My grandsons were very excited that they were able to participate on the ziplining. Very safe for all ages. Theyll definitely be coming back. Ill see if they would like to try the rockwall next time!!

Spent 10 hours driving here to San Antonio and my son wanted to do something fun. So we came over here after walking down the Riverwalk aced a ticket to do the climbing wall and the rope lines. Filled out their waiver and right before I paid she said all sales final. What could go wrong right? Then she tells us we have to go across the mall to do the rock climbing first. We went over there and did that and of course six other people show up right as we do. When my son was done, we walked back over to the rope lines and told the woman we were ready to do the rope lines and she informed us. They only have one employee(She Obviously isn t authorized to harness anyone) and it s the one over there at the climbing walls across the mall. we have to wait until all the other people are done at the climbing walls before my son can do the rope lines that we paid for! Again, no refunds! So we sit here and wait for all the other people to be done across the mall and for the guy to come back. It s not our responsibility to make sure their facility is staffed correctly!! I am going to throw out a guest that the trampoline downstairs is also owned by these people because it was closed. Obviously no one can run it. Seems like if they only have one person to run the entire thing maybe it should just closed down until they hire some more people!

Its getting a 5 star review bc my kids loved it and it was a really fun experience with a pretty cool view. However it does come with some constructive crit. I was hit with a shoe - twice. Both Crocs. We did our research ahead of time and they mentioned closed toed shoes required and I dont consider Crocs that. Im thankful that they were soft but just annoyed enough lol I just hope that considerations for the rules set in place are actually put into practice. Will we come again? Maybe. Will I move 20 feet away? lol most definitely. Possibly, could more seating be made OUTSIDE the ropes course?? Thank you!

Great fun for my daughter. Quick and simple , but most importantly, effective safety measures. An hour of fun for literally less than a refillable drink at Aquatica Sea World. On top of all this, the employees are helpful and honest. I forgot my credit card after paying, but Albert sought me out to return it, literally saving me what could have been thousands upon thousands of dollars, and a ruined credit rating.

Very cool place! Its located inside the mall, so easy to find once youre inside. The manager was so nice, explaining how it all worked. We used our Pogo Pass for free admission. Will definitely be back!

Really cool place! Quick way for you and your family to burn some energy and do something a little different or take a break from walking the down town area and shopping. Located in the Shops at Rivercenter this place is great for kids and adults!

This place was amazing! We never heard of it before it was on Pogo Pass. It was fun for all ages, even adults. They even have a kids place so my toddler could do a zip line and ropes course. Super friendly and helpful staff. Just be aware if you want to bring your phone up for videos or photos you must have a lanyard or something to hold the phone so you don t drop it and accidentally hit someone below you. Definitely will be going back.

Too spread out, attractions are on different levels at different end of the mall. I guess its okay if you are in the mall. Not worth seeking out. Better off at a real jump park etc...

Great value compared to other similar attractions weve visited. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I really liked that they did continuous onboarding with staggered start times. We were able to start as soon as we got our paper work and payment compete. They marked an armband to show when our hour would be up. Weve done similar attractions that had start times every thirty minutes for a specific number of people; meaning they may be selling tickets for hours in advance. I was pleasantly surprised that we didnt have to wait at all at Liggetville and loved that we had a full hour to play. There was a wide variety of obstacles for all skill levels. Highly recommend!

My kids had an absolute blast doing both the ropes course and the climbing walls! I couldn t get over the views of the river throughout our time there! Definitely added to our experience to be able to look out the windows at one of the gems that makes San Antonio so special. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

A fun treat after she shopped with me for 6 hours without complaining!! BEST deal recommend both ropes & rock climbing wall. Jesus at the River center location was helpful & courteous. You can pay for just the ropes or just the rock climbing just note they are in 2 separate locations but you have a wristband to tell you how long you have This was fun & great location & yes she definitely thought of this as a great TIME.

My little daughter enjoyed this experience a lot, it was her first time and she need a lot of my help to move inside the attraction but she was happy and felt brave when she managed to get off the zip line. I didnt think it was expensive, its accessible price and fun, shes only 4 years old and she told me she wants to come back. All the people who took care of us were kind and attentive.

This place is awesome. Kids and adults of all ages can enjoy this place. Just a heads up, the location on the map is incorrect, the obstacle course is located on the third floor of river center mall and the wall climbing is on the second floor. The employees are great with kids and very helpful. The prices are very reasonable.

The kids loved the thrill of the zip line and walking across such a high place. Not for those afraid of heights. Smaller children, maybe 8 and under, may have trouble maneuvering the tether line.

My nieces came from Calif and LOVED this adventure and talked about it for days. The only wish was having more time to do the courses....they felt rushed not having done these types of things before...theres a time limit which we understand but even 15 more minutes wouldve helped....thats the only disappointment and only 4 stars.

Excellent for getting some energy out and practice conquering heights and balance challenges for big and small kids. We went with a 4, 8 and 9 year old cousins. Spent a couple of hours believe it or not. Parents can go up with the kids if you want to, but I am self conscious so I stayed on the ground. They also have a wall climbing area. Fun times!

Its a great spot for the kids to have fun while you shop. The kids are secured with a harness that is secured and can not be detached unless the child is ready to leave and comes down the exit. The harness was a double stand harness, making it more secure. On top of the obstacle area, there is also the wall climbing area, which has many different options with different levels in difficulty.

This place is unsafe. When kids break the rules and mess with the harnesses of the other kids they will look away. One kid almost had his harness completely removed and took them 10 minutes to get to them and they said he will be fine. The other parent was trying to get a manager and the woman was very rude to him and she was cussing and yelling as she stormed off. My daughter will not be going there ever again

It was so much fun! Took my boyfriend for his 30th birthday and we had a blast. Definitely a fun challenge for me who is not as good with heights, but he loves climbing. We love the zip line, and the rock climbing walls! Definitely a fun date idea.

This place is great for all ages! Our youngest is 43 inches, and she was permitted on the little kids area as well as the big kids area. Her grandpa had so much fun being a kid again, too. This was my second visit here, and I couldnt wait to bring my younger kids after visiting with my teenager 2 months ago.
