I had my daughters birthday there this past Saturday at 530pm and was a great experience. Mind you, we didnt not ask for much from our host but we had a great, friendly, and attentive host named Andre. The only complaint I have is that my party guests did not have a chance to do the rock climbing since there was no employee available and when I asked another employee nearby, he said that they are short staffed and it could be another 1 to 2 hours before someone can get over there. Other than that, great experience. Thank you.

Overcrowded. Kids going in all kids of directions and just sitting on the obstacle swings and such and not moving for 10minutes or more. Roof was leaking water in the obstacle area and food area. Not a lot of seating and some of the attractions were broken. Disappointed for the price of entry. Will not be back.

Great place to bring the kiddos, though one huge concern is the staff. They are none existent. You have high school boys throwing the football and hitting the small kids. I had to bring it to the attention to the manager in order to control the situation.

Weve gone to a few trampoline places in San Antonio and this location doesnt have a separate area for little kids. The layout is actually nice as I could keep my eye on my 6 yr old daughter from the tables at the front. There wasnt much else aside from jumping that she could do such as obstacle course that are offered at other places. She wanted to play dodge ball but teenagers and adults were playing kind of rough. The restroom were filthy. Some stalls didnt have toilet paper. There was trash all over the floor and of course the one decent stall was missing the door. Of the 2 sinks, only one of them works.

Ive been here for the teen night and during the day in the middle of the week. Its been a great experience. The place is clean and the people are friendly. I feel like their prices are more than fair. My kids really like the climbing features and I feel like it helps for when they get bored with jumping. Special thanks to Syd, I went back to get a wristband to jump with my kids and she remembered I had a younger kid and gave the discount for jumping instead of paying full price. I had no idea the option was there and I appreciate that she was looking out.

I was invited to my nephew s 6th birthday celebration. The park had a designated person that was very nice and guided the party. I would recommend this place because of the dedicated attention that was placed on our party group. She pretty much kept us on time. Nice place to celebrate a kid s birthday. The kiddos looked like they really enjoyed their time there. The adults also enjoyed their time at the park.

Altitude is ok, I prefer air topia for my little one. Overall ok experience. The snacks out in the open isn t a great idea. My 2 year old wouldn t stop grabbing what he wanted because of the convenience. I m also not a fan of the socks.i have a son and the socks look like little girl socks. For parents that care about things like that, this review is for you. I don t want my son wearing feminine socks and they didn t have a variation which bothered me.

This place smells and it s not very clean the people who work here are just socializing instead of taking care of this place they need to have better work ethics the manager who is here today 3:25 is more interested in the girls just talking to be another instead of working your paying for them to just stand around socializing and manager doesn t seem very professional either sorry won t be coming back to this one place maybe might think of hiring people to do better job or this place will continue to lose money Because instead of helping your business they are working to make sure it loses business i even complained to them about how dirty it was and smelly thursday I came for my little ones graduation and I m very disappointed I paid what I paid now My suggestion is you need to have a full staff netting and cleaning crew come in and really clean place & spray i came to one off the I-10 off Huebner to turn around to get to it but greatly disappointed i choose this place I suggest anyone wanting to pay for a nice place to take kids without the smell or dirtiness go to urban air much better experience i only came here as it wasn t open at time of went

No regard for safety of others by the staff. We were there for a birthday party and an adult male was throwing a hard football across (and I mean not just a toss but from one corner to the far side) the trampoline park to his sons back and forth. He was standing on the orange elevated spots and throwing very hard to where he would throw and miss the kids and it slammed into the rails multiple times. I went to the staff and asked that they ask him to stop or move off to the side. The staff just shrugged and said sorry we really can t do anything. I m all about having fun and soft nerf type ones would be better but this was a legit safety issue. He could have taken out a kid or parent by his poor throwing and his kids running all over the place trying to catch them. Balls should remain over by the goals or dodgeball areas. Very disappointed and will never return based on the lack of concern of safety from the staff members.

You want your kids to release all the energy they can plus reserves and be ready for bed by 7p so you can snuggle on the couch and watch grown up movies with your person this is the place to go! Believe me these kids are dripping in sweat from all the fun they are having jumping off the walls. Plus if you want a bird eye view sit up on the 2nd floor you can see entire first floor to make sure your kids are good

Updated Review: We pay for a monthly family membership to come jump. I usually bring my kids over here on Tuesday evenings and theyre always excited to get a good jump in. Recently it seems like more often than not theyre closing early on Tuesdays and likely other days of the week without any prior notice. Tonight for example we got here at 7:30 and the lights were off and the doors were locked. If youre posted hours say you close at 8:00 p.m. my expectation is youre going to be open till 8:00 p.m. and I shouldnt have to call and check or be concerned that Im spending 30 minutes driving across town only to find out that you guys are going to be closed. Im very disappointed as this is not the first time that this has happened or the second or the 3rd. Previously they have been closed early for maintenance and if you ask me if youre going to do maintenance you do it after hours so youre not affecting your customers. Another time we got here at 6:45 p.m. and I was told that they would be closing in 15 minutes. Im strongly considering canceling my membership after having it for over a year. Very disappointed in the situation as a whole and I hope the owner sees this review and addresses it. Previous Review: This place is always fantastic and I love going there with my kiddos! Now that theyve added rock climbing and other activities its even better! Not to mention the pizza you can order theirs from 1,000° Pizza which is absolutely amazing!!!

All i can say is one word. Incredible. The service here tonight was some of the best service i had ever recieved. I was near the foam pit and a child was hurt, Val ( Valentine) was there to help the hurt child and return him to saftey. As i was jumping, i noticed him always staying alert and watching out for anything suspicious or possible injuries. Even if nothings wrong, he still checked up on random customers asking if everything is how they like. Next is Andres. Hes like a night in shining armor. He was working the rock wall area and was doing great. With such a big line of kids waiting, he was so efficient with getting shoes on kids, putting on harnesses, hooking kids on, and if any were hurt or needed help, he was right there. And finally was Francesca, the sweetest woman ever. She was so kind to all of the children that needed assistance and to me myself. When she saw me stitting down all alone, she offered to come sit with me to make sure i wasnt alone. She kept me company and had an aura that i will never forget. When kids would get chalk over the carpets, she would be right there ready to vacuum so that the area may be nice and tidy. She was the most beautiful woman there and has awesome music taste. I will miss her. In conclusion, this has been the best experience i ever had at altitude and will never forget it. I will definitely be coming back and bringing more friends to better profit the special 3 team/staff members that made this trip so memorable. Also i cant forget Marcus and Tori who both offered me pizza. Thank you Altitude for giving me this experience of a life time.

Excellent place for kids, BBBUUUTTT I went for a birthday party and it was upstairs. Very tight up there. Right next to us was another party. It was as if we were one party but we werent. Only one trash can up there on their side so we constantly were interfering with their area to throw out trash. Trash cann got full fast!!! I didnt notice any bathrooms upstairs either. I booked a party for my daughters birthday and Alyssa helped with everything. Last minute, all of her friends in her class had the flu and fever so they couldn t make it. They helped accommodate us so my daughter could still have fun and didn t make me pay the original price for the 10 kids due to the extenuating circumstances Ava was our hostess and she was great. The pizza and salad was from Marco s. We thought it would have been nice if they left red pepper and Parmesan, but they didn t. The only other thing, the cashier didn t give me my teacher discount and I forgot to remind him. We will definitely go back.

This is a great place to take your kids when they need to get out some energy. If youve never been to a trampoline park before, its hard to imagine what may be inside this place...(sarcasm). Its a huge floor of trampolines that kids can jump on. Even the wall transitions have trampolines to bounce off. There are two separate dodge ball pits, a section for the smaller kiddos and an air bag pit that they can do flips and tricks into. There is also a climbing wall and a small overhead ropes-style course. Good for birthday parties

Went to a birthday party on a Sunday morning from 10 am to 12 pm, great planning they had Altitude Trampoline Park all to themselves. The manager and staff were attentive and were able to help the parents with the party, serving pizza and cake. The kids and adults had a great time. Some adults tried the zip line and above ground obstacle course. Altitude Trampoline Park was clean and well maintained. They offer a private party room. They even have lockers and locks that are available at the front desk. They offer many different specials throughout the week.

I cannot say enough kind things about the staff here. So far we have been twice and have had an amazing experience both times. I failed to get their name, but the manager was there both times and helped my child with rock climbing both times. Even when there were other kids around this manager was making sure that all the kids were having fun and asking if they needed anything. This second time it was only my little one there and the manager even changed out a handhold for her so she could have a better grip. When we were just about done the manager took the time to ask how it was and if she had any ideas about making one of the easier climbing spaces better for someone smaller like her. I am just truly thankful for the kindness and care that the staff puts into their job. The confidence my child gained from this experience is amazing. The facility has been clean both times we visited as well. I was expecting her socks to be black by the time we were done but they were not. I highly recommend this location! Thank you so so much for the amazing experience! We will definitely be back!

Completely disappointed. Was over charged for a birthday party. The kids at the registers have poor to no customer service skills. Package I paid for said it was for 12. I had less than 12 children however my receipt said I was charged $20 for an additional child. Additionally my package said it came with a tshirt; never received. I liked their set up: obstacle course, basketball, rock climbing etc, but it seems like only teens work there and they have no care for customer service. Even the manager looked like a teenager and seemed to have no major presence. It seemed like all the employees were annoyed to be there. They were on their cellphones and conversing with another. It is good to be friends with your coworkers but that should not come first to the customer experience. This is a business not social hour for employees. My niece and nephew were on the obstacle course. An obstacle course is an amazing opportunity to build a childs self confidence and tenacity when dealing with challenging situations. The employees seemed annoyed to have to explain how to hook and unhook the straps and locks. They seemed frustrated when trying to explain how to manuever throughout the course. The employee was yelling across the facility giving directions ocasionally, but it is loud in there I couldnt even hear what the employee was saying. My Nephew almost made it through the whole course but had no guidance in the most difficult part. I feel he could have made it through if the employee had cared enough to give him some tips in friendly manner instead of sighing, looking annoyed, and yelling like a crazy angry person. Please do better in training employees on customer service or think about how the employees can coach students in a positive manner to accomplish difficult things. I think anyone would appreciate that type of grace when overcoming an obstacle and it would be a great lesson for the employees and our future generations. I would love to go back one day and see how this facility had progressed in this aspect. It definitely could be something that makes this place stand out from others if done correctly.

The front desk customer services workers were so kind and very professional. There were also two staff members who consoled my daughter after she got upset and they helped turn her day around! Thank you for being so kind and helpful, def recommend!

went at 6 pm on a monday, from what it seemed it wasnt as busy as it usually is, went with one other person (an adult) and out of the four employees none of them wanted to come help us with the ceiling jungle gym. we asked them if it was included with our passes and they said yes and to sit by the benches underneath the entrance. we sit for about 10 minutes, no one comes over to us and at first i think oh theyre just busy its no problem then i look over at the front desk and only two people are helping customers while the other two are sitting behind the counter doing nothing, one of those two wearing a manager shirt. i understand being understaffed (i work a customer service job that is usually understaffed) and busy but if they had no intention of helping us they could have said it was closed due to being short staffed or gave us an estimated wait time. we left before our time was over because we were disappointed in the lack of good customer service and were too annoyed to continue.

First time here and it was pretty cool! We went a little before noon as to avoid the bigger crowds. Staff was helpful and place was very clean. We jumped everywhere, threw dodge balls, climbed a rock formation, and the kids wore harnesses so they could do the activities in the air. There are lockers in case you need to put items in a safe spot. Restrooms clean as well.

We were there for a birthday party and really enjoyed the atmosphere. I loved that it was much more open and lit up than most trampoline parks. Making it easier for parents to see what was going on. And we are planning to have my kids birthday party there in the future

Summer 2023 / Went early 10 am all little kids so safer for 6 y under. Must wear the trampoline socks (pj mask type fun character on kid socks $2.99) Had fun 1 hour $17.99 , 1 1/2 hours (90 minutes) $23.99, 2 hours $29.99. Snacks $2 . drinks $2.75-$3 . 30 min -1 hr cook time approx 1 topping pepperoni sausage or cheese Pizza $16.98 , up to 30 topping to choose from pizza $20.99 , 12 wings $16.95 or 24 wings $33.95 have plain bbq Buffalo garlic y sriracha . Salads sm $6.99 fits 1-2 or large salad $21.88 fits 6-8 people. Good fun to get kids energy out . Can buy online or in person a membership if year or summer ones sure tells online with prices updated for memberships. Free for adult who sits but to jump too same prices as the kids. I m too old I sat out free to sit or stand wait for the kids hour or hours or jumping if member to end . TVs to watch for adults . Shoe holders to tables. Dodgeball to basketball trampoline . Table tennis to rock climbing, kids trampoline area for 6 y under to regular area. Climbing in the sky stuff . Great Manager to staff even played with son to teach him to jump since he the 6 y under range he was excited to learn how to jump off stuff to bounce (baby bouncing lol his jumps are very tiny ). Hearing impaired no problem they explained stuff y helped me with QR code waiver. Loud music come at 10 am if hearing impaired I found less to no people easier to hear them music was still low . Ramp to kids area for mobility issues. Manager doesn t allow bullying encourages playing nice together so very kid friendly. Fun for autistic to Down syndrome kids to regular.

We had a private party here and rented out the entire space for a bunch of high school age kids. They had a blast! Venue was clean, plenty of employees to staff the rock wall and the ropes course, everyone was polite and easy to work with. The foam pit and dodgeball were favorites of the night. Lane, the owner, was wonderful and helped every step of the way to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend going here! All the teenagers left happy and exhausted, it was a perfect night.

We came to celebrate my son s kindergarten graduation and had the best time! It was clean and a ton of fun. The young man (Marco?) at the ropes course went above and beyond and the young lady who checked us in, Amarise, was so sweet and helpful. We ll definitely be back!
