My experience started out good, but with this new attorney in San Antonio Tadeo Gill. He is not consistent with answering calls or emails. My case has been prolonged longer than needed almost a year for my children to get settlement from auto claim. Im still waiting!! He is not persistent with the insurance adjuster in his demands. Im not recommending this law firm. Very disappointed!

Im sorry if this is going to sound Too presumptuous, and I dont know. I am not able to add any ratio except a full star. I can not think of anything, at this time tobdeduct the full 20%, but since I am hard pressed to give anyone a perfect 10. I am not able to give 95%, or even 90%. 4 out of 5 is the best I can offer. Yes, I realize that explanation has little merit. A perfect 100% is hard for me to choose. I have, AND will continue to recommend your office and services above any others to anyone I know who may be in need of legal representation. Wow. That sounds very impressive. Steinger Greene & Feiner was really patient with my husband and I they went above and beyond for us as their clients they assigned Attorney Andrew Poulis and his Secretary Maria to our cases and I must say those two are AMAZING!!! Got hurt on the back of city of irving recycle truck, feels like rotater cuff and shoulder blade muscle tearing from bone. This law firm says yes yes yes like my old girlfriend and then says no after I sign my life away. There not very good lawyers and they dont contact you unless you call all there numbers and get some one that has heard of the lawyer you named. Please pick any other lawyer besides this one cause you might just have to marry that old girl.

The agency is very disorganised and it was hard to get any help. I had a hard time reaching my attorney for a few months and anytime I would be transferred on the phone to someone who could help me would never pick up. I was not reasonably informed on my case and would even have Doctor appointments set up by Albert Williams for me without my knowledge. This would cause me to be either late or unable to attend. My 1st attorney Albert Williams luckly quit but this did not help my case at all. I was assigned a new attorney Tadeo Gil and I only found out because I asked to reach my attorney through the agency because I could not reach him. They said my case was transferred to a new attorney. I was shocked because my new attorney Tadeo Gil has not attempted to contact me to let me know what had happened. Since Tadeo Gil took my case I have not heard from them with multiple attempts. If you are looking to be reasonably informed, wanting to hear back from your attorney in a reasonable timeframe, and do not want your case neglected I would suggest finding an alternative option.
