My experience with Window Gang was excellent. They cleaned all my windows inside and out, cleaned out my gutters and also did a soft wash on the house that makes it look brand new. Very please with the staff that took their time and got everything just right. I highly recommend.

The Window Gang did a great job cleaning the gutters on my two story home. They were punctual, fast, courteous and very thorough. They made sure to clean up any debris they cleaned out of the gutters and you could not tell they had been there because my yard, porches and driveway were left in great shape. I highly recommend them.

Were preparing to move, so we called Window Gang to clean all of our windows....even the ones in the garage. They did a great job for us, and their bid was $100 less than the other window cleaners we contacted. They used new squeegees to ensure they werent scratching our window glass, cleaned the screens and the troughs as well for no extra charge, and didnt quit until the entire job was done. The results were so dramatic! It was like we had no glass in our windows. Thanks for a job well done, Window Gang!

We are very disappointed with the service we received. 5 of our window screens were bent by the technician. Unfortunately, we didnt notice right away and they will not take responsibility for it. We just made sure the windows were cleaned from the inside. We didnt think of looking at them from the outside and specifically checking the screens. I suggest examining your screens from the outside prior to getting your windows cleaned and again before the service member leaves. Otherwise they could blame it on foundation shifting or something else. Either way you may have to pay to have screens replaced also.

Have used their services in the past with no complaints, but this time was a frustrating experience. I booked to have my windows cleaned. They were supposed to come at 11 am, but without consulting me they rescheduled (via text message) to 2 pm. They didnt arrive until after 2:30. The two workers then cleaned my gutters. I then had to tell them that I had wanted my windows cleaned not the gutters! Then one worker cleaned my windows while the other worker laid on the lawn and watched. Ok. Then finally finished around 5:30. I ended up paying for the gutter clean as well as the finished windows because I didnt know what else to do; I mean, they did clean the gutters.

I highly caution you from hiring Window Gang. Unfortunately, I never got to schedule work with Window Gang. Norman refused to take calls or return my calls to answer questions about pricing. He promised to call several times and never followed through. We exchanged several emails but he never addressed my questions. It was clear there was a miscommunication regarding the question and I requested a phone call that would take a matter of seconds to answer. Norman had his receptionist relay to me that he refuses to work with me. BEWARE!!! if you should happen to want to know what additional charges may apply for gutter guard removal and re-installation as stated on their estimate, you will never find out. Instead you will waste weeks seeking the answer from unknowledgeable staff, be put off by Norman and eventually hung up on.

We used Window Gang for gutter cleaning, and they did an excellent job! We had a few gutters completely full of debris where rainwater was being completely blocked. We saw a dramatic difference the next big downpour we had, with no water flowing over the gutters! The tech was very professional, efficient and friendly. We are planning on bringing them back to our house for their exterior cleaning services!

We hired Window Gang Austin to clean our solar panels and all window exteriors. The service tech was professional and thorough. The dirt and grime on our panels was stubborn, but look at how great they look after! I will absolutely book Window Gang again when panels need it.
