Not sure if they were having a bad day or what, but boy, will never come back to this location. Complete failure of customer service. Older lady at the front was incredibly rude and had a scowl on her face from the get go. We told them we were leaving because we hadnt gotten any word about our seat and they had been staring at us while waiting for some reason, their response oh well. Almost hostile to us for some reason? Sorry for being a patron.

We went in for dinner on Friday and it was horrible. Have in mind, they hadn t gotten the Friday night rush at the time we arrived. Upon sitting down all of our silverware was dirty so my 3 year old used chopsticks. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come get our drink order. When taking the drink order the waitress had a horrible attitude. We went ahead and ordered everything because we didn t know if we would see her again. It took another 10 minutes to get 3 drinks. Our soup & salad eventually came out, but the sushi roll we ordered didn t come out until AFTER our food arrived. It took 40 minutes to get cold food. The only time we got a drink refill was when another server saw our cups were empty. My card was on the table so thankfully he got our bill for us. We won t be back.

We got here there was no people, we sat down ordered a roll and some hibachi we waited for the food Then we got our food and there was pieces of a roach spread out in my rice and the sauce on the chicken should be optional because all you could taste was salty soy sauce. In total review I will never go back there the atmosphere was bad it was nasty and dead roaches in the food.

$25 for 50% zucchini/onion, 30% mushrooms, and 20% steak. Unseasoned fried rice. Also paid $6 extra on top of a large order of fried rice for extra-extra shrimp, and got 5 small shrimp total on the rice. Spent $86 total for 3 people and we were not satisfied. Save your money and go to Sake instead. Tokyo is the Panda Express for Japanese food.

Hours on the door and Google say they close at 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday. Just two of us show up at 10:04 on a Saturday and ask if we can get sushi and soup. We was told there were closed. If you close at 10:00 the hours on the door and Google should be updated.

I pass this place every day and there are only a few cars there with maybe every other week 1 day might have a few more. Well I know why there is hardly any vehicles there... the soup was the worse Ive ever had... the salad had no crunch, dressing for salad was nasty... i got sushi/sashimi and it all tasted old. Money waisted and lesson learn!! I travel allot and have traveled all over the United States and I have to say this is the WORST Ive ever been to!!! Stay away from Tokyo steakhouse is my advice!!!

This place has gone downhill quickly. Floors were dirty, vent hoods could not keep up. Waiters acted like they were forced to be there. Food was not good. Hibachi chef all but ignored anything we said. We asked for ginger sauce and got what is pictured below, it wasn t ginger sauce and it was terrible. Steak was burnt. Used to love to come here. My boyfriend and I have been here twice. The sushi rolls are a hit or miss in my opinion, but he really likes them. We are in agreement that their onion soup isn t as good as the one at Sake Sushi Bar. I really enjoyed a couple of their drinks though, especially the key lime one, but we both agree that some of them are barely potable. The service is great, but I probably won t be back.

This place is probably the best in the area when it comes to selection of fish and asian beer and sake. One major drawback is that they force you to make your order at the door prior to getting seated which cheapens up the entire experience. Seriously what are they accomplishing with that :-/ Also, table service can also be spotty considering. I do eat here when I want a step up in quality but avoid it other times when Im not interested in standing in line at the door with a menu in my hand trying to figure out my whole meal.

The service was friendly, the food was good. I used to come here when I lived in the area about 10 years ago. It was a very beautiful place that was well maintained. The Hibachi grill was spotless and the bathrooms very nice and clean. The food was much better back then. Today its not even close to the same place. Im so glad I didnt use the restroom before eating, or else it would have ruined my appetite. Scum around the sink/backsplash, gang graffiti scrolled on the walls above the urinals. Really nasty. It has to have been many many months that they have not really cleaned the restroom well. The food was still pretty decent. And the Chef was very friendly. Our waiter was great as well, for this reason alone I am giving 2 stars. I noticed some employees walking around dressed in what looked like street cloths. I could only tell they were workers because they were cleaning up the tables, sagging jeans and just unclean appearance. Graffiti on the exterior that I didnt notice before entering but did when leaving. Also a dirty diaper in the middle of the first parking spot outside the front door. The state of the place is a direct result of poor management and leadership. Really hope they improve. As I cant eat there knowing how dirty they keep the places the customer can see, I can only imagine how horrible it must be away from consumers eyes.

Went here to celebrate a birthday. The staff was great and provided an extra table to put the gifts. Considering there were 20 of us at 2 hibachi tables, plus we were moving around at times, I was impressed by the fact that everyone got the correct food and my tea glass was never empty. I was even offered a tea to go for my long drive home. The steak I ordered was prepared perfectly with panache. The fried rice was wonderful, as were the veggies. Entertaining and yummy.

What can I say after I was very disappointed in the experience we had here . To begin our server looked like he just ran a marathon wearing what looked like a track suit and was not welcoming. One of our meals came with a salad which was disgusting it looked like bad lettuce with a big spoon full of throw up on top. Our chicken was mostly mushrooms and veggies .as we waited for 20 mins for our sushi because the printer did not work was there excuse was the worst the sushi was falling apart and was soggy and the ingredients were old like they had been sitting out definitely not fresh and just not appetizing when we ate It. We left our three sushi rolls and could not finish our meals . Very upsetting when read the reviews and expect good food and at the price you pay .

It was my first time here and was not impressed at all. Arrived at this location when they had just opened but they were already trashed under the tables that apparently they hadnt cleaned up before they opened the doors. I ordered the teriyaki duck and I have to say that it was one of the saltiest meals I have ever had and it tasted like it was liver not duck. I did mentioned to the waiter that the meal was very salty he just looked at me and said okay Ill get you your check. I did also order some sushi that was okay. But I dont think I will be returning.

That a filet mignon is part of a tenderloinI. ordered a Filet mignon. We received sirloin . I said something To my husband.. Because I was video and watching TV being cooked for my grandbabies.. Ask the lady next-to us what she ordered and asked her what her son was eating and she verified that she ended up with our tenderloin. Did not like where we got sat down at because of the view I had of the Togo room . I could see all the trash under the table like it havent been cleaned all week. Our server never asked us if we need another drink when there was a clear sign of an empty glass in front of us. I think they need a longer curtain to at least hide the room. And our food was cold.
