Highly recommend Attorney Joe, Back in April I contacted the law firm by phone I had no idea what type of attorney to even contact for my daughters case. I was a father seeking custody and the right to be the primary parent. Mr. Cepeda was professional throughout my entire case. I had two cases against me that were for one reason but that did not matter when it came to this firm. Prior to this firm I had another attorney from a different firm that recommended me to use Hoelscher Law Firm. When an established attorney recommends another firm that says something on its own. Charles Peters takes his work/client(s) with pride and fought for me throughout a really long process that he could of just thrown the towel in and given up. Charles DID NOT throw in the towel but continued to fight for me on my cases and came out on top. Both were dismissed on a day after of him getting zero sleep the night prior because new evidence came the evening before my hearing. Right by his side is Clarissa who answered every phone call that she could and the ones she didnt, she would send you text stating that she would call me back within the next hour. Never took an hour to go by before she was calling me back. I even spoke to her twice on the day of her wedding. So if that doesn t speak for this firm either then I don t know what would. They are a must use and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This review is solely prompted by my gratitude and appreciation for the great work performed by Marco Cepeda and his paralegal, Trina. I hired Marco to be my counsel on a rather tricky interstate custody dispute. I wanted the best lawyer possible, but was on a time constraint. Luckily, Marco is an awesome lawyer and was able to take my case. Looking back, I see how blessed I was to have him take my case. I questioned his strategy at first, but luckily his expertise and tactics achieved success in a timely manner. He knows what he is doing and he is great at what he does. Being out of state and having never met Marco in person, I figured that there would be some disjoint in communication and that I might get taken advantage of financially. That was not the case with Marco. Emails, phone calls, and even text messages; Marco kept up with communication and kept me in the loop with updates as they came along. Another thing that really made Marco stand out was his sympathies for me in my situation. At the end of our calls his voice would change and he would ask me how I was really doing with things. I could hear the kindness and true concern in his voice as if it were a long time friend asking me how I was doing. I could tell that I was more than just a paycheck to him and that he actually cared about me as a person. At times when Marco was unavailable, I spoke with his paralegal: Trina. This lady is awesome as well. She was very knowledgeable about custody law and the legal process. Not to mention, she s a real sweetheart and brought some great ideas and strategies to the table. Overall, my experience in working with Marco and Trina was great. They were good at communication, they worked to keep costs down, and most importantly they did great work and utilized great strategy in order to keep things from getting drug out. Robert Gebbia Esq., is how should I put it......ONE HELL OF AN ATTORNEY.....a criminal defense attorneys ability to get things done for his/her client, lies largely in relationships and reputation... in the court I was in, apparently Mr Gebbia has both. I had a case that was enhanced to a felony, due to priors(Im no stranger to the legal system, ashamed as I am of it). He was able to get that enhancement removed and was able to get me community service. I will be completed with it in 30 days. This was only because of Roberts relationship with the prosecutors and judge and his reputation of being a lawyer thats much as for justice and the truth, as he is for getting his client the best deals available or an exoneration and dismissal of the charges.The retainer he charged was considerably less than what Ive paid before and received much better service. Call Bobby,(as they call him in the courtroom).

I hired this firm to help me get out of jail while waiting for a bed at SAFPF. If you were at all familiar with our criminal justice system or the courts you know that what I was requesting is pretty much unheard of. Normally we are required to serve what s known as dead time between the time of sentencing and going to the program. However Laura Zachariah was outstanding in her representation of me to the courts going above and beyond in every aspect and was able to not only get me released from jail (twice) while I waited for a bed at the program. She was also able to get the SAFPF portion of my sentence removed completely which was a big surprise. I had a DUI case at JBSA, which made it a federal misdemeanor. Joe was the lead attorney on the case but there were two working mine. It would take days for them to get back to me regarding questions and when the day of court came their case was based upon the breathalyser machine being wrong. I never indicated that to them and I had mentioned medical issues I was having that could have had an impact along with documentation. They thought they had it in the bag so to speak so they said I didnt have to testify either. The federal judge already had her mind made up that I was guilty so the jury voted that I was guilty and I received the maximum sentence of 2 years of probation after being on pre-trial for 4 months and in jail for 5 weeks. I had already lost everything because of this one incident and now the worst sentence was handed down. After, they did not follow up on anything or contact me because they got their 8000 for the case.
