Not sure why you would even serve burnt chicken like this. It just goes to show how lazy the cook is being & of course it took 20+ minutes in the drive through and they forgot the eggs. Everytime I go to this restaurant they mess up something & I go at least every other week when I really need to go somewhere else and spend my money. This is not the first time they ve done this, last time they served me burnt chicken again. Another time they gave me spoiled bad eggs. This taste disgusting. You only taste grease no chicken at all. Update- I went in for my refund, this was the first time I ve went inside and the smell was enough to keep me away forever. It smells like sewer bad.

We love coming here, we come after church on Sundays. My Grandson always says Babes? I had the nachos which were fantastic! Lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole sour cream and jalapenos. My son in law had a burger, HUGE and juicy. My daughter always gets the veggie pizza and my Grandson has the chicken fingers with fries. The fries are crispy and full of taste. There is a calico kitten there on the outside porch, Babes Mascot at this location. We gave her some chicken and lettuce. Lol yes lettuce, mushrooms and other veggies. This cat (Babe) prefers veggies to meat. Please say hello to Babe when you visit this location, so cute and friendly. Thanks for another great family meal, God bless this establishment. I posted a picture of the miniature dining room set on the counter, my Grandson had his Lego man sitting at the table. Lol Vegetarian options: Pizzas can be made with all veggies if preferable, fantastic.

I stopped on my way home. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with everything on them, one order of fries, and onion rings. With an order of mushrooms with gravy. When I got home, there were no cheeseburgers. Instead, there was according to my wife, was like a chili bean burger. The cost of the order was 22 dollars and some change. On my way back to Babes, I called them to let them know about the order. And that I was going to get the cheeseburgers. I called them back to make sure that I wanted 2 cheeseburgers. When I got there, I paid 15 dollars and change. I did think that they would give me one of the cheeseburgers. OOOOH no, that was not the case. I guess Babes expect the customer to pay for their mistakes. I told my daughter to remind me to not comeback to this location. Today I ordered the chicken tenders, which I love. But I changed it to a crispy chicken salad. It was a dollar less but I didnt ask for a refund figuring Id have great hot chicken tenders on my salad. instead I got old stale leftover cold chicken tenders. Barely enough to equal 1 chicken tender. This wasnt the first time this happened. The first time I ordered it, I got the same, old cold leftover chicken. Last time I ordered a crispy tender salad the same thing happened. I spoke up and they gave me better chicken. Just because its a salad doesnt mean I want old gross leftover chicken! (I can get this same salad at Texas Roadhouse and Cheddars for same price that serves quality hot chicken)I know they have good chicken because they serve it on the crispy tender plate. It is so good, why couldnt I get the same chicken for salad? It is the location. Because Ive ordered this salad at the one on Fredrickburg and they have always given me hot chicken, not leftovers.

Have always loved this restaurant but after this visit NOPE. Service was horrible as soon as we walked in. Cashier was busy talking to other workers while trying to take our order with food in her mouth . Then made a comment that they not getting tips. Food on the floors/tables dirty. Small piece of Chicken had been cut like 5 times. NOPE NEVER AGAIN.

I would definitely recommend this place if you were craving some old school hamburgers. Bun and meat were delicious. For a double burger and fries it was about 14 dollars. About average this day and age. Food came out really fast and the restaurant was clean. Parking: Tons of parking.

Loved the retro feel of babes! The Guac Burger was excellent, bun toasted perfect, then crispy patty, and super melted cheese. The cheese sticks were just ok, they felt store-bought, and heated up. The pizza was good, a little doughy but the cheese, sauce and pepperoni were perfectly cooked. The grilled chicken sandwich was huge and juicy! Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot wasnt super wheelchair friendly, and the bathrooms were too small for a wheelchair to get in.

My wife and I are big fans of the location on Fredericksburg Rd. So we were excited to have one closer to home. Weve tried this location 3 times and will not go back. (At least not for a few months when most likely the problem staff will have quit or been fired) The food here is mediocre compared to the other location. If the kids in the kitchen are using the same recipes they arent following it correctly. The major problem we had this time was the attitude that was given when my wife asked one of the cooks for the Ranch dressing that should have been with her salad to begin with. He gave her a nasty look and dropped it in her hand. And when I walked up to ask for Sour cream (that should have been with my nachos to begin with) he tossed it down on the counter to slide it to me. I blew it off but when I sat back down they started to talk amongst themselves while looking at my wife and laughing. She decided to talk to the manager about it and got some generic response and then the manager joined in the looking and smiling. The only professional person in the place was the young lady with tats at the register that took our order. She should get a raise and a promotion.

Young lady at counter was very friendly and helpful. I had a chili burger and it was pretty good except the chili was awful, it seemed like it was baked beans. Wifes bacon burger was good. Ordered half onion rings and half fries. The fries were all overcooked and the onion rings are more like strings but tasted good. Restaurant is so loud, needs some sound damping done and definitely not a jukebox to make it worse.

This was our 3rd visit because we were trying to give it a chance as its closer than the other locations. Havent been impressed but this last visit was the worst. On my ceasar salad, only one crouton & no dressing. Had to ask. The fried mushrooms were soft and oily & again no dipping sauce. Had to ask & the guy tossed it at me, like I was putting him out. My husbands nachos were missing the guacamole & sour cream. Spoke to Manager (Illiana) and she said sorry, will speak to staff. But didnt give us missing nacho ingredients. When she was speaking to them, they were laughing and staring at me. Lost my appetite. We will never be back to this location, and if I could give a negative score, I would. So disappointed.

This is the second time that we pick up food here and its wrong....First need to deal with the girl at the counter attitude. Wow yiu should not be in the hospitality buisness. Now the food: $9.99 for an order od wings...big box with 2 celery sticks and 5 tiny piecies? What? Then we got 2 burgers both worngs condiments, one patty was burned. Club sandwiches the bread was dont even toasted, soggy. I had a side of onion rings and were raw....the battered was not cooked. Highly highly disappointed on the attitude and the food. At last they told us 20 minutes. I oicked up exactly 20 minutes later and the food was cold..... Third time going through drive thru and should have learned my lesson. AGAIN, they got my chicken sandwich wrong. Paid for Swiss and bacon, got neither. Hot wings were completely soggy and they put the Celery sticks in with the wings. Now, I know taking to go, the wings wont be as crispy as eating them right out of the fryer BUT these were exceptionally soggy. Called the place, spoke with Ashley. She said that is the way they package the wings to go, I need to ask for them separately. Ok, I get that. Told her about no Swiss or bacon, her suggestion was to drive it back up there, shell give me another. When I began to speak, she spoke over me like shes had her speech memorized, she must say it often to other complaining customers, and then hung up on me. Very rude and sarcastic. Terrible when you dont want to cook dinner, tired from work, spend $40, for a couple burgers and wings, just want to eat at home and your treated like your $40 doesnt matter. Bad customer service from Ashley. I called back and asked for owners name she said Tony and again sarcastically said, have a good day and hung on me again. The food is pretty good, thats why Ive continued to go but they do not service to go customers the same as dine in. Pretty disappointing getting home EVERYTIME I order to go, the order is wrong, they forget something, etc. Lesson learned, will not give my money to a place that has such bad customer service and management like Ashley working there. She has no business working with customers in any way, shape or form.

Caveat emptor ..My husband went through the drive thru at the O Conner Road location on 3/13 to pick up a late dinner for us. I m gluten and dairy free due to food allergies. He specifically ordered a bacon burger on a GF bun with no cheese. When he got home, it was apparent they had put cheese on my burger, and then tried to take it off. He called to complain, and the manager, Mr. Delon, gave us a credit to have my combo replaced. He never told us there was a time limit on it. Fast forward to today, 4/7, when we went through the drive-through to try to get my credit along with two other combos. He refused, saying too much time had gone by and told us that we didn t have any common sense because we should ve known there was a time limit. This smug, unprofessional little man has now made it so my family will never eat at Babe s again. We support local, small businesses ..thankfully, Longhorn Cafe is right down the road with great food and professional service!

First off I believe that $30 for a ham and cheese sandwich w /fries and a single burger combo ( comes with fries and a drink) is a bit high. However when my burger came without tomato (as advertised it would) we were told so sorry we are out of tomatoes. No discount, nothing, except sorry too bad. My wife ( a dessert fan) had a brownie that was old and crumbled before she could eat a single bite (she did ask for a refund on the brownie and got it). We will not return. Buyer Beware!!!

Okay, they have the best veggie pizza EVER!!!! Fresh veggies, and crunchy crust and never greasy. My husband, son, and I go frequently after Church. My husband usually gets the mushroom Swiss burger (combo) and my son gets either the chicken nuggets or grilled cheese with fries. Great food. Had a bacon cheeseburger that hit the spot right. The cobbler was cold and I perfer it hot but it was still good. Costumer service was good, friendly staff and the food came pretty fast and hot, I was taking a lunch break at work so that was important. I Would recommend to anyone to try the food here. I will return. $$

We had been driving by and always saying to stop and have lunch. So we did. We ordered the #1 Hamburger with fries and drink. Oboy! Was it good! It was like a homemade hamburger fully loaded! The juicy flavors were right there and the fries were cooked perfectly! I recommend, Enjoy;))

Excellent burgers. Onion rings were good. Fries were weird in my opinion. They looked like the fries that have been sitting in the oil just getting refried over and over. Tasted ok, but looked burnt. Service was excellent.

Very disappointed with the burgers. They had zero flavor and the fries were soggy. They tasted like frying oil. We had to get our food to go because the location smelled like rotten egg. Strong sulfur or sewage. Will not try again.

Went for a late lunch & found out that this is a place to go. Buttery toasted buns made our burgers DELICIOUS! The burger buns with that nice buttery crispness to them that just makes them perfect is the way they are made here. Very fast friendly service too. Great place to go eat & enjoy your meal while it s at the peak of deliciousness. We have been to other locations, but this one has to be the best so far. There s no question, we WILL come back here.

I had passed by this place many times since it opened as its close to my office but never stored before. A colleague recommended it, so I visited Tuesday 1/9. I got the mushroom swiss burger, and it was AWESOME. There are a couple of other budget places within 15 minutes of this place, but I gotta say the burgers at Babes are superior. Juicy. Bun was roasted just right. Its an old-fashioned style burger. I was impressed. And the fries are really good too. I recommend checking it out if you appreciate a good hamburger.

Two words. Hell yeah. Great portions. Flavorful fries. Great pricing. This is probably going to be a regular stop for me. My mushroom Swiss burger came in amazing time. Large. Flavorful. Clean place. Outside seating available. Conveniently located. From the counter girl to the cook. Very engaging and friendly. Will definitely make it a point to come here for my next burger craving. Well done. UPDATE: Just went back for round two. Tried the Chilli Cheeseburger. Prepped for a messy burger. Lots of napkins, fork, and knife. Not needed. The burger held together well. Still had some dripping. Not complaining. Very well put together burger. Staff was still friendly, warm, and engaging. Another great burger. I just might end up becoming a regular.

Well its a shame my doctor says I cant eat there anymore. But Im going to tell you what its not because of anything theyre doing. The place was amazing, the cholesterol is high, but everything else is just perfect. This new location seems to be struggling a little bit, but the employees seem to have a good mindset.

Two hamburgers to go and they sucked. The burgers were literally shoved in a wrapper and squished in a bag underneath overcooked and greasy fries and cold onion rings. It was just the same ole pre made patty with all the veggies stacked in one small spot, lots of mayo, but no mustard or ketchup. It was out first and last visit to this less than average burger joint
