This is the worst place to rent. The office will call cops in you just for asking questions. Alyssa the office manager called the police on me because I was questioning her. Dont waste your money. Vanessa is stuck up and rude. My husband has a charge now because the ignorant janitor ran to the office and lied. The ignorant rude staff called police on something they knew nothing about.

After Alyssa left and Vanessa, I believe also left this place is a mess. The new manager could care less about the residents. She has no sense of urgency. The place is literally falling apart and she just tries to make up an excuse for whatever reason. I came back specifically for the management, but they re not there anymore and good luck with this new management or so-called management. I ll post up some pictures of this so-called community that has luxurious amenities.

Well I am 57 and retired so I had to apply section 8 but I didn t get to live there because they do not take people like me with section 8 vouchers what is pretty disappointing I mean the landlord has the right to refuse an application but section 8 not everyone which is pretty discriminating

My mom and I lived there 14 years! First in building 10, there we had the best view and I enjoyed the high ceilings which made the apartment feel larger. Then we left but came back after 2 years and stayed another 7 years! This time it was in building 5, not really had the same feeling since it was down stairs.We had a few stressful moments from having our upstairs neighbors water heater burst and water leaked into our apartment from the ceiling and then again with the neighbor from right behind us but this time all of our bedrooms,closets carpet got soaked.I loved the area and our neighbors were sweet and helpful. Managers are very nice and very helpful. I would live there again!

None of the gates ever work and the door gates with codes don t work either and are always open.. so not sure how that makes this a gated community? It s seems like they are always doing some kind of upgrade but never gets done for like months.and theres always bug problems I just wouldn t recommend.

I have lived in this complex for a few years and have absolutely nothing negative to say about the grounds or the staff. The grounds are well kept and landscaped, the community is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and responsive to maintenance.

Best apartment Ive been at so far! Maintenance is very good and their speed is always top teir. Front Office is knowledgeable & keep the grounds looking great with hired lawn care. I enjoy walking my dog without having to worry about my safety, I really like it here.

Doesn t matter what I say or put. Companies like DGE investments or this apartment complex doesn t practice ethics. They made a mistake and are charging me for it. First they call to apologize for the mistake and they can work out a payment plan to now getting a vacate the premises. Then they except me not to be upset or etc and hang up on me. Crazy how companies like DGE can continue to be crooks and get away with due to some policies and leases and etc. people deserve better especially if they are renting from you. I know nothing will be done and some other resident will move in. Amazes me how poorly they can continue to be towards residents. Who protects us? 1 star is too high. Sent from my iPhone

You never have internet. There is no phone signal whatsoever. Even when you installed all the equipment to have better service, you never have any signal.

Management is horrid. They talk down and belittle you. Allow bullying from other residents. Maintenance ideas of fixing a problem is super glue. Pest control in a joke. Roaches and spiders are everywhere. Stray cats everywhere. The peace officer is rude and intimidating. Even if you left the place better than when you moved in, you will NOT get your deposit back.

Cornerstone Apartments is a great place to live. We have lived here two different times during our time in Harlingen. The apartments are updated and clean; the staff is very attentive and quick to address any service request. Also, the grounds are kept up nicely, which we liked very much..

Great place to live, can recommend to other medical students or residents- very friendly and reasonable management. They have been consistently kind and great to work with. Quiet, safe, and clean apartment complex with friendly neighbors. Best place Ive found to live so far in RGV.

The apartments have recently been remodeled and they are much improved. The response time on maintenance issues can be very long. The pricing for the units is on the high side.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I was a tenant from March 2017-Feb 2018. While things look nice from the outside view, they are not what they seem. First I ll start with the Gated Community the gates are always broken or disabled and left open for anyone to wander in the complex. I rented a 2Bd 2Ba but for the entire year I was there, the complex failed to fix my main hallway bathroom shower even after numerous complaints to the office. There was also a water leak that caused damage to the same bathroom ceiling that took them months to fix and when they did it was half-assed and they just covered the hole with out replacing the light fixture. They have the convince of paying your rent online but it s not so convenient, depending on the amount of your rent you will pay an additional 24-30$ service fee to do so. Let talk about the water bill, it s not based on individual apartment conception it s based on the complex water bill and then divided equally. So that means you re paying for the messed up sprinkler system as well that comes on twice at night. Finally let s take about he rip off of the deposit. I was told initially I needed to provide double the normal deposit as my credit wasn t that good so I had no issue doing so. This week I received my deposit check back with less than half of it being returned and a bill with 265$ of deductions for cleaning services they charged me for even though the appartment was left in better condition than it was when I moved in. The cleaning people are employed at the complex and get paid a wage so why was there 265$ of charges for things I did before moving out? Charged for sweeping and moping, charged for cleaning the windows and blinds, charged for vacuuming, charged for cleaning the fans, all done prior to my exit day!!! This place is a ripoff and the staff are terrible!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! You can find better for cheaper!!

Worst place to live cause its way to over priced and also when you break the lease you have to pay a 1,000dollars and on top of that you have to pay 830dollars a month even if your not living there you still have to pay rent until they find someone else to rent the apartment to . they also take forever to fix stuff the apartments are not maintained well the gates are always messing up and to think of all the money they get from the people they can ay leadt upgrade on there gayes and apartments . and they say the have a playground yea a playground for five year olds . i woulf not recommend this place to no one at all there ripoffs .

A decent place to rent. But a little to over priced. The location is pretty decent. And its quiet. But there are better priced apartments in the Harlingen area that offer the same assets. It if werent for the over pricing, Id definitely give this place a 4 or 5 star rating.
