The associates were amazingly friendly. The area was clean. The prices are great. The burgers are grilled just right. My daughter loves the burgers here at Burger King. Fries are not bad either. Went through the drive-thru and orded french toast sticks and when I stop to eat them there is no syrup and they didnt even ask if i wanted syrup but they did put 3 packages of ketchup in the bag that I didnt want/need how hard would it be to do the same with syrup when you see it is the french toast sticks.

The girl at the counter was very sweet, I ordered on line and, hands down, Tori made the very best BK bacon king Ive ever had and Ive had many. Tori decorated this sandwich like a pierce of art work!! She put just the right amount of dressings I asked for on, and, she attacked the burger evenly and perfectly, just like you see on the picture of it!! Customer service isnt necessarily bad but they act like they could care less about being there. Food and my coffee were terrible got the iced vanilla coffee and its basically watered down creamer with no coffee taste. The burrito I got looks like they cut my sausage and egg in half and only gave a portion of what it should be but its super small for the price.

The customer service at this place is horrible, food was the worst ive ever had and when i called to talk to the manager only 1 call of the 3 were answered and the manager was amused by the fact that my food was not edible and i basically threw $26.00 in the trash. The drive-through took forever. We ordered 4 cheese burgers with ONLY ketchup. They all had no ketchup but mustard and pickles. Even the recipet was correct. Then, to fix it was a 20-minute wait. I had 4 small kids with me. There was no sense of this being fast food. This place is a mess! 40 minutes later, we were finally leaving with our 4 cheese burgers.

Spanish below. Like any fast food restaurant, during a trip they are the best option. On this occasion we decided to eat at this location because it has a playground where my children were able to get their energy out and forget about the hours in the vehicle. The place looks very clean and the employees were very attentive. I realized late that there were promotions if I ordered through the app (so dont forget to check it). The food has BKs signature seasoning, so theres not much to say. In the end, my children were given a crown as a gift, which was a nice touch. The atmosphere was fine there was just an issue with a strange man that was hanging out at the restaurant with seemingly no real reason to be there. So I went inside at 10:40 and the manager Ashley Cox was on the register and told me I could be inside because they closed at 9:45. Why did it take so long to close the doors? Shes was starring blank at the registers before then and after I even went the the drive thru the have my issues about my order. The General manager Ashley Cox was definitely on some type of stimulant the way she was leaning over the register. She also would come into a local gas station I worked at tweaked out of her mind trying to get me to cash app her money.

Went there twice, a week apart while on travel. Both times, the hot plastic smell from the impossible burger or wrapper was overpowering and I tossed it. The burger itself didnt taste bad but the smell was awful. Figured it was the paper wrapping and tried them again on my way back. Same thing - also, I asked for salt for my fries because the last time they were bland and unsalted. I was told they didnt have any salt packets. I asked them if they would give them an extra sprinkle just there in the bag and was told no... they were salted enough. Um, okay. Finally, I had ordered a small diet coke and got regular coke. So, it all went into the garbage on my way out of town ay a convenience store I stopped at for just something quick to eat on my 12 hr drive. I make that drive every couple of months and will just take the bypass around San Angelo next time.

So Im just gonna start with the cleaniness of this place. Pretty empty in the place. Majority of the tables are dirty, the rest rooms are dirty, dirt in the sink, white residue on the wall, Im assuming from from the hand soap just building up. Now the ordering , Workers ordering their food after we did and they recieved their food before us, not sure what thats about. Workers in the back using profanity as well, im assuming the manager jamming to Kevin gates outloud. Finally after a good 25 minutes and the workers are fed, we got our food, burger was warm and the fries were the only good part of this whole experience.

It wasnt too loud and theres a separate room for kids to play around with large windows so you can still keep an eye on them without listening to all the screeching. Disappointed in my visit today with this Burger King normally I do not have any problems but today the drive-thru attendance seem to have a bit of an attitude when I asked for a drink carrier for the four large drinks that were ordered and then one of our things was substituted for a completely different drink had ordered a Frozen strawberry lemonade and they substituted with some sort of soda that drink was ordered because the individual does not drink soda and instead of asking what they wanted for a substitute they just picked one at random to put in so I am very disappointed in their customer service and their order today they also forgot an entire sandwich on the order

Ordered two different burgers WITH jalapeños through the drive thru. I got home and both burgers DID NOT HAVE JALAPEÑOS!! I tried calling the establishment to let them know about the mistake they had made and the call wouldn t even go through! Thought it was my phone service for some reason, used my partners phone to call, same result. The place wasn t even busy for them to make the mistake. Of course the receipt said jalapeños were added and got charged for the add on, which isn t much, but the matter of fact that I got lied to twice and that their phone line was unresponsive ticks me off! I never leave reviews for fast food places but I just want the cowards to know that I ll never go to this place again. Went at lunch for just a spicy chking sandwich only to be told there us no spicy version that it is the sauce that makes it spicy. Tried to inform the person that works there it wasnt only to be told I was wrong

They really need to work on how they communicate with each other... Hearing the workers conversate with each other and hearing every curse word in the book while I wait on my order just doesnt sit well with me. Cmon be a little bit more professional, your at work people!!

Came over while on vacation. Staff was not happy with my ordering a chicken sandwich for breakfast. Couldnt be helped. Thats what my mom wanted. Apologized at the window and cashier was like....well its gonna be a 15 minute wait. Manager delivered alot sooner and was very pleasant.

The food was ok and out on time. But that lady with the red red braids in her hair seems to be a miserable person. Scoffed at me for asking for Splenda. And she was back there cussing at the other employees and throwing attitude and being as loud as could be the whole time we were in the restaurant. Don t know how she still had a job.

Although I generally love the chicken bacon and cheese sandwich the one tonight was definitely a bit off. And just my opinion but I totally prefer McDonalds or Whataburgers fries to yours and Sonics. Too much like school French fries for me. Anyway, Id say usually 3 or 4 stars.
