I was going to get a sandwich because it was one of the healthier options late at night. I have not been to this location in over a year so I expected something to change. The restaurant was the same except where the meat and cheese are there is a metal dome that makes it to where you cant see the quality of their product or what they are doing. There is no chart of what they have either. I guess you just have to know the menu or your screwed. The girl seemed new as she could barely tell me what they had for meat and cheese. Then the tiny sprinkles of lettuce and everything else started to irritate me. They should be able to make a decent sandwich and not act like its going to kill them to put some vegetables on the damn thing. The sandwich looked like a dollar menu foot long when she was done and cost $13. I wouldnt recommend for the hassle.

Waited 5 minutes 2 ladys up front. We were completely ignored we even told them we were ready. An they didnt even Acknowledge us. Another person walked in and they immediately greeted him and took his over us after standing there for 5mins. The Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Guess you have to be a man to get waited on. Wouldnt even waist your time.

Went in at 9:25, was told can t toast sandwich since the guy there already turned the oven off, calling at 10. We had ordered 2 sandwiches that had bacon and the guy said he was t sure if the bacon was raw or not and was going to server it to us anyway until we said no thanks. Gross If you close at 10 you close at 10 that s where you turn off your ovens.

I had the worst experience ever! I dont eat out much and was running an errand on my lunch break and I seen the Subway was across the street while pumping gas. I always get the same thing when I go to Subway. I was extremely disappointed at how prices everywhere have skyrocketed, so it wasnt a shock here. But for the extreme increases in food prices, the food portions should NOT decrease as well. My sandwich was so skimpy that I had to say something. I was told that if I wanted more it would be an extra charge. And even after explaining that Ive never received so little before, I was charged an extra $2.00 when he didnt even add a full extra portion size. I wasnt going to argue. I just knew Id NEVER return. Its sad that Im new to this area and this is the 2nd business Ill never revisit. Not excited about my move here!

Worse subway ever!! They will steal your money, your meal will go missing , someone who was not you will mysteriously pick it up, no remake no refund, no explanation other than they are just incapable of refunding your money or remaking your order. They DO NOT confirm who you are for pick up orders, so anyone can come get your food. Oh also theres some random people hanging out in the back kitchen who work there.. maybe they were hungry.

I placed an online order for pickup before leaving work yesterday. It was a rather large order as it was for my family. My wife was out of town with our infant, two boys at home, so with no time to cook, I chose the closest store. I arrived to pick up the order about 45 minutes after the order was completed because I had to stay a little later than expected. Upon arrival, I told the employee behind the counter I was there pick up said order. She began to look around confused as the order was not there. The cashier began looking through the system saying they didnt get the order. After finding it he printed out the receipt, and appeared to start making the order, but only a minute later approached who was apparently the supervisor sitting in the corner with two teenage girls. Not employees, and Im assuming they were family. She then brought me the receipt claiming the order had been picked up, saying the two teenaged girls seen a woman, and small child pick it up. She claimed it was not set out on the pickup shelf, but was behind the counter. That this mysterious woman came in, and gave my name for the order. I told her that is a blatant lie, and impossible for anyone to come in with my name for the order, unless they had the receipt showing well enough to read the GIANT BOLD PRINT that had my name on it, or someone just claimed it was there order without a name, or they probably just didnt make the order at all. Who knows. What l do know is nobody came in with the online verification receipt, and email for the order, which should be a requirement for the pickup. The supervisor told me to take it up with the bank, as they would not be providing a refund, or remaking the order. Saying there was nothing they could do. Would not provide contact info for store owner, or areal district manager. Kept referring to the testimonial of children who did not work there, and were most likely related to the supervisor. I had to write a formal complaint to the subway website for the store number, as they provide no direct contact information. All I received back was an email saying sorry you had a bad experience, thank you for the feedback. This is negligence, poor business ethic/practice, and lawfully theft by the company. Could not advise you more to avoid this location, or even subway as a whole.

Placed an order online. Had to use the website because the app kept crashing. I arrive to pick it up and the guy says hes out of everything. There was a number on my order they could have called if there was a problem. The guy says he cant refund it because no manager is there. Horrible location, will never return. If they were out of everything then it shouldnt have let me complete the order in the first place. I had to return to the restaurant the next day to get my refund. The supervisor didnt understand how to do it at first and just gave me cash. She gave me too much and then called me as I was on my way down the road telling me to bring the money back. This place really needs to get it together. Even if they do, I wont ever return to this location.

The guy that checked me out was slow and act as if he couldn t hear. I order two foot longs which he messed up. He didn t get the cheese right and in the main problem I had was he cute my husband sandwich which had sweet & sour sauce then turn around folded my sandwich and cut mine with the same knife. I know for a fact that not how it auto he done. Why would you cite a sandwich that has no sauce with a knife that you used to cut one that did.

Let me first say that the terrible service we received at this location turned out to be a blessing in disguise due to the roach/food sanitation issues observed while waiting to have my issue resolved. If bad service keeps me from eating bug droppings and germs, Im all for it! We placed an order in the app which stated it would be ready at 6pm. Arrived just before 6 and was informed by one of the rude employees that it was going to be awhile because we are slammed as he laughed apparently finding service failures to be funny. For personal reasons, it had been a long day, I asked to simply cancel the order and Id seek other options. I was told I could cancel the order in the app but found no option to cancel. I took my phone into the store and asked them to show me how, they couldnt find an option either and called the store manager on their cell phone and then handed me the cell phone because she wanted to ask me why I wanted to cancel the order. She had me leave my name and order information because she said nobody except her has the ability to cancel a Subway app order. Multiple times the employees were laughing about the situation and the fact the order wasnt ready. The Subway app said the order was ready, whether thats automatic because it was after 6pm or they marked it as being completed to meet some service level agreement I dont know, but saying an order is ready which hasnt even been started to be prepared is dishonest. While waiting on the employees to quit ignoring me and try to get the help I needed (even after they cleared the two people in line for orders they ignored me, kept their backs to me, and I had to repeatedly get their attention as there was no way I was paying for what I wasnt getting), there was a small roach crawling around on the counter where the food is wrapped and on the keyboard to the point of sale machine. I pointed this out to one of the laughing employees who squashed the roach with his gloved hands (he did thankfully change his gloves after) but did nothing to sanitize the area where peoples food, food wrappers, etc. are handled. These employees obviously need some additional training on how to balance in-store and order ahead customers, customers who order ahead and are provided a time it will be ready shoulldnt then expect to arrive at that time and be placed at the end of the walk-in customer line to be served whenever the employees feel like they can get around to it. They shouldnt laugh at people who were promised a time by their company which wasnt met. And the sanitation/food safety guidelines are pretty obviously not being met at this location. Ive reached out to Subway via their webiste asking for this order to be cancelled and refunded, I dont want anything free (I wouldnt return to Subway at this point after this experience, mostly because of the sanitation issue which is far less forgivable than even the horrendous service could be, the two young men working at this location have no business being customer facing or food handling employees) I just want my money back for service/food I never received and feel customers in the area should know about the bugs and how the employees at this location handle it.

1 young man working has *ZERO* customer service skills. Absolutely annoying. He was making another order from a receipt and NOT ONCE did he say anything in the nature of be right with you or say anything to even acknowledge us waiting there. Then when I asked to have my sub toasted he put it in to the point where my sub was still cold. Then watching him use the SAME dirty knife to cut the 2 previous sandwiches on ours and the ones behind was quite nasty, didn t wipe the knife once! Ive had multiple disappointing experiences at this location. Including today, when I came in and the blonde blue eyed guy gave me 2 scoops of tuna, on a FOOT long, when its supposed to be four. Proceeded to spread around the tuna to make it seem like there was more. By the time I made it home and was able to get out my sandwich there was no tuna on parts of my sandwich. My order which is usually quite thick was extremely thin, I tasted more bread then I tasted anything. If you cant do your job pls do us all a favor and quit.

The cashier was very rude and hateful. I gave her a $20.00 dollars. My sandwich came to $5.62. She was to give me $14.38 cents back. I told her I probably had change. She said it would mess up her drawer. I told her it would not. She insisted I owed her $5.69. I gave her $4.00, 4 quarters and 64 cents. She is over 2 cents. Bad experience here today 10/31/21. We arrived and the older guy ask us if we order online and we said no and the younger hispanic girl just roll her eyes. Whenever I started ordering the girl just had a bad attitude, didn t even give me enough meat on my order. Made the mistake of ordering delivery. When order arrived one sandwich had absolutely nothing that was ordered on it. Toasted sub was just thrown in a brown bag. My daughters sub had banana peppers added to it. The receipt shows how the order was so I dont know how they messed up so bad. Well they had their big roll out today for their new new menu and 6 inch sub give away. I doubt they gave many away because if you work and wanted to call in an order of any kind you had to call else where. They didnt answer their phone after several attempts to call in an order we called Jack in the box for lunch. Terrible customer service by the male employee on 5/21 at 9:15 pm. In the store was myself and one other customer. The other customer was ordering 6 foot long subs and he told the employee that he could check me out first since I was going to be so quick, but the employee said No, you were here first. Totally accurate, but I was just buying 2 little pre-made packs of cookies- which would have taken 1 minute to check out and it was suggested by the customer! It is always dirty in here (tables and seats). Today the workers were eating Popeyes with family that clearly didn t work there. The kids with the family were running all behind the counter playing with no masks on. The employees are always nice whenever I come in. Theyre happy to accept Subway coupons whenever I present them & the store appears to be well maintained. My only complaint (if you can call it that) would be that the refrigeration of the meats, cheeses & vegetables is a bit low because you can see the damage its causing them due to the temp being so low. But better to be too low than too warm

Manager has No customer service. Got charged for a transaction that was voided by subway. $19.48 They wanted a confirmation number of a non existing order, how the f... I ordered online so that I didnt have to wait inside. Parked right in front of the store. I had to wait 20 mins for my pick up time. I went in and they hadnt started my order. They said they didnt have bacon. It was on every order. They never called me or anything. They said they had a lot of customers. While there were several, there was one point while in the car that there was only one customer inside and only one person making sandwiches. When I went in, no one was at the counter and they still had not started my sandwiches. Then they started making them and I still had to tell them what I wanted on all of them because They would have to look it up on their phone because they were out of paper. Not only were they out of paper and bacon, they were out of several vegetables as well. Thankfully I was using the app and got our sandwiches for $5 each because I would have been mad ordering $8 sandwiches without half of the stuff I am getting charged for. They did put extra chicken on the sandwiches but it didnt seem like any more than normal. .

We waited close to 10 minutes in the front. Had to finally yell to ask if anyone was there. The ends of the sandwiches (we got 4) were empty and the ingredients were not spread out through the sandwich. Some of the Italian was only on one half. Very disappointed this evening. We were the only ones in there. It was not even busy and over half the ingredients were not available so there wasnt even a lot to use. I hope she was just having a difficult day.

I have ordered with the Subway app twice now for pick up at this location (on 105) and both times my food was wrong to the point I couldnt eat it. The first time they slathered it with copious amounts of sriracha sauce that I did not order. I cannot eat spicy food and I only found out their mistake after I was already too far down the road to take it back. I waited a few months and gave them another chance and regretted it instantly. I never get my sandwiches toasted. I like the sandwich cold. Well, they didnt toast it the usual way, they put my order on top of their incredibly hot oven and roasted it from the outside after it was made. When I arrived to pick it up everything was hot, melted, and gross to me. NEVER GOING BACK. Also noticed today they are serving sliced tomatoes that are mostly green and not even ripe. When I complained to them on the spot about my order being wrong for the 2nd time they came off as rude and annoyed that I even complained about it. At no time did they offer to remake the order OR give me a refund. I guess that explains why at 5:00 dinner time the store was empty. I certainly wont be back.
