONLY saying hello. Once I started talking they laughed and disconnected the call. At this point I am VERY upset. I called a total of 32 times before someone of a Manager answered by the name of Lagrant. I tried to explain that I understand things get pushed back but 5 hours?! And then to be told my order might not be filled today?!?!? I am BEYOND livid as I ve stated before. I have no money. My kids have not eaten and my baby is completely WITHOUT diapers. Lagrant showed absolutely no care nor did he even try to accommodate. This is not the Target I know as I am a frequent Target shopper. The level of disappointment with this location is immense! Starting to turn into Walmart. The company spent millions of dollars to upgrade and install new front lane checkouts and most are not even used. When the one cashier who is working calls for backup no manager and or any associates come up to assist. You can tell by the body language of the people they hire. They walk around like they own the place but are to good to do any work!!!

Store employees not obeying oral orders given from a store manager..I recently had knee surgery. While shopping for paper goods both my legs went in opposite directions. I kept calling for an employee who was near by but kept ignoring me. Luckily I spotted another employee and altered him to the spill on the floor. When the employee called for spill clean up that same employee who ignored me the first time is the one that came over to clean up the spill. The 2nd employee had told him I know I told you to clean this spill..the employee didnt respond. This could have turned into a really bad situation if not being able to hold on to the shopping cart..

Yesterday I purchased a $100 Visa Gift Card. The girl at checkout did not put it in my bag, and the $100 was spent. Target says they are not responsible, and Visa says they can t do anything about it because I don t have the card number. This is obviously a scam. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS UNLESS YOU SELF-CHECK OUT!
