EJ was very helpful and patient! I have been a steel-tip player from years back. The plastic tip is a new experience for me. They have a variety of darts and supplies. I would prefer an assortment of higher quality darts in their inventory. I will be back for supplies as needed.

I have always regarded Petes as the go-to place for cues and billiards accessories. I hadnt been in for a while, but when it came time for my girlfriend to get her first cue it was a no brainer. Going to Petes is like going to Olivanders Wand Shop. Her and I were very pleased with the no-pressure atmosphere and Carlos helped her find the perfect cue to fit her just right. He was patient and very insightful while we tested a few different cues on the house table. Including a case and joint protectors we were well under budget and she sprung for a custom ferrule. The options are quite varied from material to color combinations and styles, well worth the upgrade for a cue that you can be most proud of. I had my Lucasi Custom shaved to 11mm with a custom ferrule at Petes and it not only continues to hold up to a beating but turns heads as well. Whether youre in the area or not (we drove from Kyle) it is well worth a trip to this pool mecca. Theres nothing like it!

Ive been wanting a new cue, randomly searched billiards supply while I was passing through town having lunch with the family. The place was 12 minutes from us so we headed over there. Super friendly guy got me set up with a Cuetec Cynergy SVB. They let me handle it and shoot around with it until I was CONFIDENT in making the purchase. Shaped the tip, cleaned her all up and man this is one sweet shooting rig right outta the box. Ill be back soon.Awesome shop, thanks guys!!

I walked into Pete s 12 years ago and bought my first pool cue. I have bought several since then from Pete s and will have nobody but Pete and his employees work on my sticks. They have made nicked shafts look new and installed an awesome blue ferrule on my McDerrmott. I have always received top quality work with an eye to detail. I finally got my first pool table and turned to Pete s for the setup. I was blown away by the amount of time and attention Pete and Calvin paid to ensuring my table was setup true and level from the frame to the slate and the rails. The Simonis 860 cloth plays beautiful especially for straight pool. The professionalism and great customer service is what has kept me coming back to Pete s for 12 years and will keep me coming back for another 12 especially when I finally get that Gold Crown. Thank you for the years of wonderful service.

I called in advance to verify that they carried a predator case I had been interested in. One of the ladies working confirms that they do have it and I ask if they still honor price matches and she tells me yes. I drove 35 minutes to hear a different story from the same lady. Almost immediately after walking in she asks how much exactly I saw the case for and where. She then proceeds to tell me she can t honor that because they would be losing money. She then tells me it is up to Pete which wasn t there at the moment. Don t want to honor the price match that s okay but don t waste our time when we could have avoided this on the phone. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall poor customer relations and I won t be back.

Lots of different stuff, a great deal of customization options. Large variety of felt colors for custom made pool table orders. I went with my wife who had a bunch of questions and the gent who helped us answered every one. He also located all the parts for her dream cue, put it together and let her try it out. Our entire experience from the moment we walked into the store until they finished installation was amazing. Matt was honest, passionate about his craft, and an all around stand up guy throughout the whole process. I didn t get his colleagues name who came with him but he was awesome too. They did a mission impossible, they built a new base complete with contemporary looking legs with a rustic feel to closely match the original top trim.
