I was arrest for dWI 3rd offense and I will on the run for 3 years and It caught up to me because I was arrested for an evading arrest charge. I hired Ross and he was able to get me out of jail and I had a no bond and Ross got me a bond.Not only this he lowered my probation from 4 years to 18 months probation.Also Ross got me off the monitor and now I can live freely and work. Word of advice before hand, do NOT use this lawyer. You will never meet him in person, he has his office employees run his firm. He has been reported to the COMMISSION FOR LAWYER DISCIPLINARY APPEALS & previously suspended for his lack of loyalty & honesty towards his clients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Paid for a divorce in 2019 and now in 2023 I find I m still legally married, because he entered the wrong name. When I brought it to Ross Rodriguez s attention, he told me, don t worry about it, it s been filed, you ARE divorced . My wedding is suppose to happen in 3 months. Caroline later tried to call me and ask for more money. Before he was hired, I provided all the information and asked for a price. Make sure you communicate via email or text so you have proof.

Hi Debra Rodriguez and Sandra Sanchez Im going thru the same stuff I havent seen my son since last year on Christmas. So my childs father got bac wit his girl ive been going through hell and back and shes very controlling and manipulative she controls my childs father and his mom she gots my Iphone number blocked since last year in November. And so the girlfriend told me she told my babydaddy to only update me by sending 1 pick of my son once every Monday. So Im so fed up and need her out my sons life for good. And shes a mother her own self but helping them keep my son away so ive been having emotional distress for months and no peace I cries here and there wondering and my son non verbal and gots special needs so he cant defend himself if something happens to him while hes with them So Ive called so many professional people over months and still nothing because of the retainer fee I cant pay. Took a year to process paperwork to courts and then failed to add court administrator to his email to accept court date on August 30, 2023 when all along he told me it was a set in stone date!! He never once confirmed the date with the court. I decided to call for myself to make sure there was a date set since we had been down this path before. Then to find out by the county clerk office that date didn t exist .Lie after lie. A slap to my face! After 4 unaccomplished court dates and $4000 later I decided to FIRE him! Never went to court, never got visitation with my niece but yet sent me an invoice of $6000, what?! How?!! Not to mention his sister in law, Caroline, also his secretary, RUDE and mouthy!! A WOLF in sheep s clothing. Watch out for her she knows how to reel you in! ATTENTION MUST READ - He has been suspended multiple times in the last couple of years from the bar. He just recently had to pay a client restitution of $6,000. His BBB remarks are horrible. ( His office isn t BBB accredited and has a rating of F - the worst rating you can have ) Even the County Clerks Office told me to hire a different attorney because Ross Rodriguez and his staff don t know how to do their jobs. Do not and I mean absolutely don t hire this guy / his office. They are liars crooks and downright should be disbarred. Trust me please go some where else. Run. Ross and his office staff are rude, disrespectful, and will lie to your face. They don t return calls and or set up meetings. They will yell at you and send you bills with no explanation. I hired him in 2021 for a child case and he hasn t done almost anything. * The judge approved a warrant for my child s mothers arrest, and Ross went behind my back after I payed his office to have the warrant served, and made an agreement with her attorney to dismiss the warrant. Never gave me my money back and he caused a delay in my entire case. I had to fire him and now will be going to the bar association to file a complaint. He lost evidence I gave him when I hired him. His paralegal doesn t file paperwork correctly and I had to beg the County Clerks office to help me for almost 8 months until they finally sent the paralegal the correct way to file the documents. They just sent me a bill trying to charge me for things I never agreed to and stated that I had a retainer on a second part of my case they never discussed with me or showed me any paperwork because I didn t sign any documents stating I would. I also have the original paperwork of what I agreed to and paid in full now they want more money after I fired them. The paralegal literally yelled in my face in the office which I have recorded and told me to get out and set an appointment ( I have asked for an appointment for at least 1 year straight and never got a call back to make one ) no this is not a joke I m being serious over 1 year and never got an appointment set up to see the attorney Ross. While working with his offices other clients have complained and said they are firing him also. They have stated he puts their case off and also acts like their case isn t a priority. If you read any good reviews on his page I beg you to do your research because they are lying or it s someone he is friends with or has some business with. He is absolutely the worst attorney in San Antonio Tx. I pray for any of you who think about hiring this man. Don t do it. Over 2 years with him as my attorney and I still have an on going case with nothing resolved and had to recently hire a new attorney to now pick up the case due to Ross s neglect of my case. Do not recommend I live in Maryland and I hired Ross in 2021because my husbands case is was in San Antonio Texas. The warrant was from 2005.Caroline said that Ross would take the case.I paid the retainer fee of 3,500 at once. So they then charged me 2,500 as a bond fee. Weird my husband wasn t even incarcerated Then Caroline told me that he had to be present in San Antonio Texas which I didn t know that either no contract was given to me. So I asked for my bond fee back because that didn t make any sense if he wasn t incarcerated. Caroline came up with all kinds of excuses not to send me the bond money. Ok so then she told me if a lawyer has to take a case to trial and I didn t know that I told her so she said only an ignorant wouldn t know that if a lawyer takes a case to court they charge more.ok so me and my husband are ignorants. Well anyways Caroline told me to wait for Election Day may they ll make changes about my husband not have to be present in San Antonio Texas. Well election passed and still nothing. I had to send my niece Clarissa that works for a lawyer in late January or early February to Ross office then there after all of a sudden they did something. Before that my attorney in Virginia called the court house in San Antonio Texas and Ross hadn t touched my husbands case. So Caroline finally told me my hus had a court date in February through Zoom. Why telling all these excuses if when my niece went all of a sudden zoom courts were done . The case was dismissed but I acalles caroline and I ask her about the 2,500 bond money and she said Ross retainer fee is $5,000 because he ran around a lot . I thought it was only if he had to take the case to trial . They said I would only get a refund of $1,000 . Ok I said yes but come to think about I had pay bills and rent and I ask for the whole $2,500 and the made me say that I agreed to one thousand dollars because they did send me $500 but I was wanting all of $2,500. Well I wrote a bad review and they said for me to take it off then they ll send me my other $500 and I said I wasn t taking off my review and they said when I take off the reviews they ll send me the rest so I went to cashapp and requested $750 and $500 and they were both declined from Debra Ann Rodriguez. I even asked for $1,250 back and still didn t want to. My brother Rodolfo Rodriguez is incarcerated and before that he hired Ross for a case and my brother gave them almost $3,000. Where did my brothers money go I don t know. Caroline threatened me to expose my husbands case in social media. I m so hurt for my brother and how this law firm treated a human with a lot of physical and mental illnesses I wish I can get justice for me and my brother.

Do NOT recommend. Since August my father went in to Bexar county, its now October. His legal assistant has still failed to give me a itemized receipt as to what my fathers money went towards. She then told me that they usually charge for itemized receipts but that she would help me out with one. ( I work for a attorney as well, nobody charges for a itemized receipt) One time all she told me was well we did a discovery for the case, yet a discovery does not cost almost $3,000. Ross was not at his court date, he saw a court appointed attorney. My dad is now transferred to TDCJ and I still havent heard back from Rosss assistant. Im actually more hurt than upset, do not trust this law firm with your loved ones. Ive setup a appointment and i switched it to a phone appointment to even make it easier and still failed to call me, I even texted her to remind her and she kept giving excuse after excuse. This is literally bad business. Finally, I told her how can i speak with Ross since you obviously cant do your job (well I didnt say that) but I wanted to speak to the Man his self, and no call back no text back nothing. The Law firm will do nothing for you except take your money. I did all the research all the work myself, they couldn t even place an eviction notice on the right property. It s all sweet soft talk by RRodriguez and nothing was done except take $17k from my sister. Please look for someone who is going to get something done with your situation. Let me tell you my fiancé got 4 years and the lawyer told me 6 months he will get probation I said ok and we called to talk to the lawyer and his assistant said hed give us a call back we said ok hours went by we decided to call again and they instantly said oh you ready to make a payment like what? So we made sure to tell them they werent getting a dime from us anymore because they dont care for their clients one bit they care for money thats about it not once did we talk to the lawyer not once have we gotten a call back after we keep calling and asking for our balance dont use this lawyer he is unprofessional then he called and said to us he got 4 years he could of gotten 60 years and was being so rude to us and that only upset us more.THEN WE TELL THE LAWYER HES BEING MOVED TO ANOTHER STATE PRISON AND THE LAWYER HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA. Making himself sound very unprofessional not knowing about your own clients you stand for..sad They want your money dont use them they wont fight for you one bit.

Horrible experience!!! This office came highly recommended via FB thru friends and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I used them for an adoption, my adopted baby was born 11/18/14 and we still cannot close this adoption and we are now in 2017. This lawyer didnt do anything for me! Probably one of the worst family lawyers in San Antonio! He was hired to represent me in my family case. But I probably would have done a better job representing myself. They lied and told me my ex was fighting custody when he really wasnt. I feel for it of course. The whole time it seemed like he was working for my ex and not me, him and my exs lawyer would go off by themselves and talk things out. He got my childrens father to only give me a small amount of child support for three kids. Also had my daughters last name changed to my exs last name .and they also agreed that my ex would be able to claim the kids on his taxes. Like I said this lawyer did nothing for me! My case was easy money for him! I swear everything that i stated is true, do not waste your money here... It is true that you do not meet him til the court date...if anything it seemed like him and my ex lawyer were working for my ex... Did nothing for me!!!!

Ross is a great attorney he has helped me out with my child support enforcment.I have reccommended several people to him who were also just as satisfied. You can tell there are very busy, but still know what they are doing, Carolyn was very helpful aswell, I dont know why there are bad google reviews but I had a good experience and i will continue to use him in the future.
