My sister and I recently had Advanced Windows to come out to Miles to replace all the windows in our mom s home. I have to tell you we are so very satisfied with the new ones. The owner and staff couldn t not have been nicer. Charles, Andrew, Clay and Wayne were so respectful. I have never a seen a group of guys who cleaned up after themselves so we ll. Even cleaned the windows and took off tags when they were finished . They also did some small repairs that they didn t have too. I can t brag on these guy enough. And the results are soooooo nice. Thanks so much. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Andrew came to the ranch and was punctual and efficient in doing his work of measuring. In a very timely fashion I received the quote for replacement of all our homes windows and the 2 front entry doors. Charles reviewed the quote and answered my questions and I approved installation. Very easy process to and company to do business with. Much appreciated.

Called numerous window shops here in San Angelo. They either told me that they dont deal with double pane windows just triple pane. Another shop told me they would call me back to schedule a time with me, that was 3 months ago, I still havent heard from them. Advanced Custom Windows came out the dY after speaking, and got the job done. No problems. They have my business.

I am going to preface this with I know nothing about windows other than some can open and some dont. I called the office and spoke with Whitney on a Monday and let her know I have some windows that would not shut all the way. She let me know that she can have someone out the next day to take a look and quote, if needed, (at no charge). We scheduled to have someone come look at 12pm the next day. I received a call from Andrew at 11:49am the next day letting me know he was at the residence. Andrew and Clay looked over the window and were quickly able to determine the issue (house settling caused the window frame to bend slightly). This made sense as several other windows had the same issue. They were able to gt all windows to shut within 45 minutes. They were professional, courteous and honest. Like I mentioned, I know nothing about windows. They could have told me there is no fix other than new windows and I would have believed it. Prices were fair, work was great and employees (Andrew, Clay, and Whitney) are 10/10. I will go to only these guys in the future. Thanks again!!

Too bad there isnt a ten star option because Advanced Custom Windows merits better than a five star rating. I had them replace every window in the house I used to own & recently had them install seamless gutters on the house I have now. They also replaced some windows & put in a new storm door. Its a great company with excellent quality work & very nice personnel.

I have a 100+ year old ranch house thats windows were about to fall off. ACW answered by coming out a couple of times from San Angelo, two hours to my ranch to measure the multiple sizes of windows, suggested what to use, ordered them, came out when they scheduled. In 2 days the windows were removed and installed the perfectly fitting new windows as well as removed all of my old window garbage. ACW is going to come back out to replace 3 screen doors and another window screen set for me This was a big job and I am very happy of the work, attention to detail, care of my property, and just the how can we make it better for you attitude. Whitney, Andrew, Clay, along with Charles the owner? and I cannot remember the other ACW folks, but their company and what they do, can certainly help you out. jk

Very impressed with this company! We contacted them due to our dog eating through a door. We had a birthday party scheduled and needed it replaced asap. They jumped on it and got it done! They remained in contact with me for updates and scheduling. Customer service was beyond our expectations. We look forward to using you guys again for the back doors and front door! I had Advanced Custom Windows replace all the windows in my house with double-paned windows. Shopped around at a few different local window places and they had the best price. The salesman never pressured me to buy needless upgrades or overly expensive windows - in fact, he encouraged me not to go with triple paned windows. Whitney, who answers the phone, is extremely friendly and helpful and called after the project was complete to make sure I was happy. The workmen showed up on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. They cleaned up the majority of the house and yard, though there were still some bits of glass and debris on the property when they left. Overall, however, I am very happy with this company, their representatives, and their workers. The windows also look great and are a huge improvement over what we had before. Time will tell how long the product holds up, but I am hopeful and confident that they will honor their warranty should any issues arise. Would highly recommend them.

Communication with the owner is HORRIBLE. He either takes literally weeks to respond, or doesn t respond at all. The only reason that company is staying in business is because of the crew leader, Andrew. He goes above & beyond to make sure everything is perfect and stays in constant communication with customers- even after the installation is complete. Thanks, Andrew!!

Took almost 5 months to get the windows installed due to shipping difficulties they had but once they got all the parts, the installation was completed in one day and the new windows in our enclosed patio look great. The installers were very friendly and answered any questions we had.

It took quite a while to get things rolling because of the magnitude of hail damage in our city and because of supply shortages, but once the crew arrived at our house, they worked steadily and professionally and remained in constant communication with us. They answered every question or concern my wife and I presented with detail, patience and professionalism. Their work was very good and if we found something that wasnt quite right, the crew very quickly corrected it with a fantastic spirit of quality service. We will need windows and garage door openers sometime in the future and Advanced Custom Windows will receive a call from us when we are ready.

Wonderful company! Came to give us a quote for a total window replacement and saved us money by suggesting ways we could cut costs. Had all our windows replaced in 1 day, and they came back on a separate day to install our front door (it wasn t in yet.) I d definitely use again... but these windows better last a while haha!

My kids and I were very hot in our 85 degrees unable to open a window to install a unit due to our central air breaking. Charles came out and fixed everything for us. I haven t gotten my windows or siding done yet but they have been so patient with working on moving my dates back and helping me wait till I get my home loan. They are constantly calling and checking to make sure their business is the right business for me and just sweet people. I have made multiple attempts to order soffit from here but couldn t seem to get anyone to call me back. When someone did he informed me the material had not even been ordered and he lost the measurements needed to be ordered and that the material would be double what it has been the last few years. I drove to the store from out of town in hopes to speak with the owner but he was to busy so I hand wrote a note for the owner to please contact me ASAP to resolve this issue but he never did. After years of ordering materials from here due to the lack of customer service I will not be ordering anything from here again.

They did a good job on my outside screen installation and the technician was friendly. It took about two weeks for them to build the screen for installation. The only issue was that I came home to the wrong screen color. Still looks good, but for the money I paid I was hoping to get the right color. I would still recommend them based on the quality, just make sure you are home when they come to install. Update: the company did call back to fix the problem. This goes to show they care about their work, solid place!
