About 4 yrs ago we started business with Michael. He has been attentive and very quick with getting results done. HOWEVER lately due to lack of professional staff his services have gone down the drain. He may not be the one ignoring his clients requests as it has to start from the bottom, he still responsible for the outcome. Seeing all these messages of dissatisfaction with their services, I realize that I am not the only one harmed by the lack of professionalism and their interest in money, far from helping people, they are hurting them and delaying their cases. I ask them to stop and reflect on what they are doing. I was preparing to make a rating to the services received by these people towards my brother on Facebook, and I realized that a few days ago I could do it, but now I can not, they have closed the possibility of doing so, because it is not convenient for new people to see how bad it has gone to other people like my brother, therefore, it is easier to deprive future people of that right, and continue doing their job badly, since the only thing that interests them is to collect money. Maybe some clients have done well, and I understand that they are satisfied, but taking into account my personal experience as well as that of many others, it has been the worst of all, and, in addition, charging expensive money. Be very careful with these people.

Our experience with Morgan & Associates has been completely unpleasant, not to use a less decent adjective. We hired Morgan & Associates to handle my sisters immigration procedures. As expected, they promised us excellent service: good attention, quality and promptness. These promises quickly vanished, shortly after receiving payment (obviously). The communications were terrible because they took a long time to respond to us, in addition to wasting a lot of time correcting basic errors (mistakes in names, wrong dates, wrong data). The straw that broke the camels back was right at the end: Morgan & Associates filed the wrong paperwork. The worst of all is that we found out almost 1 month after it happened, after insisting quite a bit on establishing communications. All this for nothing. It seems that they had no motivation or interest in providing us with the quality service promised. This situation brought us stress, a significant monetary expense and an unacceptable loss of time. If you value your money, your time, and your mental health, stay away from Morgan & Associates.

This lawyer leaves a lot to be desired. He only thinks about charging and charging but he gives a very bad service. Very unprofessional. He makes a lot of mistakes and has a hard time correcting his mistakes. A lot of work goes into dealing with him and his signature. Im afraid of the things he attends to because they seem to go wrong. I dont recommend it at all. There are many better and more reputable lawyers out there, which is the beauty of the competition in this country. Look for another one, its really the best advice I can give.
