We had 4 people in our party for Billards and to watch the Canelo fight. We paid our cover, got a table, was introduced to our server, Mel (Melody Contreras) and ordered our first round of drinks (3 beers and a water). As she came back around, we ordered another round of the same drinks and an order of wings with fries. As she came around the 3rd time, a person in our party ordered their own additional food. Their food ended up coming before ours. We asked what happened, she stated that she had forgotten to put in the order. From that point, the service went down hill. We did not see her again for about 40 mins after we asked another server about how long it take to make the wings and fries and they replied 10-15 mins. Well, we ended up getting the order from Mel and she brought it with such negative body language. She would not talk much, used 1-2 word responses, wouldn t say please, she was just off. We ask for her to close our tab and we will now be ordering straight from the bar. Now Pockets did correct the poor customer service Mel was giving. Pockets was great. The food was spot on, the pool tables were clean and the match was shown as expected. Mel asked us to move to a table, but we refused as we were there for the fight. She did try to interact with us again to push to go boxes on us when none were requested. She started to refuse to take them back. We ordered the rest of our drinks directly from the bar. I wish her well. Honestly, I want to believe she had a bad night, but as we look at how she interacted with other parties. It was a hit or miss with her service. Either she had a smile or a negative face while serving. Thank you Pockets for the hospitality and great food! We will be back, but in hopes to not have Mel as a server

On monday, August 26, i went to Pockets to have a good time with my friends. When it came to paying the bill, i gave my server 150$ cash for a charge of 96.08$. 100$ bill and a 50$ to break it down and tip him (10$). Change was correct. Mistakenly, i signed off on the merchant receipt charging my credit card 96.08$ after paying the server cash. Might had been a bit on the tipsy side where it went over my head. Just noticed the charge went through, so i called the place up and well respectfully got the reach around and told to deal with the bank because they dont have time to check the camaras for this transaction. Im aware that it was my fault in a way, but i believe this issue could easily get resolved by just checking the camaras and talking to the server. Place is nice and servers do a good job but this is more in the managers and general managers end where they could straigten things out for a loyal customer. Literally provided a date and a time.

WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!! Was not sure at first and almost left because it was super busy, so wait times were a little long but then the manager Robert came , greeted our table, heard our concerns and made sure we received the best service for the rest of the night. I called and spoke to a Issac or Isaiah at 10:40 per my call log and he told me he couldn t prepare my chicken wings because the kitchen was closed . If this establishment stays open late why not accommodate a paying customer? It would be 20 minutes before 11 enough time to prepare 12 chicken wings. It was states the kitchen closed at 11 that was plenty of time ! I am not pleased with service why close the kitchen so early ?

I just called in and was advised that the kitchen closes at 11. I called at 10:39, so 20 minutes is way more than enough time to drop a ten-piece. The customer rep woman who answered the phone, who was also rude, couldnt hear me, so I had a friend call to take the order for me; a second later, she was informed that the kitchen was now closed. Im incredibly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and work ethics. This is one of my favorite wing spots, and it makes this so much worse. And when I called back, there was no answer! Just rubbish!

The experience was great the servers were nice good sense of humor and were helpful and very tentative. They tended to us promptly and made sure we were always good to go. The drinks we ordered were cheaper and better than the pool hall we went to prior to this one. They played a variety of music that catered to everyone at some point or another. The food was super delicious we ordered lemon pepper wings and 2 orders of fries everything was delicious and I would highly recommend.

Food is great takes forever to get. Once you are waited on dont expect to be seen again maybe ever. It was pretty dead I sat at the bar trying to order the wing special before 4:00 hit. All of the bartenders completely ignored me. My friend came over a few minutes later standing exactly where I was standing. The female bartender came and immediately took my friends order, I just told my friend what I wanted but of course the wing special was already over. I didn t care about the wing special being over but I was really upset that I was completely ignored that long and that the place was dead. I told my friend it was ok, to cancel the order because I wasn t going to spend my money in an atmosphere like that. I don t like to pull the black card but idk that could be a reason I was ignored. The bartenders looked at me several times, so they saw me there. I just moved here and was happy about coming to this place because I saw it on Tik Tok. I m extremely disappointed. The customer service needs to be better, and the bartenders need to be re trained.

Warning. Walk Away from this place. San Pedro off of Hwy 281 location GM Josh is Bad for Business. One of those individuals who just doesn t get it. I think it s a he. Not a good person. You ll be doubled charged, keep track and check your bill very closely. In my 50 years, the rudest and craziness by this GM Josh. I m sorry I didn t warn everyone a couple of weeks ago on our first time visit. Out With friends, we were looking for a place to watch the Football Playoffs. As you walk in, sign saying, drink specials. $3 beers. The one we asked for on the sign, the server said we re out. No problem. He went to the bar and returned to us, said any beer $3. So we asked how about ShinerBock. He said, yes. Having a good time. When we asked for the bill, drinks were double the price. We called over our server, who was nice. He apologized and left with the bill. Thinking he was going to make it right. Comes back with this so-called GM. All he kept saying, you drank the beers so there s nothing I can do. Tried logic with the guy. Said we were told by the server, who even admitted that he told us $3 beer. But, this Josh kept saying the same thing, nothing I can do because you drank the beers. Didn t even back up his server. I told him, we would not of drank these beers if we knew the price you were charging. We were fine with any beer special. Like a kid, he kept saying the same thing.Never Ever had a experience like this. The Treatment and someone saying the same thing over and over. Like I said. Makes zero sense. You get the customer one time. But you ll never see them again. The way I do business is it s a customer for life. Plus, like now, you tell everyone about the horrible service and experience. Just don t get. So if you don t want to pay over $100 on what should be a $50 tab. Stay as far away from this joint. You will thank me for the heads up.

I went to my companys party tonight. The food was delicious and the drinks were very good too. The music was loud but thats whats expected from a bar. The service was good from one of our 2 waiters. We had 2 waiters, a boy and a girl. The boy Orlando was the one who took care of us all night, the girl disappeared and never came back until the end when we paid. Very unprofessional on her part.

we went there to play pool and having drink since I have guest from Dallas , we were there for almost 30 minute and suddenly the server said oh there is a gam tonight so if you want to stay then need to pay extra for the Game , we are not watching any game nor fun of boxing or UFC . Then we leave the bar because of the Game . If we were staying there I am sure I would still spend 100$ for drinks and food . I will not recommend nor we will go there in future .

The young manager was incredibly rude. I was confused about my bill because I ordered well tequila, and I had two separate charges related to each drink. One for the drink, and then an additional charge for each for being Patron, normally top shelf liquor. He came over and told me, well you drank it didn t you? It s a nice place to hang out. The service is a little slow takes a minute for them to come to your table to check you and to see if you need a drink or some food for the atmospheres different depending on the day the time we went. It was Poppin. It had great music. People are having fun playing pool tables, dart games. It was just a lot of fun. Everybody got along great that night. The atmosphere was perfect place. I definitely would visit again. However I haven t gone on the weekend. It was a Thursday so that have to be taken into consideration.

I had a really good time there! The staff was friendly and attentive. The chicken tenders I had were excellent! I cant wait to go back there.

Great place to eat some wings, play some pool and have a few beers. There was a wait list for the pool area but beyond that it was a great place. The service was OK but they did attend to a lot of people at once so delays were understood. I would definitely go to this bar again

There was a fight while we were here. Came again. Food was great. Our waitress was nice. We decided to leave and walked to bar to checkout. This girl with long black hair, she was the only one wearing jeans. I told her my name and where we were playing. Her response was I dont have your card! So rude I talk to hundreds of people a day at work and trust me I will be sharing this experience. Awful

This is for the 281 North location. The place is pretty big and clean, patio seating available, good music, several pool tables and a couple of dart machines available. I ordered the Phillycheese sandwich with fries, my fried had the green chili burger with onion rings and they were both pretty good. They had a security officer checking IDs and patting down men at the entrance.

If you dont mind getting padded down before you go in. As well as the bartender Going to the back. Of the house when youre trying to close out your tab an Waiting for over 20 minutes before. You can do so wood no drinking your hand I may add But thats just before dark.
