Erin and her team were absolutely amazing from first viewing the venue to packing up our last chair after the wedding. My husband and I didnt have to worry about anything, she was behind the scenes making sure everything went flawlessly. Thank you Erin and staff for the wonderful hosting our wedding in your beautiful, gem of a venue! Every corner of this place contains love and care passed down through Erins family (the story behind this place is what sold it for us), so we felt it would be the ideal place to give our wedding the home vibe, rather than a venue rental vibe. And thats just what all of our guests felt: At Home <3 The place is just gorgeous, surrounded and shaded by old, beautiful, tall trees and the perfect rustic barnhouse for our reception that gave our wedding so much Texas character. The joy just pours out of this place. It also had all the extra amenities needed to make our special day full of ease and grace, especially the bridal house and groom house. The photographs tell it all. Were also extra grateful to Erin for going way ABOVE and BEYOND with her support, prior, during, and after our wedding. You can tell this is her passion and she is an artist at what she does, ensuring the people and events held here are very well taken care of. Top notch! We had a college graduation party for both kids there. Everything was great. Guests had an easy time finding the location and loved the atmosphere. The bartender was the life of the party, and everybody loved hanging out with her. The decorations were better than expected. Erin stayed in touch and assisted throughout the planning. The main decoration that Lacey did was awesome.

My husband & I had our wedding here last month & it was the best! From the beginning, Erin (owner) helped out so much! She gave advice, recommendations on a timeline, & served as a day of coordinator making sure our wedding ran smoothly. She helped us capture our vision perfectly! We were so glad we picked a venue with such a great owner. Erin was really involved & took off so much stress. We wanted a rustic, intimate wedding & that s exactly the vibe TRH gave. Not only was it photogenic & hidden, it was really convenient being surrounded by hotels & a target for last minute wedding items. This was truly the best venue we looked at & I m so happy we chose it! I just had my wedding at this beautiful venue and it was so beautiful even though it was raining and cold outside. The owner Erin was marvelous and helped me every time I had a question or needed a little help with something before the wedding day.She made our special day so amazing! My only concern is that the speakers were not loud enough but other than that it was awesome highly recommend this venue. Everyone loved it and complimented on how beautiful it was I could not have chosen a better place to me it s a must have for any bride wanting a rustic wedding.

I got married here on October 7th! It was the absolute best day of my life! Erin really is a great venue manager and also a stand-in day of coordinator. All day she was making sure everything was perfect for us, and bringing me updates as I got my hair and makeup done in the house on the property. Erin was also very accommodating and let us use the venue for rehearsal the evening prior, AND let us use the house earlier than contract hours because she said there was no other event scheduled. I mean really, Erin went above and beyond. I felt really taken care of!!! Also, the dance party at the end of the night was the best part. We turned down the lights in the barn and it made the vibes perfect!

The most magical and fun place to have your wedding! If you ve ever driven by Texas Rock House, especially at night, you know how captivating the magical and beautiful scenery looks. The landscaping, cottage and house, rustic barn, and beautiful trees created the perfect scene for our outdoor wedding ceremony. The rustic barn matched our theme and looked so beautiful inside and out. It had plenty of room for our guests to eat during the reception, as well as the ideal dance floor size. We barely needed to add decoration since the environment itself provided such gorgeous ambiance. At night, each tree is wrapped with lights, completing the magical atmosphere, as well as creating some of the most gorgeous pictures you could ask for on your special day. Also, I could not have asked for a better day-of coordinator. Erin, the venue owner, went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly. She held meetings with us both in person and on the phone, to go over the timeline and every detail of the wedding day. The day of the wedding, we were ready to adjust to any unforeseen setbacks that may occur, as they do for large events, but due to Erin s meticulous preparations leading up to the wedding day, and foresight the morning of, the whole day really was PERFECT! She was so helpful, professional, thoughtful, creative, and fun. I don t know what we would have done without her. She made sure we had everything we needed to help make our day flow exactly as we envisioned it, made sure everyone in our wedding party was where they needed to be, and gave our photographer some helpful tips about great wedding shots. She even took some great photos of our wedding guests while we were off taking pictures which really completed the perfection of the whole day. I recommend Texas Rock House as THE best place to have your wedding. I recommend Erin as THE most outstanding wedding coordinator for her unparalleled services.

We used Texas Rock House for our larger full-family wedding reception with small ceremony last month. It was amazing! We were hesitant from the first tour, but went with our gut and we were not disappointed. Erin is a fantastic manager and doubled as a coordinator. Erin is amazing! the property is just wonderful. My event was the Texas state univ AFROTC military ball, it is the first big event I ever planned and Erin walked me through every step of the way. The venue holds about 150 people (if weather permits the use of indoor outdoor seating) and the staff is all super sweet and helpful. We rented table clothes from them and they had an assortment of colors that added a special touch to the day. The lights at night make the place radiate with love and happiness. It is the perfect venue for any special occasion! I will always recommend Erin to anyone who asks!

I highly recommend this venue for couples looking for a rustic and unique setting for their special day. The recent renovations have elevated the Texas Rock House to new heights, and the rustic truck, miniature longhorn, & Texas stone wall all add a unique and charming touch that sets it apart from other venues. We chose this venue for the great location and beautiful grounds. We were blown away by the exceptional service. Erin went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. She seemed to be everywhere all at once making sure everything went smoothly. She even took photos and sent them to us. She got some great shots! We had some concerns about rain and she had the contingency plan ready. She made sure everything was set up to our liking and confirmed with us that the layout for the reception aligned with our vision. She and her staff were amazing. We are so happy we chose Texas Rock House for our wedding venue. So many of our guests asked about how we found such a beautiful venue. I also booked the main house to stay in the night before, and it was perfect for myself and my bridesmaids to get ready in. I had a nice little getaway, and it was great for us to get an early start on the morning of the wedding. I could not recommend this place enough!

My wife and I got married on June 5th of 22. We put the whole thing together in about three months. All of that is directly thanks to Texas Rock House, very helpful and accommodating every step of the way with us, up to and including the big day. Every thing was beautiful, especially the bride. Could not have asked for a better day, Erin really knows how to run a tight ship and to make you and your spouse feel as if you two are the only ones who matter during the ceremony and ensuing festivities. Nice venue for a wedding or party. House has nice bedrooms for rent either for the event or just to stay in a well decorated historic Texas home. Great history of the property and there are two cows, a small groomsman cottage for the wedding day, plenty of parking and a large deck and yard for outside events.

Erin did a greater job than I could have ever imagined. Her team went above and beyond all expectations. Although the day was so stressful, it would have been impossible without Erin! She helps with so many small details that you never would think of, and it makes all the difference in the world. She is ten steps ahead and sometimes almost seems like she can read your mind, she will see your vision through! I m not sure how she did so much on the day of- but she did. She was there keeping everyone on schedule, making sure the bride and groom had drinks and food, taking pics, giving great ideas to the photographer, and I could go on. I m so glad we chose her and TRH to get married at, it couldn t have been more perfect. I really can t say anything but positive thing about her and if we ever have another big party, that is where I want to have it!

My beautiful angel of a bride and I got married here 4/30/2022, and it was so much more than we could have imagined. Erin (the owner) made our dreams come true! The venue is beautiful; the passion and joy Erin has for making it the happy couples best day ever is very special and unique. We had a scare of rain throughout the day, and we were never worried; Erin and Melissa (venue manager) were on top of it the entire time and had everything ready in case it rained. Luckily it did not, but we knew we were prepared if it did. They took things into their own hands when we were running around like crazy, and even set up a bunch of decorations we had forgotten about without us asking. Today she sent us dozens of absolutely beautiful photos she took throughout the evening, again without us asking. If you want a venue where the people truly care about you and want to make your wedding uniquely special, please consider them. You will not be disappointed!

We were planning to have a sizeable wedding but werent able to due to Covid restrictions. I was crushed! Erin and Michelle allowed my husband and I to have a small ceremony so we didnt have to wait to be husband and wife. Erin even officiated our ceremony because we couldnt find anyone to marry us. Rewind to Feb. 27, 2022. My husband and I decided we wanted to renew our vows since we didnt get our wedding. Erin and Michelle were so compassionate and understanding and allowed us to reserve that Sunday the 27th to renew our vows in front of all of our friends and family! They made the day amazing and even dealt with my bossy sister with ease!! Erin officiated once again and had everyone crying with her beautiful words. Very nice place with a very attentive owner who is hands on the whole time. The only complaint I had was not necessarily blamed on her. We were playing guitar music for the ceremony and was shuffled around many times and ended up in the very hot sun. These things happen though

What can I say about this place. It was absolutely gorgeous. The area is spacious and very open. It s very rustic with a new age feel that makes anyone feel immediately at home. Because of covid my wife and I had to reschedule our wedding a total of 3 times before we were locked in on a date. Erin was fantastic about working with us. Even the planning and preparation she was amazing. The family of rock house really made us feel at home and made our special day that much better. We wouldn t have had as great a day if not for them. My now husband and I were the winners of The Covid cant stop love contest that Erin and a couple other vendors put together. Words cant express how amazing our wedding really was even though it poured down rain. Erin reminded me that we could rent the tent the day before our wedding. Erin was on top of every detail that day and I felt like I was in really food hands with her. Erin even took pictures through out the night and sent them to us! BOOK IT! Erin was amazing from my first email inquiry asking questions, to the initial visit looking around, to booking and even more amazing day of. Her staff are also friendly and very helpful. Erin also has a list of places she recommends that helped me tremendously. I used The Floral Studio for my bouquets and they were breath taking. I would have never found that place without her! I also used Mink Salon for the bridal party s hair and make up and wow... we all looked stunning. Erin also recommended them. She has so many little extras you can rent if needed... I rented the wood slapped for the tables and linens. If I had had to buy all of that it would have been very pricy. Also, I had a 4 piece Country band and they made sure the barn was ready for their set up and guided the band when they got there to help them get settled. My day was perfect! Erin and her staff had a lot to do with that. Her property is beautiful and the venue is very affordable. Not to mention you can rent the house for the night as well. I could go on and on......... AMAZING! A million stars!! Thank you Erin and Team! Y all are THE best!

My Sister hosted a Micro wedding here. The home, farm, and outdoor setup is beautiful. I took photos of the wedding and they turned out great. The Owner/Host Erin showed me some photo spots. She was with us before and after the wedding, working hard to set up and take down the decorations. She is VERY easy to work with, has a great sense of style, and made the experience perfect top to bottom. My sis was sad to miss out on her larger service due to Covid, but Erin made the day special and the amenities are clean and rustic. Recommended venue for any party large or small.

This venue is amazing. They have seriously thought of everything and are the best, most accommodating hosts. Wedding, baby shower, graduation or birthday party, whatever. You name the event, the Texas rock house is the place to hold it. Great photo ops throughout the property. The sun sets behind a beautiful field for gorgeous photos every evening. Hold your next big (or small) gathering here!

I had my wedding here on 09/19/20 and everything was beautiful. The staff are completely laid back and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was the coordinating of events, but that could be because I didnt hire an actual wedding coordinator to help the DJ know when to play certain music or when to announce the different events of the reception, not to mention my original wedding in Jamaica was cancelled thanks to COVID so this was planned in only 1 month so it went as best as it could with such a short time of planning. <3 Overall, my guests loved the atmosphere and how laid back everything was. The open space allowed everyone to be well-spaced out if they chose to do so, and allowed people to walk around and enjoy themselves. The barn was gorgeous and more than expected. You will see pictures on the website of the barn but it honestly doesnt do the place justice. I also highly recommend staying in the farm house for your trip as it is wonderful and very clean. It has an old time country feel, which I loved. When we go back to float the river for our next vacation, we plan to stay at the Rock House as an Airbnb. Thank you Erin and Michelle for everything!

We had a wonderful, wonderful, amazing wedding planned in 2 weeks!!! Seriously! Erin and Michelle made it so easy and everything turned out perfect! They were honest, helpful, and fun! The Texas Rock House is a beautiful venue that was just exactly what we wanted. Bride and Groom and all the parents were so impressed with the service and facilities. Texas Rock House is such a beautiful venue for weddings or retreats like we had! From the animals, to the amenities, to the beautiful lights twinkling under the stars. This is a perfect venue that is close to everything if you need something, but like you are out in a country paradise. On top of that they have a beautiful old farm house your group or wedding party can stay in with a separate quarter for the groom if its the night before the wedding. Erin and Michelle are amazing and the pricing is great! Check them out! You wont be disappointed!

Absolutely beautiful venue! It is simple, fun, and gorgeous. The lights at night are my favorite part of the venue, it looks like a fairy tale. Erin and Michelle are also very easy to work with and very accommodating. They do everything they can to make sure your event is perfect! I cant recommend Texas Rock House enough.

This is a place I highly recommend, being a wedding and event center, and air B and B it can serve a number of reasons to go check it out if you are looking to host a function, get married, stay for a night, or two, either way the place has an extremely warm and comforting feeling aswell as super picturesque landscape all tied in with a rustic elegance which truely makes for a brilliant feel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they even have barn cats and two cows, which are friendly to visitors aswell! All in all the place is amazing- all the woodwork and lighting is superb and the layout of the whole place just works great- cheers to Texas rockhouse, and the super friendly English carpenter who was a blast too!

Amazing! Visited late September while looking for a potential wedding venue. We loved the atmosphere and story behind the house. Very cute and rustic feel and wonderful people running the place. You can tell they take a lot of pride into the location and put a lot of heart into their work. At the time of our visit they were working on a grooms cottage and I love their vision for it. We didnt see it at night so didnt get to see full effect of all the lights. But, even late afternoon you can have the lights on and it looks beautiful. Love the open barn.

I attended the owners wedding at the Texas Rock House this year. The house is so beautifully renovated to accommodate several guests and has such an inviting atmosphere! Everything is super clean and gorgeous! The barn is completely renovated and is the perfect spot for a reception and dance on the attached dance floor. If you are looking for an outdoor wedding with the rustic country setting, this is the perfect place. The prices are more than reasonable and the owner is the most honest & impeccable person I know! I would highly recommend the Texas Rock House for any event!

The Texas Rock House is an amazing venue for events of all kinds. As a professional event planner I have literally planned or been a part of thousands of events and cannot say enough about this venue. I was a part of a wedding at the Texas Rock House and can say that they have literally thought of everything. It is convenient from anywhere located adjacent to I-35 but you would never know you were that close to a major interstate. There are accommodations for guests, event space in the barn, yard and deck and they are working on a honeymooners cabin as well. It is perfect for weddings, but would work amazingly for family reunions, birthday parties, retirement events or any sort of gathering!

We attended a wedding at this location and were wowed! The venue itself is a completely renovated barn which has a rustic and elegant feel. A dance floor is attached to the barn and there is plenty of space, both inside and out for seating, buffets, etc. The venue also includes the rock house which has been expertly and lovingly re-done to update the interior with high end amenities, but still maintains the charm and feel of the 1940s when this house was built for a family. They are also in the process of creating a honeymoon suite for the happy couple to stay after the wedding - no more worries about going somewhere else after the reception. As I said earlier, I attended a wedding at this venue, but can imagine so many types of celebrations and events in which this venue would be absolutely perfect - Birthdays, Anniversaries, Gender Reveals, Family Reunions, Corporate Events and the list goes on and on. My girlfriend that had her marriage ceremony and reception there also told me that working with the owners of this location was an easy, customer oriented experience. She was incredibly pleased with the customer service, assistance, suggestions she received when booking the venue, prior to the event and during the event. They were phenomenal!
