First of all, the place is great. The bartenders are top-notch. At least one of them is in nursing school, and she helped set my shoulder when i got jumped by a pack of ten year olds from the gymboree next door. Unfortunately, it was a broken collar bone, so she made it worse, but her heart was in the right place. After youve been there a bunch, you might get an invite to the house poker game in the basement. I didnt have the $5 buy-in, but crazy Dave, let me work it off. I had the last laugh, though. I ended up finding a pinky ring in the ladies room and walked out with a tablesaw someone left by the fire escape. All in all, its a great place to bet on pai gao or to learn how to play canasta and people watch. People watching is not for the faint of heart as most of the people in there have warrants and dont like it when you stare. The oysters off the half-shell were excellent even though they were out of season and served in a coffee mug (no shells, just a cup of oysters). 9.5 out of 10. Will come back.

The food was very delicious! As a starter we ordered the entrail croquettes and the marriage of black pudding and chorizo and the truth is, a very good choice. The best croquettes I have eaten here in Madrid !! They explain the different cuts they handle. I ordered the New York from Australia and the meat was super tender and had a very good flavor; My husband ordered the Uruguayan picaña and it also tasted very good! The side dishes are OK and the portions are generous. I really liked the service because they are attentive and very friendly! I recommend it

We got there, sat at the bar and tried ordering food and drinks but the bartender kept ignoring my husband and I. She came over to cash someone out next to us so I took a chance and leaned over the bar to ask if we could order drinks but she didn t even acknowledge me. She then comes close again while she s doing something else and looks at us (annoyed/mad) while waving her hand to hurry up, (mind you, says nothing to us at all, only makes gestures) I say two drinks (not done with my order) and she walks away, my husband yells out ma am we d like to order shots too , again looks over, this time from across the bar (ANGRILY) and yells well what do you want hurry up with accompanied hand gestures to hurry, doesn t step any closer to try to hear us so I speak up and ask for a rumple and well tequila shot, she then asks how I want them like if there was more to a shot order, I say as is and she brings us the shots like 5 minutes after she brings us our drinks and says this is all your getting as she sets the shots down. Confused because we hadn t even ordered our food yet, we looked at the time and were trying to figure out if that s what she really said because it was still so early but then confirmed when her along with people at the bar top were laughing out loud and looking at us and she says to them out loud that s why you shouldn t be over there talking shit . Overall I was really disappointed and taken back by the service I got. My husband and I love going out to shoot pool and have a great time but didn t even get the opportunity to ask for quarters or eat dinner at that. Usually we re greeted by a bartender, even if they re busy, we re acknowledged and we re patient of course, as we plan to spend time there, not go in and out so there s never a rush on either end. We definitely won t be coming back, it didn t seem like we were wanted there anyways. We went over to Ricky Bobby bar 5 mins away and had an awesome time, everyone was so nice, they had room to dance and plenty of pool tables! The bartender even remembered our drinks as we kept going back to reorder, needless to say we re definitely going back to Ricky Bobby bar!! I wouldn t recommend the lost bar and grill to anyone, ever.

Aside from the food, this place has employees that made my first experience here horrible. The bartenders and bar back spent their time drinking shots. There was one particular employee and her name was Kayla. She was wearing a red muscle shirt and blue jeans shorts. This girl took four shots minimum within 30 minutes that I was sitting at the bar. Every time someone would go up to the bar, she was being very rude. There was one particular customer that was trying to close his tab, and he informed her that he ordered wings as well and they weren t on his tab. She went over to the other bartender and after asking the gentleman who he ordered with, Kayla responded, well lesson learned he should ve rang them up now you get free wings you re good. A younger couple came over and sat at the bar. They ordered three sets of wings and fried pickles. They called her attention again, and she kept making hand gestures, rushing them to order. After they ordered their drinks and shots, she came back and said, this is all your ordering for the night. She was being very aggressive towards them and was clearly drunk. Employees like this are the reason why people do not return to your establishment. I came here with the intention on spending money and enjoying my night. Although I was very pleased with the food I will not return to this bar.

I would not recommend this restaurant unless you re a dog lover. We were at Lost this afternoon and observed unleashed dogs as well as dogs on leashes (we counted two at a time most of the time), although I think I saw three at one point. Aside from me wondering where the health inspectors were (did not know dogs can wander through a bar where food is served), my opinion is (and I realize it may not be worth much to you dog lovers) is that if food is being served the dogs ought be out in their patio. Otherwise, the food is meh, would not recommend the cheeseburger nachos (they were strangely sweet), would definitely recommend the burgers. Pizza we bought was past well done. Seems like they do some things really well and others not so much. Wine selection is limited, beer selection looks good and they have daily specials. Waitresses have a tough job as they are usually understaffed and have a lot of ground to cover.

I love coming here for the cheese curds and to get out of the house for a little while. The chubby melt is also really good, although a little messy but I don t mind at all. Only have 4 stars because the last visit, I brought my father and we sat for about 10 minutes without being greeted. Our food came fast and delicious but after our waittress brought our food, she disappeared behind the bar and didn t check on us again. Our drinks sat empty until we left and I had to go to the bar to wait for our check. I stood there for about 5 minutes before I finally got her attention and we were able to pay.

We went for the fireplace but stayed because of the friendly faces...ps theres not a fireplace (thanks google, even though you were wrong). The bartender Chance was a great server whos service went above and beyond. The people are chill and the ambiance is low-key, but classy and beautiful. The patrons are friendly and we felt very welcome. Got to speak to the owner and his lady friend, who were both lovely people. The patio was nice, with music, tables/chairs, picnic benches and a smoker which Im told is operational and has an excellent attendant when its fired up. We came too late for the kitchen which the menu, in itself, is enough to make one want to come back; its one page, but extensive, varied, and even has vegetarian options. Theres a wine list, appetizers, bar food, pizzas, burgers, and lots of stuff you might not expect. Since the kitchen was close we were invited to order delivery, and did so we could stay. But, Lord do I look forward to trying that menu. Overall, we had an absolutely great experience, and they were welcoming, attentive, and and courteous - even when I asked for non-alcholic drinks for myself. This was just the night out my company and I needed, and Im happy to recommend the Lost Bar to anyone who can keep it just as cool as it was tonight. Thank you B&J for receiving us so kindly, Chance for taking care of everything whilst still keeping a peep out for any potential trouble, and all the regulars who welcomed us. Plus, looking forward to bring friends to sing badly at the new karaoke option when it kicks off.

Ive been around to most of the major wing spots around San Antonio and when the wings are good I still usually run into both of these problems. 1. The hottest sauce is underwhelming in heat and/or just tastes gross. 2. The wings get soggy after being sauced. However, this wasnt the case here. I had the HTH wings tonight, and while I wouldnt call them face melting they thankfully packed a bigger heat punch than what I can usually find around town and where just an all around great bite. The HTH sauce is ghost pepper based which I was leery about because I usually dont like the smoky flavor of ghost peppers, but the smoky-ness of the ghost pepper was toned down in the wings and made for a great well rounded spicy flavor profile. On top of that, its rare that I can find a sauced wing that is still crispy. At almost everywhere else you have to just get the sauce on the side to dip in, or just be ok with a soggy wing. Not here, not this time. I finally got wings that were still crispy from first bite to last after being sauced. The staff is warm and friendly, they make the whole place feel very much like a Cheers a part of the neighborhood. Great local vibe. Highly recommend a visit.

If you want good/ well-mixed drinks this is the place to go! My friend (who s new to town) and I (visiting from Miami) wanted to have a girls night out and this was our last hope as the last bar we went to right before was so bad. Crazy loud on a Saturday afternoon, went there with about five friends to enjoy a meal and a game, maybe some cocktails - the bar was staffed by a single individual so swamped she wasnt able to turn down the music to a reasonable level, I doubt the kitchen was even open. We left without ordering anything. Would have been a perfect place for our activities had it been a reasonable noise level with easy access to food and drinks.

The drinks I got were nice, but the bartender seemed more concerned with getting laid than taking care of customers. Which, I guess I don t blame him cause the girls were pretty.

Pretty good neighborhood bar. Theres not a very large beer selection but if youre into the standards they have them. I had some chips and salsa would have been good if the chips were warm instead of cold.

The best burger and drinks ever! Love this little sports bar. Kitchen closes at 10pm!-$5 burgeers were so good. The bartender Chance and Ryan are awesome!
