Such a beautiful and peaceful green space. It will involve a little walking to see the best spots.

Avoid if you have a problem with off leash dogs :) coyotes or venomous snakes. Vandalized falling down historic cabin is a hazard. No restrooms. Teenage vandals rampant offensive graffiti. Dont come unless all of the above are ok by you. Playground: Nope. Just a falling down cabin with broken glass and trash Toilets: Nope. Use the woods Dog-friendliness: 9 out of 10 Dogs say they like it anyway. Picnic area: There are some picnic tables and trees with graffiti.

We searched for historic places in our area, and this came up. I dont know whats historic about it, unless I didnt go deep enough into it, yet it is swell. It looks like a long trail you can escape on. Tranquility. For some reason, the flies sucked more than the rest of town, including areas immediately outside the park. A retreat when you have time. 4 stars.

Love walking my dog here. Path is paved. There is a historic house here. I would have given this a 5-star but the city does nothing to protect the home from vandals. It is slowly being destroyed

The little streams here are beautiful. I see random pipes in some areas though? Not sure why, it ruined the nature immersion a little bit. The trail runs through a neighborhood.

Very nice little walk through the woods and next to a stream. There is some elevation change and at the bottom of the initial hill is a cabin. You cant go in, but sometimes the light hits it well. Otherwise, there are paths off to the side, maybe leading to surrounding neighborhoods. Its a nice slice of nature to walk or picnic. Just follow the signs - you are parking at the maintenance building for the adjacent golf course, so dont walk down to the left, stay straight ahead for the trail.

To whomever have 4 teenagers roaming around without guidance at the park on the golf cart. Your privileged lil angels are thieves and were caught red handed stealing money out of womens items they set down for a photoshoot. Police are looking for them so if your angels suddenly dont want to drive around the park. You know why. They dont look like theyll handle jail well so hopefully this reaches you.

This place is a great nature hike with beautiful things to see along the way. The waterfalls, a historic house, a Must See amazing tree, a wooden swing to swing on, and benches throughout the trail to sit and absorb the beauty around you.

Parking is in a side lot along the highway just before the golf course. There is a paved trail that seems best for walking or possibly a bike ride. It appears to be about a mile or less to the end and is well shaded near the creek. Theres a few rocky places, but overall, the trail is in good condition. The day we went it was very quiet and we were able to enjoy the creek waterfalls along the trail. There are benches with some graffiti on them, but they are otherwise safe to sit on. Several trash cans are available and I could not see litter or dog poop along the trail or in the creek. There is an odor the closer you get to the historic house. The house is not in good condition. It is boarded up and there is paint and graffiti on the exterior. A large bird house is on the ground and some of the rock walls and benches are broken down.

This is a hidden gem. The relative short hike is adjacent to a clear, running creek under a canopy of trees. Although there are houses along the bluffs in many locations, they are mostly unseen, leaving a sense of solitude. The trail is paved while within the bounds of the park, then turns to dirt and rock if you continue to the end. When starting at the south trailhead, take the trail on the right just past the gate. Halfway up the trail, for a side jaunt, walk across the little wooden bridge and keep going until you reach the second trail on the right. It can be a bit muddy but leads to a small, interesting cave/overhang. Theres also an old cabin along the main trail, but you cant go in.

I dont know what park other people saw but the park i saw was rather bland. First I missed the entrance because it looks like hardware facility. Then you walk down this concrete path for about 10 minutes then you get to a little creek and across the creek up on the hill a little bit is this Old House the house has a lot of trash by it and is boarded up the creek is not that long and doesnt really have anything interesting by it. I didnt stay very long because of its nothingness and I only ended up in the golf course twice so this seems to be a popular place to just walk on the past and or walk your dog but if youre looking for a hike this is not it

The entrance to the park is a bit deceptive, located in what appears to be the parking lot of an adjacent building. Trust GPS, turn right and then immediately hook left for the parking lot to the side of it. When you exit your car youll walk toward a fence along the side of the building, and youll see a paved path diverging in two directions. Go straight, not down. There will be TRAIL with an arrow spray painted on the correct path. The path isnt as shade covered as we had hoped, but still a gorgeous walk with very nice views along the nearby golf course.

The trail isnt really marked and the drive comes up real abruptly before/after a guard rail depending on your direction. Most folks didnt seem to wear masks, but its pretty easy to keep a distance. Its a nice little trail and stream a ways down. You know youve gone the wrong way if you end up on the golf course, lol.

I brought my hiking group here last week and they absolutely loved it. The creek runs along the trail so you can enjoy the babbling brooks and jump in if you get hot! The historic house from the 1800s is super cool. Def worth checking out if you can find it..I love finding hidden gems like these in North Austin!

For full hike park at Zennor Court and rough it south all the way to historic log house. Do not forget to go check out the large wide cave in the side of the limestone hillside (i.e. indian cave). It is hidden in the woods upslope in the west area. It takes some work to find it. From the main concrete walkway, when you see small wooden bridge that is where you cross from east to west, then hike quite awhile upslope to the west until you reach cave.
