I highly recommend Lozano Law Firm, I thank each person who is part of it, some time ago it was recommended to me to carry out my process and obtain my residency, so I did and it was favorable, at first it seemed expensive to me with other references from acquaintances, but it was effective and very professional, they guided us very kindly, taking care of every detail, to avoid any unforeseen events; 9 months in total, it probably could have been less time, but it took us a while to get what was required ready, in 4 months I obtained my work permit and in the following 5 months I already had my permanent residence. Its like pulling teeth to work with them. Of course the initial interview they were so friendly and helpful, after I paid them their fee it was so hard to get a an answer on our case status. Not organized. I been with them about 3-4 years .. One of the paralegals would send me information/documents/pictures about different families. That was last year supposedly there s 3 phases. And they skipped one of them. So basically in their end they messed. And still wanted me to pay full price for their mistake, & they couldn t recognize their mistake.. Hopefully, Alfredo lozano see this cause today, i had phone call scheduled, whoever spoke to me, didn t know what i was talking about or didn t know what they were doing and let me tell you, i was on the phone with her for about 4 minutes and i told her if she can contact my spouse and explain everything she just said to me to him, and she was like, i only get to speak to you for 15 minutes, so i can t call him and i told her when its been 4 minutes and i did schedule a another appointment so for you to call him . And all she said was she going to speak with the guy who scheduled my appointments . So the paralegals that working on my case, keep messing up. And i know they have other customers. Every time they need something from me, they will tell me in 2 months but all late . When theres a deadline at center. And my case is taking forever since they sent it Vermont center ( takes longer at the center) and now i gotta wait for response from the center gotta wait maybe a whole year & its sucks cause i could have gotten my card by now . Good morning, I do not recommend this firm. They dont answer emails, they make promises about their work times that they dont keep, and after a lot of chasing my documents, they finally send them to Immigration, what do you think!!! They rejected me for lack of a signature. I hired and paid more than 5 thousand dollars and they sent my incomplete documents to immigration, after almost 2 months that my documents were in supposed review they went through 3 people to review. To correct, they asked me to send a signed document, and that they would send it the next day. And what do you think? They went to training! Office closed. Nowadays, I dont know whats going on, I already called, still no response. You judge and think twice if you put your money here.

Poor communication and organization. I have used this Law firm last year to apply for my green card. They did the job and helped me get my green card, however it was a very frustrating experience. They were just moving the location of the office and because of the lack of organization they delayed my application by two months. They would not answer the phone and then our paralegal would answer our texts and emails days or weeks later. I think they didn t have enough staff to handle the workload. It was not an enjoyable experience nor a smooth process.

I had a very good experience with this lawyer. I am rating it a 5 star rating, only for the outcome of my case, which was a positive one. Any questions that I had throughout the process, were answered. That made me feel very comfortable. They also prevented me from further fees that I thought I had to make. That really made me feel so much better and safe. I truly recommend this lawyer, but please ask questions! Ask questions, even if you think they sound stupid. Worst lawyers ever!! My mom has a case with these people and its been MORE THAN 2 YEARS AND NOTHING. First, they had a paralegal that kept sending a document in the wrong format, IT TOOK MONTHS UNTIL THEY SENT IT CORRECTLY TO THE NVC. When the NVC finally approved it, they called my mom and told her that the paralegal was fired. Thank you I guess?? What about the money spent during the time? And what about the time my mom has been waiting?? Second, my mom had a concern about an issue she had before, she told them from the beginning and kept telling them, because we might not be immigration lawyers but we use our COMMON SENSE, but all they said was Dont worry! So if this was the previous paralegal fault, the new one assigned to her case should have studied it and realized the MOST IMPORTANT DOCUMENT WAS MISSING. But no, they even called her a week prior to the interview and told her that if she needed that document to call them they would do it for her. Seriously? YOU HIRE A LAWYER SO THEY CAN HAVE EVERYTHING READY FOR THE APPLICANTS INTERVIEW. The day of the interview, other people told her that their lawyers took MONTHS NOT YEARS during this process. At the interview, they asked her for the document that was missing and you know the rest of the story, she has to go back. So my mom call her lawyer and all they say is We can do it, you just need to pay $4000 additionally to the $3000+ she already paid them and the time spent. Oh but not just that, they want my moms husband to lie, something that could put his job at risk. WHERE DO YOU EXPECT TO GET MORE MONEY FROM IF HE LOSES HIS JOB? SO IF YOU WANT TO HIRE THESE PEOPLE, YOU MIGHT AS WELL THROW A COUPLE THOUSANDS DOLLARS TO THE TRASH AND DO IT YOURSELVES.

All experience is good with this law firm. My case is marriage-based green card after 3 years marriage. The case is not extremely complex since all my past immigration history is clear from any problem. The case is approved now after 7 months. Their team is professional with multiple people double review your case. They figure out that I do not need extra sponsorship from my wifes sister and I can sponsor myself. So, that saves some money and hassling during the process. They charge a little bit higher fee for their service. After the whole process, I would say worth it based on my personal experience. I would say that new clients need to be aware that the phone call is really not very responsive before 2 pm. I understand that they just moved to new location. But it would be very much helpful to calm the clients anxiety asap if they try to reach you.

I just finished my case with the lawyers people because I only saw him when he sold me a VIP package for $3,500.00, which in truth has nothing VIP in it, because they changed my secretaries about 6 times and each one that came in new, they didnt even know what was happening with my case. It was very stressful until the end, the lawyer they sent with me to the appointment never spoke to help me with a date that we never remembered because she never saw my case or studied it and the officer thought we were lying, the only thing he got up for was The lawyers point of speaking was to comment on some errors that they themselves had made in some dates and names, but she didnt help us at all, apart from the fact that she didnt speak Spanish, which was necessary for us. Anyway, the truth is that I see that this lawyer has dropped in category and efficiency and I honestly do not recommend him.

I personally do not give him any stars. I recommended this lawyer to my niece and this was the result. They demanded that she pay in advance and I paid well, thats how things were. They received the money and my sister and I did all the work. When my sister spoke to him The lawyer answered that his time was money because we did the rest and until today they have not even asked if the case was resolved because until now nothing has been resolved and the lawyer does not even care to know that they do not need a lawyer to apply for citizenship. I recommend that you consult the internet, do not give your money to lawyers who promise a lot and do nothing, only take your money.
