Durate multi-services did excellent on my taxes this year. Very professional and extremely nice owners and staff. I highly recommend their establishment and I will have my taxes prepared by them every year!!!

They provide an excellent service, they are very friendly and personally they have helped me and even corrected an error made by another notary office, which was not up to Mrs. Duarte to help me correct the mistake made by another notary office in Houston, Mrs. Duarte. She helped me a lot and I will always be grateful to her for helping me and I highly recommend her because she does help people, God bless you greatly

2 hours of waiting, for them to respond that a procedure cannot be carried out, being able to answer that by phone or there at reception. You should have an appointment system to improve your customer service and so that those who answer the phone have more knowledge about the different procedures.

Terrible service, they never renewed my itn number only page $ and it has been 2 years and I have not been able to receive the refunds and they did not send the complete forms for 2021 and every time I go they only tell me that they are working with my documents so what to wait I will never go to this place to do any paperwork again
