The woman that answers the phone reminded me today that I have called 3 times this week regarding my refund. She said, Everytime you call I have to stop what Im doing.... Ive worked in customer service my whole life. I would never have the audacity to tell a customer something like that. Im a single mom concerned if Im getting my 2500 back or a partial refund. I just wanted an answer as to when to expect it. I emailed Molly Tuesday about wanting to stop the process we started as my financial circumstances changed. She could have left out the complaint and just said they were working on it. But this is about how she spoke to me. Molly on the other hand was very nice and educated as to what legal action I could take when I didnt know anything. I appreciate her. If all goes well Ill come back when my finances are better.

I am so happy the original attorney I spoke to was unable to take on my case. He did me a huge honor referring me to Adam Wheeler. I have not felt so secure since my husband blindsided me and walked out of our 7 year marriage with absolutely no reasonable explanation. I am a military father who was previously awarded primary custody of my children by the state of TX. Recently had an incident that required emergent attention. Throughout the history of my divorce and custody struggles I have had experience with a variety of attorneys. Adam was the first attorney I have had who made me feel like I mattered and that I was more than just a paycheck. Adam handled my case amazingly. The outcome was favorable, but even prior to knowing the outcome I was planning to leave a positive review. He made room in his already busy schedule to handle my case. He was genuinely interested in learning the background and details of my case. He kept me informed of the process and readily answered my questions. His representation during the proceedings was excellent. He came prepared, had a strategy from the outset, and was flexible and adaptive when the defendant tried to derail that strategy. Adam restored my faith that there are attorneys out there who are also decent human beings. I cannot thank him enough for his dedication and quality representation.

I just tried to have a consultation with Adam about taking my case and after putting me on hold where I can hear him discussing someone elses case, he went on a rant about how his clients dont pay regardless of results, that you should always have the funds before trial and how hes currently trying to collect from 3 different accounts. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I have been Mr. Wheelers client for just under 2 years. We have been actively working towards what I like to call the divorce that never ends. It was a short marriage with a child, and when children are involved, emotions come out tenfold. While Mr. Wheeler did ultimately get the outcome that was best for my family, outcome is not the only thing that matters. Mr. Wheeler and his staff were always kind, patient and professional even in some of my less favorable moments. Mr. Wheeler has an incredible moral compass and has no issue (politely and professionally) putting his clients in their place when necessary. He is not a yes man- he will give you the truth even if it is unpleasant, he will help you set reasonable expectations, and he will offer you a pick me up when the process feels like it is drowning you. He can do all of this while feeling warm, helpful and like your ally. While my 2-year divorce/Custody Case was incredibly tumultuous and a lot of incredibly scary and difficult things happened, I never felt blindsided, alone, or like I received poor advice. Cindy is a literal saint. I have definitely called their office at least 7 times in one day and I have definitely also called while emotional (Lets be real- I was a Karen at times), and she was also incredibly kind and understanding. If you are looking for an ally, Mr. Wheeler is the attorney for you. Thank you so much Adam, Cindy & Staff. Mr. Wheeler came highly recommended from my EAP. He handled our case very professionally and always kept us in the loop. At times he wasn t available for calls. However, we saw and witnessed why (Covid, zoom court, etc.). When he is in all day court, give him time to respond because it took 2 days with our case alone and we wondered how each case takes just as much time or more. With that said he returned calls, text and emails as soon as he possibly could. He won our case and we were very satisfied with the outcome.

To be honest, my case isnt over yet. Adam picked up my case and had alot to unravel. He has been so timely with getting things moving. Even if things dont go exactly how I want (which I absolutely doubt because of Adams dedication and help with getting me a chance to tell my side) I know I will still be relieved and felt like I did win, just because he took the time to hear me. His support staff is also really caring, goes so far out of their win to help and most impressively, they remember small details that matter to you but most law firms would completely disregard. Adam was a great fit for me and my divorce case. Never any issues with him. Adam was responsive, informative and most importantly was out for my best interest. Very affordable also. He was an absolute pitbull at my private mediation (when it counted most) fighting and arguing to preserve my rights and on that regard I can honestly say that I do not have a single complaint. If your friends introduce you to this law firm, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. He and his ? Kathy MESSED UP my son immigration case!! REJECTED for G28 improper filing, and 2nd file REJECTED again for not file correctly!!, a year later case were denied. NO STAR FOR YOU!!!

If I could give him a 0 I would. I believe at first he was great very responsive and very professional. However as soon as we went to court he became unresponsive and unprofessional. I am now 3 months out of court and my paperwork still hasn t been signed. He has admitted that he completely forgot about it as well doesn t respond to emails or phone calls. I have asked him to remove himself from my case so I can get this resolved he hasn t and won t get back to me yet still has my money because I paid more to get the done. I want my money back that I paid extra as well as him off my case. Whatever you do don t hire him. It ll be easier to do it yourself or hire someone else.

Mr. Wheeler helped me get the access to my daughter I was seeking. He walked me through the entire process and presented all the options available to us. He was willing to work on my behalf with the other parent and we were ultimately able to reach an agreement without a full blown hearing, which saved us thousands.
