Hard to rate atmosphere because the service & food were bad. My family & I eat out a lot. Bdubb is one of our places we have been going to for several years. I have to say I am so shocked at how terrible the food was and the service is seriously lacking. After my experience in dealing with our argumentative waitress and lazy manager it makes sense why this place is bad. My family and I will not be coming back to this location, which I am sure this place will do just fine without us and we don t even live in this area. Drove out of our way because it used to be worth it. Good things don t last forever.

Walked in and placed a to-go order July 17 at 10:40 pm and when I got my order in store I noticed that they had not put chili on my chili cheese tots and I asked them to fix it and they did. I didn t think I needed to check the burger which I asked for everything on except grilled onions. This is what my burger looked like when I got home, 3 pieces of lettuce no tomatoes, no pickles, and no mayo. Called to try to get a refund no one answered. Extremely disappointed.

Called in to the store and they placed me on hold for 29 minutes. I asked why so long and they said I could have hung up and called again. My response was that was idiotic and they said I used curse words, it was to harsh and they hung up. Any establishment should just tell customers they are too busy and please call back instead of claiming they will only place customers on a brief hold. They take no responsibility and offer very poor customer care.

When we came to the place and it was a sit anywhere type of service. Sat down and waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to our table after we asked many times to be serviced. Waiters were just standing around and walking past us when we asked if they could help.They were nice when they came to the table but service could still be better. I understand that things can get backed up on days when they have the unlimited wings but the tables next to us got at least 3-5 orders of their wings in and we didn t get anything. We BARELY got checked on in between for any updates on the food, so all we were able to get were drinks and some fried pickles. Got fed up after waiting 1.5 hours for some wings, so we asked for the check and that also took forever. They only charged us for the drinks but I will not be returning. Service might ve been better on another day but I did not have a good time.

I wouldnt recommend placing an online order from here. I ordered directly from this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Food that arrived was cold. After delivery, I realized I didnt receive an item - even though I had been charged for it. After calling the restaurant, I was reassured I would be refunded. Never happened. A few days later, I called again-still no refund for the item missing. An online complaint never even received a response. I dont appreciate paying for food I never receive. Wouldnt recommend ordering from here - I wont be.

It was a really strange thing. When I arrived, the bartender walked out from behind the bar sat at a table and started doing their paperwork. Completely ignoring me. They eventually sent someone else over to take my beer order but they also disappeared after every single time I ordered a beer. In fact I was there for almost 2 hours and I bet there wasn t anyone behind the bar for more than 20 minutes the entire time. It felt like I was at a self serve kiosk at the airport. It s just odd to me. I don t recall ever being in a bar when no one was serving behind the bar.

However, tonight a young man that was in our group, did the challenge in hopes that he was going to receive what they offer if you complete the challenge. Wings were OK. Hotdog fully dressed was OK. Onion rings were OK. Havent been at B DUBS in ages. Ive been at B DUBS in Lubbock and it was a great experience. Food was good and service was good. However, after paying they said I did not pay for my table and I paid for someone else. I understand mistakes happen and I asked them for a full refund and to be charged again. Long story short, after having a conversation with the manager and being assured that I would be refunded. I have two charges on my account. One for $61.67 and one for $56.22. The $56.22 charge included a $20 tip for the waitress. The waitress told me the manager put in the order wrong and thats why I was charged wrong. To be fair to the waitress, we got everything we ordered correctly, so I believe it was the managers fault. I knew this was going to happen, so I got the manager to sign the receipts with his contact information. Now I have to waist more time and dispute the $56.22 theft. I specifically told him do not charge my card without my permission. WHAT A LIAR AND SCAMMER!

Understaffed establishment. Server did her best but came across as cold. The wings were horrible, lukewarm at best, cold fries. Ordered a beer, 20 minutes later it arrived. When time for round two, it took 26 minutes to make it to the table. Server accidentally spilled a drink between my table and the table next to ours, during our 1.5 hours there not a soul came by to mop up the spill. Instead a wet floor sign was placed between tables to warn of a potential accident about to happen. This was quite possibly the worst Buffalos I ve ever visited.

Stopped in for dinner. Upon entry, the hostess asked if we wanted the bar or dining room. We requested the dining room. She said we could sit anywhere in the dining area. We wanted a more quiet booth next to a wall but noticed all of them were either occupied or dirty. We asked if any of the booths could be cleaned but instead of a yes or no, she directed us to one of the freestanding booths in the middle of the restaurant dividing the sections - which was also dirty. There was another worker nearby (possibly a busser) who asked if we needed anything. We told him that the hostess directed us to the booth but it was dirty. He offered to clean it but we asked if he could clean one of the more quiet booths near the wall. He said he d have to ask the hostess what was going on. At that point we decided to just go to another location since that was not a great first impression. As we were headed to walk out we let the hostess know that the booth she directed us to was also dirty. Her response? Oh, okay . I have never experienced such poor service from a BWW. So disappointing.

This was my first time trying BWW. The value for the money seems really low. I paid over $40 and ended up with 4 small cardboard boxes half full of bland food, and 3 sauce cups half full of sauce. I saw someone else had complained about too much sauce so maybe this is their fault and the restaurant just cant win, but I dont need any napkins to eat the wings. There is barely any sauce on them. Maybe the ordering process should include a sauce slider so you know if your customer likes dry chicken. I am going to go to HEB to get some sauce. I am much less likely to try BWW again. Maybe if you are going to watch TVs the price makes more sense.

We came to this location with a party of 8 adults and 4 kids And let me tell u this place is not family friendly nor good for gatherings !!!! They told my husband he could seat anywhere so he seat himself and moved 1 table. The place was not busy at all the waitress with the nose piercing got upset because we moved one of the tables to accommodate our party. He went and got the manager by the name Brian he then came over to let us know we couldn t move the tables. He stated it was a fire hazard which I didn t see any emergency exit anywhere near us and he stated that the furniture was new and it would damage the floors and everything else if we moved it. When I asked him how they managed with their party s he said they don t have party s nor events at this location. That s surprising I ve never heard of this. We rarely dine here anymore and I realized why! The waitress was sweet but inexperienced and slow with 5 seated tables at once. We waited at least 10 minutes for our drinks that were there when she grabbed the beer for the table next to us & when I asked the bartender if I could get them she was rude in front of someone she was training! We received utensils, our ranch, ketchup & napkins when we were done eating & noticed a manager wasnt on the floor assisting the overwhelmed waitstaff! I am a server who needs to go out and enjoy a dining experience after making a great experience for customers all week & I dont recommend this spot for others!

Whoever my waitress was. Tipped themselves off my card. I didn t feel the need to tip her bc my sister already did and it was a good amount. And she still felt the need to tip herself another 6$ from my card. Ik I shouldn t be so mad about 6$ but I m just mad at the fact they thought it was right to tip themselves without my permission. Be sure to check your bank accounts!

No one answered the phone. Drove there and only 3 vehicles in the parking lot. Looks like they are closed for remodeling. Should update the hours to temporarily closed. If they are open, I would not go in because no one is working if they cant even answer the phone. I wasted 20 min and had a cranky pregnant wife due to poor management not updating operating hours or just not scheduling enough people to operate a restaurant.

I m a houstonian visiting San Antonio. I m disappointed with this visit. At first our waitress was super nice but when she left our table and everyone else serving she made faces. Now i understand as someone who previously worked in the food industry that you won t always have good days, but that is no excuse to take it out on the customers. I feel bad ordering anything without feeling like someone is going to spit in my drink or something. My order came with the wrong flavor and instead of getting new wings they coated them and drenched them with the original sauce I wanted now they re extremely spicy and I m unable to eat them. I ve also waited a while for refills which is not okay while burning your mouth off. I also asked for extra crispy and they didn t do that for me. I asked them to be re made and she put a lot of extra crispy stickers which I found to be petty. Manager was super sweet and didn t charge me for the first batch.

First let me say that I am a big fan of Buffalo wild wings and it is with a heavy heart that I leave this review. I went by this location yesterday evening for some food and beer but unfortunately I left hungry, thirsty, and overall disappointed/disgusted. I ordered a bud light to start with, immediately when I got the glass I could see there was some lime remnants and some (what I assume is) tajin on the lip portion of the glass. Obviously from the last person that used the glass and afterwards wasnt cleaned properly. I alerted the bartender, asked for a replacement beer/ glass and asked for a menu. I would never recieve a menu. Immediately the bar tender goes to get another glass, looks at them, then visibly said oh *@#!(as if all the glasses are dirty) and went back to the other 2 bartenders at the end of the bar and continued to be with them for a few minutes. After some time one of the 3 bartenders but not my original bar tender, goes and grabs another glass (from the same oh *@#! glasses that the other bar tender just looked at) wipes the lip portion and overfilled it bud light, to I assume hide any grime that might still be there. Sure enough I let the foam go down and there are unknown smudges on the lip of the glass. At this point I am disgusted and just want to leave. It is not difficult to look at a glass and tell if its clean, I used to work in a restaurant so I would know, especially since I was a dishwasher. After seeing the lack of care and lack of cleanliness at the bar, I could only imagine what the kitchen would be like. I have been a long time customer but I will not be returning to this location and I will warn as many people as I can to do the same. While I didnt touch base on it too much, I can see why so many reviews complain about the service, it is terrible and the employees would rather treat it as a place to hangout rather than a place to work

What is going on I am here and it is the start of March Madness. This place is empty. All TVs are on something other than March Madness. The staff didn t know how to turn on those games. Had to stop our server every single time we needed something. Takeout must be the only reason this place stays in business. I am just baffled. This place should be packed and it s not.

The host at the front with the glasses was really rude, along with the server with short dark hair that kept glancing at us rolling her eyes. First of all I am a host myself and I NEVER would think of treating people like that, she ignored us every possible chance she could. Maybe next time she can be honest and say it will take an hour and to look elsewhere, the three of us would ve preferred that instead of wasting an hour of our life to be ignored and also have our time wasted by rude staff. Never again. 0/10!!! They were on their phones giving ugliest glances maybe instead be a nicer human being.

Everything was good, the food was delicious and the server was very sweet and friendly. However, I find it strange that all the servers were called for a meeting on a Saturday evening (around 6pm) and made us wait to get the check. There were other people waiting for their food as well. I think that was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was a good experience! Parking: Its okay, depending on what time and day you go. We got there around 5pm on a Saturday, and we were able to find a spot. But when we left they were all taken. Kid-friendliness: Brought my 1 year old and we didnt have any issues. Staff were friendly with her.
