I was the groom there for a wedding and it didn t go as well for us. The elevator was broken down and this put an incredible strain on the bridesmaids having to carry massive amounts of items to the bridal suite. Since I never went up there until the very end, (grooms don t see the brides before the wedding) no one on staff bothered to tell me or help in any way. The coordinator staff was barely visible and appeared to be gone before the ceremony. It was very warm and stuffy inside (even tho it was November) and the temperature was never adjusted after asking for help with it. Towards the end, the serving staff seemed to have pushed us all out nearly two hours before our time was up. All they seemed to care about was to get out by 9:30 or 10:00. When we left, several belongings from the wedding were unintentionally left behind and no one ever bothered to reach out and inquire about it since. It was probably all thrown away quickly. It was certainly not worth the expense price by any means.

EVERYTHING about our day was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and that, in large part, was due to the extraordinary staff at Verona Villa. Makenzie is an A+ venue director and an even better person. She made every part of our planning process easy and seamless and even helped ensure that our vendors knew all the details of the day as well. She was fiercely protective of our timeline and made sure we had opportunities to enjoy our day in the best way possible. Hannah, the coordinator, also blew it out of the park and even filmed our private dance through the crack in the door of the reception room - a video I will cherish forever. I cannot say enough good things about Verona Villa!! Run, dont walk, to book your special day here.

Everything was not ok Couldve received a better help from management after paying a lot. They arent ready to listen which reflects bad management. This is the worst place I have ever rented in my life, the manager Mackenzie is terrible at managing this place and the other employee Hannah, on the day of the event, had her car in front of the venue and did not move it, then she did not have the microphones ready, I had to look for her to Asking for help was the worst experience, I paid so much money for nothing and now they want to keep my deposit of $1000 for 3 pieces of tape on the floor are the worst !!!!!!! Dont rent this place!!! Those who supposedly help you are the worst!

Nice location, conveniently located by the Dallas tollway. Following Google Maps is a little difficult to navigate through the other businesses when driving in from Stonebrooke. Verona Villa is essentially located north of the gas station in the same business complex. Google Maps will attempt to take you to the back, leaving you dead end behind another business.

Our organization has had a lot of events at this location and it is such a great venue. Besides just weddings events, its great for business meetings or networking events. I help run the audio/visual, and this location is really easy to plug into if youre looking for presentations and a great microphone sound system. I highly recommend it for your next event planning.

Verona is a wonderful event venue. The staff and service are exceptional. The fare is about what you would expect for banquet dining. The only issue is the limited parking. There simply is not enough for a fully attended event. Unless you arrive early, expect to park in a neighboring lot and walk a bit.

Its a nice place to hold an event. There are 2 open areas separated by a wide hall. We attended a fundraising gala there, and it was set up with the band on one side and the food and silent auction on the other. Plenty of room for everyone, although I will say the parking lot was quite full. We parked at the day care next door since it was after hours.

We originally booked Verona Villa for our October 2020 wedding back in 2018. Unfortunately due to covid, we rescheduled to October 2021. Makenzie, the event coordinator, was extremely helpful in the re-booking process. She reached out to all our vendors and found a date that worked for everyone. They changed their requirements for all events in 2021 and beyond will need to use their in-house caterer. We had already booked a caterer before this change but Verona and Makenzie allowed us to bring in our own. In our experience, Makenzie can be as hands on or off as you need her to be. She was very responsive when we asked her questions or for vendor recommendations. She did an extremely good job on the day-of coordination: everything went smoothly (or if it didn t, we didn t notice.) She was flexible as we kept changing the plans for covid or the weather. Originally, we were going to have the ceremony outside and the reception inside but ended up with the ceremony inside and the reception outside. It was also originally supposed to rain on the day of our wedding but by some miracle, the weather turned out perfect and Makenzie was able to give out her recommendations on what to do based on the weather. Overall, our wedding turned out really well. The venue is gorgeous. We got many compliments on how beautiful the venue is and it s all thanks to Makenzie and her team.

This was a beautiful venue, but the elevators did not work. Guest within the bridal party such as grandparents aren t capable of climbing flights of stairs. This was not stated when contract was written initially when choosing this venue. It wasn t stated until the day of wedding that the elevators have been out since February 2021. My husband and I were married at Verona Villa on 5/16/21 and everything was absolutely PERFECT. From planning to communication, everything was more than we could have asked for. We had to resort to our backup plan due to rain, and it was so smooth, you would have thought it was the plan all along. When the DJ made a tiny hiccup and almost skipped my dads speech, Makenzie quietly fixed everything and not a single person noticed. The food was amazing, the decor was perfect and there was not a single thing that could have made our day any better. We began planning our wedding in January of 2020 and toured VV in March. Shortly after, the pandemic put a halt to all planning, but my fiance and I knew we had found our venue. We were completely blown away with the patience and professionalism at Verona Villa while we secured wedding insurance to help mitigate any issuess like vendors going out of business, last minute sickness or injury that could have affected our ability to get married. We resumed planning in August of 2020 and we were finally able to book the venue. Makenzie immediately stepped up to help us with locking in vendors and timelines. We cannot thank Makenzie enough for giving us the most amazing day. We received so many compliments from our guests about a variety of aspects of our wedding, from the smoothness of it, to the food, to the decor, etc. If we had to do it all over again, nobody could pay us to go elsewhere for our wedding venue. 100% highly recommend this venue and their staff.

For any bride planning a wedding, or any event, you know it can be stressful add a pandemic to that and the stress could get overwhelming. Verona Villa eased so many anxieties and stressors. Makenzie goes ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate anyone and everyone. I truly could not be more thankful for how easy the planning process was with Verona Villa. From the moment we toured we knew this was going to be our venue. Jason, Makenzie, Cara, and Amanda took care of us every step of the way. The venue itself is perfect for having both your ceremony & reception in the same place. One thing that Verona Villa offers is being able to book everything through them. They are in constant communication with all the vendors making it less stressful on the planning side. We unfortunately had to post pone our wedding date (originally March 28th to October 17th) but Makenzie was there to make sure everything went smoothly for our new date. Our daughter got married in June 2019 and what an event it was! Everything was perfect for us, the bridal party and our guests. The venue is all inclusive (the guests loved that), two grand rooms for the ceremony and the reception. It was elegant and yet intimate and so easy to be in for such a grand affair. The patio was a great space for guests during Cocktail Hour while we took our photos. If youve never planned a wedding youll love Makenzie! She is so good at her job that the planning and wedding flowed seamlessly. She kept everything running so we actually just got to enjoy the night. We could not have done this without her. For any event this picturesque venue is the place to go.

We love Verona Villa and their incredible staff! Not only is it the most beautiful venue Ive ever seen the owner and staff are extremely charitable and love serving the local community. Im the director of a local nonprofit here in Frisco and we were getting ready for our Christmas gala this year and we realized we were going to outgrow our venue. Jason Young (the owner of VV) graciously stepped in and offered to help us last minute! I cant tell you how much that meant to us and how much they helped us raise more money at our event to go towards our mission! Mackenzie(the director of coordination) was so happy to help answer the influx of questions I had in the short amount of time leading up to our event. The day of our event both Mackenzie and Jason were there the whole day and during our event to make sure it went smoothly. I can not say enough great things about VV. This year is bittersweet because we have outgrown Verona Villa for our event because we would host our gala there every year if we could! We love you guys!

Shell have your back on your wedding day and will keep things running as smoothly as possible. Im not sure how many weddings she juggles at a time, but I never felt ignored. She will be as involved in your planning process as you allow. Back to the venue... Verona Villa is in excellent condition and is worth the price. There are three spaces that are very flexible to suit any style. On top of the rental fee, there is a service minimum, which is easily met by booking trusted vendors through Verona Villa.

Verona Villa is awesome! My band (In10City Band) has performed here a couple of times and I believe we have some future events coming up early next year. First off, the venue itself is beautiful and conveniently located off the DNT. One thing nice about this venue is its a very versatile space. Perfect for private functions, corporate events, weddings (both ceremony and reception) all in one place! Also, the staff are amazing! Very personable, easy to work with, and care about their guests and clients. If you need a space for your party or event and looking here, go ahead and book them!

This is the new location for Bent Tree Bible Fellowship services on Sunday at 11:00 with Free childcare and Sunday School provided while adults are in the main service. A caring Church experience where no one can miss seeing the grace of God in the lives of the members! All Welcome.

This is a fantastic venue for corporate events. Top notch catering recommendations and very fair prices compared to hotel options we have used in the past. The AV they use is fantastic with great attention to detail. Hope to partner with Jason and his staff in the near future.
