Emmazing Play is one of the BEST places to host a special occasion. We have done 3 birthday parties here so far and have enjoyed each one. The facility is well taken care of and the restrooms are always clean and stocked with supplies. The party hostesses are very attentive and helpful. They will set up food tables and decorate so you don t have to. I have older and younger children and they all enjoyed themselves with the equipment that is set up. They really take some of the party planning stress away because they clean up for you and pack up presents and leftover food, they provided drinks, plates, cutlery and napkins so it s less items you need to purchase and bring. Rules are very straightforward so there should not be any confusion and if there is Sergio will answer any questions you have. This is really one of our city s gems for families to enjoy special occasions at. Thank you Emmazing Play.

We had a birthday party for my 2 year old son and entertained ages from 3 months to 10 years. All of the kids had a blast. There s a baby area so you don t need to worry about the intermingled ages of children. The birthday package is reasonably priced, especially if it s on a weekday. The business will do all of the decorating, cleaning, and announcements. You are even allowed to play your own music over the sound system. We also come here during the weekdays and it s not too crowded. I wouldn t mind paying $25-$30 for a monthly membership to be able to come as often as I would like, but they only offer single entries as of right now.

We had my son s first birthday here and it was a fantastic experience! Sergio and his team of hostesses were so well organized that I didn t have to worry about anything. The kids were entertained the entire 2 hours and all of the play equipment was clean and even being cleaned throughout the party which I appreciated. Everyone went above and beyond - I can t recommend them enough. We had a BLAST!

I typically hate coming to places like this due to the fact that they typically feel icky and full of germs. I went by Saturday for a birthday party and was beyond impressed by this place. From the moment you walk in til we walked out. As soon as we walked in we signed a waiver and they had everyone take their shoes off and sanitized our hands prior to entering the play area. It smelled clean as you walked in as well. The staff and owner Sergio were all amazing and so helpful. I ve never seen a place take care of the entire party like they did. I cannot wait to take my kids back here.

Excellent place for 12& under kids, very clean. We went for a party and they were excellent hands on hosts. They have a cute mini cafe and store for the kids to pretend to play. They have open play during the weeks and parties on the weekend. All adults need to wear socks

My son LOVES coming here. We started bringing him for socialization which he has issues with and had an instance where he was terrified by another parent here. Nothing the parent did, just the voice scared him. He was terrified, trembling, crying, and asking to go home. My heart was so broken especially since we just recently arrived. As we left the owner asked if everything was okay and I was chocked up explaining what happened because I felt so horrible that my son had such bad social anxiety and the owner was so nice, understanding, and the issue wasn t at all with the establishment itself but he still offered us a free pass to come back another time. We have them been back multiple times since and I have seen my son evolve and become more social. Additionally, they clean through the day, have free coffee, have a lot of toys, structures, and things for children to do. If you have never been they explain everything to you up front so there s no surprises. Very friendly staff as well

Had a bday party here for my niece, it was cool n fun for the kiddos but now I have a daughter and were planning to have a birthday party here for her BUT yall really need to change your website and Google maps hours. I came here twice for open play. Went after work and both times they were closed. Its real disappointing when you get your kid happy and excited for something and come to find out its closed. Their heart is always broken But besides that, this place is really great for 4months&up

Like the other reviews have mentioned..very clean! My 12 month old loved it here, especially loved playing with the shopping cart. The only thing I dislike was the slide. It is unnecessarily unsafe for babies. Try it first before your child to see what I mean. Youll come FLYING down. Other than that, its truly lives up to the name. Emmazing play!

My 17 month old loves it here. It is very clean and I love everyone has to sanitize their hands before coming in. They have a variety of toys and things for them to do. It is a bit pricey I wish they had memberships or packets to buy. But so far it s been worth the price per visit.

When my twins (now 6 years old) were younger we would have play dates here. I now bring my younger two. They love playing with all the toys and other kids their age. It s a nice, clean, safe indoor place to let your kids play where you don t have to be by their side to make sure they don t get hurt or into something they shouldn t. The owner is very friendly. I only wish they opened a little earlier because my kids wake up and nap earlier in the day, but we usually get about 2 hours of play time.

Yes I have been here. Twice. Its a great place, my son loved it for his party last year and we went recently for my friends daughter. Great little venue. I just had 2 small concerns. It is a bit restrictive and they have alot of rules for party host, and you have use their drinks. But maybe it has changed since last year. Dont over invite, or if you have a huge family read the rules on guest amount. I have a huge family, and during my sons party last year we had an issue with rsvp and we had alot more family attend than was noted. Yes, that was my fault. And while the staff was friendly, I was told to kick out my guest and stop allowing guest to come in because theres was no eating room. Oh man, that made me sick to my stomach telling our family to not come. That made my stress level peak , but they have their reasons I guess. Im a Firefighter, and from my pov fire code was not an issue. I think thats what they tried to tell me, but eh. Anyway, left a sour taste in my mouth. I would have rather been billed extra $ than had to tell my family to kick rocks. Anyway its still nice place if you have a small family.

Just had my daughters 2nd birthday party at EMMAzing Play and it was truly an AMAZING experience! The hosts were SO hands on-helped set up everything including decorations and food! They replenished plates, napkins, and forks as soon as we ran out! They were extremely nice, accommodating, and had the best customer service! We held my daughters 4th birthday at Emmazing Play and it was the best experience! I didn t have to lift a finger which was so nice and my daughter and her friends had a blast. I loved that we had the entire space to ourselves for her party. The space is so clean, and the pricing is fair and completely worth the lack of stress in planning a party. Manager tried to charge me $7.00 per baby who were not even old enough to walk and was expecting my babies to stay in the carrier since the infants didn t have socks. I will not be coming back to this facility. He also was not planning on accepting My free pass for my child when it was gifted to us. Only because he wanted my Money for the infants he said he would accept the pass. Very tacky

Such a great place for a toddler party! I was worried about only having 30mins before the party to set up but the hosts were quick in getting everything ready. I didn t expect for them to be SO hands on with putting out our decor, dessert table setup and food setup. Everything turned out great! It was the first party I hosted where I wasn t stressed. I m sure parents, and let s be real- mostly moms, can appreciate that. The kids had so much fun with all the toys and games. We also had so many compliments from family and friends on the facility. I loved the fact that we had the place for just our party. Other places only rent you a room or area, and that can quickly get overwhelming with a bunch of random kids running around. This was my first party here and I m already excited for our next one cause I know I ll have the support of the staff. A little tip for future parents- If you are planning on having a balloon arch/display, I highly recommend having the balloons already blown up and pieced together. We did this and the staff was able to easily and quickly set it up. Overall, great place, great staff and great price! Thank you Emmazing play team! This momma definitely enjoyed it.

Not sure why you pay for a 3-9 month old my 6 month old literally laid and sat on the mat and played with toys I brought because they didn t have any in the baby area. There is really nothing for them to do except lay, sit, or crawl on the small mat area I would think they would have bouncers, walkers, or activity center for babies who can t walk yet to play in but there was only assisted standing walkers and that was it and my 6 month couldn t use them yet..

This place is absolutely amazing! I chose those place vs. planet party because of how clean and homey it felt. You get 3 packages to chose from and they provide table cloths (3 colors) plates l, silverware and napkins. They also provide sodas, waters, and juices for the kids. The help literally with everything to setting up, decorating, the cake, passing goodies , and cleaning up. Absolutely worth every penny!

I have tried to bring my toddler here on three seperate occasions, and only had one successful day here. The hours online show they close at 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays. I have shown up to play twice around 3:30-4:00pm only to arrive to a closed building! The first time it happened wasn t a big deal, I arrived at 3:30 on a friday, and there was one other mom in the parking lot holding her son and she informed me it was closed, she was just as confused as I was. She let me know she saw someone inside but they had just turned off the open sign and hadn t returned since. We waited 20 minutes but the person never came back out. I learned to check their social media ahead of time to ensure they were open before going and we returned and had a great time, it s very clean and staff was friendly. I enjoyed my experience so much I decide to bring my son again, yesterday 02/28. I arrived around 3:50 knowing i d have about an hour to play with my son only to discover the building closed AGAIN! They did not post about their early closure on their social media, i ve only seen one early closure post which was on valentine s day. I guess I need to call to check ahead of time if they will be open all the way until 5 but it shouldn t be my job to call everytime I want visit. It s a 30 minute drive and I just wish it wasn t such a waste of time. The place asides from the early closures is very nice and very clean. I wish they would update hours to close at 4 if they re unable to stay open until 5 or make an announcement if they are going to close early. If it is any error on my part I apologize but this has been my experience. Edit to add: the last post they made concerning an early closure was 02/24. There was no post on facebook or instagram about an early closure on 02/28.

Its a nice hidden spot. My grandsons 1st birthday party was there and everyone had a good time. Kids of different ages had something to do...from small things to ride, to kitchens, bouncy castle and arcades! Best part? Only your party is allowed and you dont have to worry about strangers or conflicts with random kids.

Weve had two birthday parties at Emmazing Play, our son had his fourth birthday there and loved it so much that he wanted to have his fifth birthday there, too! The owner and hosts are incredible and do absolutely everything for the party prep and keep everything running smoothly so that we can spend the entire time enjoying our kids playing and laughing and having a wonderful time! They even help us put up our party decorations, provided all of the tablecloths, plates and napkins, and they now provide drinks for all of the guests, which is fantastic! The video games, bounce house, and space to run around make for such a great afternoon and a perfect space for a party for our kids, and the pricing is very reasonable. Combine it with pizzas and a sheet cake from Sams club and its a great way to get a ton of kids together on a budget and have a huge amount of fun!!

Horrible customer service. You provide a service, answer the questions a potential customer is asking you. It s not that hard. The response to my review is very CLEAR how horrible the customer service is lol. If you want someone with a bad attitude hosting your child s birthday then by all means. Took my spawn here for the first time. Shes 2 and I have never taken her for free play anywhere. But she loved it. She was very happy and definitely tuckered her out. Will remember to bring socks for myself didnt mind the $5 fee for them they had comfy socks to purchase. The area was a decent size for my tot and a varies of different toys/activities, would recommend for other parents to come check out. I will be back especially on Toddler Tuesday.

We had a birthday party scheduled for my son in March of 2020 when Covid hit. We decided to postpone the event due to covid, giving them ample notice prior to. Instead of getting a refund, we wanted to make sure that small businesses like them would stay afloat during the pandemic so we didn t ask for a refund, but rather for us to keep the credit for when we were ready to have a party. Then when we were finally ready to have a party, Sergio the owner said that the $100 credit was no longer valid. If we wanted to have a party there then we d have to pay another $100 deposit that was non-refundable on top of the cost of the party. How quickly he forgets how we were one of the parents who wanted to make sure that his business stayed afloat during the pandemic. $100 down the drain, and no party or services from him. Sad. Lessoned learned. Not sure if this is where you want to do business, when this is the way that they treat their customers . Updated: An expiration date on the credit/deposit was never confirmed. Had it been, I would have noted it. This review is based on my experience. Here s my experience. Feel free to tell yourself what you may to justify keeping $100 deposits from people without honoring services to them. I m sure moving forward you ll clarify with your customers an expiration date on their deposits.

Decided to bring my 8 month old to toddler Tuesday around lunch time and we really enjoyed our time, especially the BIG nap that followed. Extremely helpful and friendly, they made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I didnt have to worry about anything! They helped me set up and they also cleaned up everything! Very small indoor play area. Be careful, they will charge you admission for every child as young as 3 months. So my son(6 months old and cant really sit up unaided) and I are currently sitting in the car, while my wife is inside with our daughter. We are here on a Tuesday. Also, its fairly difficult to get to from anywhere other than the access road. If you try to come from another direction, you have to navigate the school parking lot next door, where there were parents blocking the paths through the parking lot waiting for their kids to get out.

We love this place! I try to bring my son here at least once every other week if possible. Sometimes more! Lol. It s such a safe environment for kiddos. And there is so much for them to do. We held his second birthday here and when I say the kids had fun, I mean it! Even the older kids and adults were having a blast. The staff was so attentive and helpful. They made the day a breeze! And the owner puts safety and sanitation as a top priority. We love it!

Emmazing Play is absolutely incredible. We have been bringing both of our kids here since we moved here. Both of our kids have grown up in this nurturing environment and still love it to this day. The space is open as well as secure allowing parents to relax while the kids have fun (including free coffee for the adults). It s the cleanest and most extensive indoor playground we have found and we leave with all smiles every time. Today was our sons 2nd birthday and we chose this venue. It was incredible from start to finish with staff to guide the entire event. I couldn t have asked for more and everyone that came was impressed beyond expectations! I wish I could give more than 5 stars since this place is incredible in every way.

So I ve been waiting months to book my daughters party at this place. I admit I didn t notice the 3 lines at the top right but I did read on the site where it said to contact a listed number for party information. I did that and look at the unprofessional response Update: notice the responses the owner has under my and any other person who disagrees with how they do business. It should have been apparent that I failed to see where the party packages were located if I was texting as instructed on the website. Good luck to you and your business. Rude people don t usually last long

Ok I do not know where to begin!! The most amazing time ever, the cleanest most relaxing & fun atmosphere!! My kids and all the kids plus the adults had the most fun ever!! Having our private party with no worries, kids were able to go play without us having to worry. The staff went above and beyond literally did everything!! Took my 2 year old & 10 month old here. Just for open play. We are always looking for fun indoor things to do especially with this heat. It was so clean & friendly. The owner is so nice & asked how we liked it. My daughter for he first time was able to crawl somewhere & I knew she was safe. My son loved rthe bouncy house & cars. We live on the SE side& it was worth the drive. Come here and play/party you won t regret it!

very clean with kid friendly toys for all ages. Not only that I highly recommend it to reserve it for birthday parties because it will only be for your family that you invite. No one can just walk in like in Peter Pipers they have a half door that stays closed during your party. So you dont have to worry about the kids walking out the door it was the one day I could relax knowing they are not getting into stuff there not suppose too. Also the staff is so nice and sweet and very helpful, you dont have to clean after your party is done because the staff does that for you.

Took my children here today & my son was viciously attacked by another kid! The mom sat by & did nothing! (She was too busy socializing & even had her back turned away) I had to pull my son away as he screamed in pain!!!!! To make matters worse, management did absolutely NOTHING even after telling him what happened & who was involved!!!! What kind of management sits back & does nothing when an altercation like this occurs in their establishment??????

They hosted our baby shower, it was a smooth process, they helped unload everything from car to setting up to clean up. This was a perfect safe and clean environment because we had little ones with another on the way all the children were able to play while the adults we playing games as well. This has been the best place we have booked at and will be returning for other parties in the future! And definitely recommend this as a place to book a party! Sergio and his staff were very kind and professional!

We decided to book this wonderful venue for my daughters 5th birthday. We normally have a party in our backyard and have to dodge the rain/bugs and other outdoor issues. This year we wanted something different. I am so extremely thankful we found this Emmazing place!! The entire staff was so incredibly warming and helpful from the moment we drove up. It was starting to rain and the staff came out and helped us carry everything in. The ladies had my banner on the wall before I even walked in the door. Over and over they asked what they could do to help us get the party ready. They continued to be so helpful throughout our entire 3 hour party. The place was so extremely clean and beautiful. The toys were in perfect condition and there was something for every age group from babies to adults. The owner was so sweet and really cared about our business and experience. They cleaned up the whole party and helped us pack everything away as well. I am forever thankful for the wonderfully magnificent experience we had today celebrating my daughters 5th birthday. I highly recommend this venue for all your party needs!! Thank you again to the staff of this wonderful venue.

Amazing birthday experience for our toddler! We just celebrated our first party for our 2 year old and this was the perfect place! I was fully able to enjoy the party and our guest. The open space concept is great, I was able to let my son run around and have fun and was always able to keep an eye on him. Sergio and his staff were extremely helpful before the party with setting up, during the party with clean up, and even with the cake. They took so much stress away from me by helping with all the little things. As a first time momma throwing a party it was so much appreciated, and I cannot thank them enough! I will definitely be back soon and would 100% recommend this place for a party. Enjoyable for all ages, including the adults!

Took my toddlers here (3 & almost 2) just the other day. Was a little worried because of covid but it is so clean in there and they had SO much fun! My daughter has already been asking when she can go back. Loved that you can see the whole area from any spot and know where your child is playing.

The reason for not receiving the extra star is because I asked twice to receive the pictures that were taken by staff on my sons birthday to be sent to me but I never received them from them. Otherwise the party was perfect, everyone enjoyed themselves and I appreciated the help by the staff on getting everything ready.

Hands down--best place to have a toddler birthday party. From the attentive owner and staff to the spotless party/play area, I would gladly have another birthday party there! Pun intended . . . They made my sons Incredibles 2 party pretty incredible by eliminating a lot of stress for me--from the set up with table covers, plates and utensils to the clean up of pizza boxes, cookie crumbs and simply checking in with myself like guests. Thank you Emmazing Play!! P.S. They even had Incredibles 1 and 2 playing! Talk about an eye for detail!

Cute, safe, clean! The staff did an incredible job of making sure out party went smoothly, they continuously picked up and cleaned, passed out cake and made sure no food or drinks were in the play area; they went above and beyond! I cant say it enough. This place was ADORABLY AWESOME! Even the restrooms were baby/toddler/kid friendly. I will be planning an event here soon! PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Socks are required for ALL kids and adults in order to enter facility. It keeps the play area clean and sanitary. If you do not have socks, you may purchase some there.

This place is great for younger kids...my three year old loves the bounce house and the play marketplace while theres plenty of cool stuff for my 10 month old to check out...and since its geared towards younger kids, it feels like a place mom can feel like the kids are safe and can relax a bit too.

Best indoor playground for young children. Dont look any further! Cleanliness is spectacular owner is always cleaning, closes for pest control never have to worry about pesky bugs, and customer service is exceptional. We have been visiting this place since they opened. It is always sparkling clean, the owner is very friendly and they have good variety of toys. My daughter loves the bouncy house and she is always happy when we visit. They have tables and chairs where you can have a snack or food. I highly recommend this indoor playground. I have been in several playgrounds in San Antonio and out of the city. This is my favorite one, plus their prices are excellent.

We absolutely love Emmazing Play! The first time we took our son was for an open play day and he just loved the place! We ve been to 3-4 events there now all of them very reasonably priced. Every time we show up in the parking lot we tell our son to see where we are at he get excited and starts saying yay play play! The owners there are so nice; and they remember everyone that goes even if it s been a while. The facility always smells clean. The toys are never broken. We are actually planning to have our sons next birthday there since he loves the place so much! If I could I d give them 10 stars

I absolutely LOVE bringing my 1 year old son here, and he loves it to. The owner, Sergio, always greets us with a smile, and his customer service skills are impeccable! Everything is so nice and clean, especially the restrooms. This has been one of the best birthday venues I ve been to . My granddaughter had her second birthday party there this weekend . It was super clean , perfect for toddlers and there was also a little something for everyone there . Took my two-year-old to play on toddler Tuesday today with a friend and her two year old daughter. Thought we would have a good time turns out there were quite a few older toddlers that did not know how to play nice. So when my son was playing with toys or anything these toddlers would yank toys and be very ugly and rude to my son. So me as a parent I just told everybody to be nice and share one of the parents came up to me very rudely and asked me is there was a problem and I said yes there is there has been multiple issues with her child being rude and ugly to my son and my friends daughter. The mom was very very rude and did not correct her child. So My friend and I decided to take our children and leave I told the front desk how rude the mom was being and how the toddlers were playing and all he could say was sorry. We are very disappointed in this place saw so many great reviews and expected more for the front desk. Whether it be a refund or for them to go up and talk to the parents and address the issues so the other kids and parents didn t have to experience what we had.

Pretty cool place. Some friends rented for their sons birthday party. It was very clean and well organized. More importantly...they had the Galaga video game and I set the high score. Check this place out if you need to rent a party space that is geared towards children.
