My experience with Spherion was bad .. I only been in San Angelo for 1 month and on my 3rd day here I decided to go Spherion where I was treated amazing the first day , I went in for office job and was handed by Candace I told her that it was what I was looking for and she offered me a job at Gandy ink , I took it because I was urgently looking for a job but I did let her know I was looking for office related job since that s what I have always been doing , she said no problem.. well on my first day I called Spherion to ask if they had any work jobs available and that s when everything started , I got attitude from the director of Spherion , the second day of work was my last day because I had a car emergency and got late to work and I was always communicative and they turned it against me and stated that my job performance was not great , and decided to terminate my employement then the director once again was super duper rude and to top it off they no longer allow me to seek employment with them anymore just because of that problem , the worse experience I ever had from a staffing agency I am super duper disappointed

If youre desperate use them, but if you can find employment on your own do it. If they have hired you as a temp anywhere you will be locked in a probationary period you have no say in. They tell you when you get hired that they will be in contact with or that you can reach out to them, however that is just a front
