I received several quotes for new/replacement windows for the home we recently purchased. Window World wasn t the cheapest but they certainly weren t the most expensive either (Home Depot was surprisingly more). What turned me off from the others was the fact they used third-party installers. I decided on Window World because they had dedicated installers, offered good options, and had great reviews. When the installers arrived, it immediately reinforced my decision. It was a team of five for 14 windows and they finished within a day. They all introduced themselves and were great. They laid out tarps, plastic, and cloths everywhere they worked and cleaned up as they moved from place to place. They were fast but had great attention to detail. Ciro and crew (installer) really knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. I m so glad I decided to go with Window World. Well worth the price! Highly recommended!

Ciro V and his crew showed up promptly for our installation. He was very informative about what was going to happen and helped me feel better about what was about to take place. The crew of 4 worked great together, 2 inside 2 outside, they made sure to cover our personal belongings and cleaned up after themselves. The house looks absolutely amazing with our new windows. Windows were cleaned to perfection, the outside was left immaculate, and the indoor area was also left spotless, you would have never known the work had taken place. I appreciate Ciro and all he did to make sure this job went off without a hitch. Appreciate the entire team at Window World!! Great job!!!

The team was well experienced with good supervision, when needed. (Not often). 3. The installers demonstrated a high degree of experience and efficiently dealt with all issues. 4. The team maintained a clean workspace and the final cleanup was comprehensive. 5. Any concerns or questions I had were answered patiently and respectfully by the crew. In conclusion, I am very happy with my new windows and appreciate all the hard work and professionalism of Ciro and his crew.

We had a new sliding door installed to replace worn out French doors. The door is beautiful, well constructed and is the perfect frame to be able to see our pool from the living room. The blinds between the glass are great for controlling a bright morning sun, while providing a full view during afternoon and evening shade. One of the best parts of the whole project was the installation. The crew was wonderful! They were fast, neat and went the extra mile on all the trim work, and hauled the old doors away. Weve used Window World before and are still just as pleased with their level of professionalism and integrity.

December 2022 compared prices for hurricane window replacements. Set an appointment with Chad at my home to discuss Window World hurricane windows. Chad was not one of those pushy salesman. He was down to earth, explained in detail and answered all my questions and concerns. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done in preparation for window installation. After listening to all Chad had to say, I purchased Hurricane double pane windows to be installed in my home. Once my windows arrived, Window World scheduled installation for arrival between 8 am to 9:30 am. A three man crew arrived by 8 am - Javier, Henry and Jose. They wasted no time. They worked in sync like clockwork. All three were professional, courteous and respectful. Cleaned up all around and left no mess. The windows look amazing! I highly recommend Window World.

I just have to tell yaall about my experience today with Chad at Window World. I had all new WW windows installed about 4 years ago. I was cleaning a window and it fell out of the track and there was no way I was getting it back in. Near tears, I called WW service during their lunch hour. Chad, a salesman, offered to help me. He came within a few minutes, put it back in track and gave me tips for the future. No charge! What an amazing experience!

Had a gentleman come by about a month ago for an estimate to replace a patio door and windows. I never heard back from them. I never received the estimate. My daughter and her husband build and remodel homes and told me they had the same experience. Must be bad management.

We first dealt with the sales person giving us the wrong information in February 2021. We had to call the office several times to get the right quote. Eventually, we had to call the owner in order to clear everything up. After not hearing from them for several months, they contacted them in August to see if the windows ever came in. Apparently they had been already shipped and no one bothered to inform us. While we have no complaints about the installers, we continue to be in limbo about our remaining windows. One of our windows was broken during the installation and another three were ordered wrong. Also two of the windows have some kind of stain on them. We Continue to try and contact the office with no response. I would not recommend them for anyone . We are still dealing with them as of December 2021,

I called Window World to get an estimate on a window I needed to get repaired. They only do full replacements, but Kristen the Receptionist/ Admin. went over and beyond the call of duty to connect me with other window companies that could assist me even though Window World couldnt. Had window replaced under warranty. Matthew Checked all other windows and found a second window that needed replacement. Matthew was Thorough, professional, and polite. Since this was started during a sale of the home, and finished after we took possession, he took a few minutes to give us a quick tutorial on features and operation of our windows. I have already recommended Window World to a couple of friends doing remodels. Kristin in the office is also an asset to this company. Window World Corpus Christi- Very professional and always took our calls or responded to emails quickly. Looked at 2 other companies and theirs was the best deal for the warranty. For installation they used Texas Made Remodeling owned by Jason Blanco. Jason and two other men Hector and Issac did a fantastic job. They removed and installed 24 windows in one day! They were gone and cleaned up before 4pm. I dont know how they did it so quickly. They left my flooring inside and my porch cleaner than when they arrived lol. I did not feel like they sent workers to my house I had to worry about with my property. Fantastic job to window world and the 3 men they sent to install. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Window World Tx. (Corpus Christi) was great from start to finish. Paul Dennis, the sales person and consultant was through and friendly even though he had to rewrite our contract three times because we kept changing our mind. The installer was amazing. Matt Hough with his team, Misty worked like a well oiled machine to complete the entire installation in one day. The only work for the remaining day was caulking the interior. I had storm windows installed last week on my island home and I couldnt be happier. The windows that were previously installed were extremely old and didnt insulate the house very well. I immediately saw the difference in the temp of my house as soon as these were installed. The windows are so beautiful and have really made my water view amazing. The sales rep Chad Wilkins was so helpful in the selection of our windows. He explained everything so thoroughly. Also the installation crew did an amazing job. Great experience with Window World! Trevor Boyle was very professional and very knowledgeable, answered all our questions with ease. His measurements were spot on and all windows fit perfectly. Javier ans his assistant went right to work and did a superb job with our installation. We had a little hiccup when some bricks were lose but they kept working, luckily we got brick problem solved and they went back to that window. All the employees have been courteous and prompt with answers. We had one window that is hidden on our patio and we forgot it, we called back and Trevor came out and the window is ordered. The staff is very easy to work with and the windows are beautiful and energy efficient. I recommend this company without reservation!

Window World! Youre one and only stop for windows. Extremely professional service. The sales team was extremely knowledgeable and didnt try to sell you something that you dont need unless you really want it. The communication was efficient and frequent. The install team showed up early, finished very quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly. You couldnt even tell that there we there other than the beautiful new windows that were installed perfectly. Windows made such a difference after just one day with noise reduction and temperature control (even in May, cant wait to see how they do come July/August/September).
