Be very careful using them as a realtor. When I got married at 23 years old my husband and I purchased a house through them and was completely taken advantage of. We were lied to about serious foundation issues with the house and they even hid cracks in the wall by gluing CDs as decoration on a huge crack in one of the bedrooms. Once we purchased the house there was nothing we could do about getting out of it. This was in 2009 and we still own the home and are unable to sell it due to the foundation. We spent $20k on foundation repairs alone and another $15 on cosmetic damages. We are stuck and there is nothing we can do, we haven t lived in the house for the past 6 years.

No I would never do business with anyone from the CBL team again. I m so Thankful I was able to get out from underneath Teresa Pugh. No more. In professional and nor qualified. Be careful who you get involved with. It s purely about money. Bottom line.

Max Puello and Lisa Martin really went above and beyond in helping me get my fathers house sold quickly. There were a lot of challenges because I wasnt in the same state as the house, but they took care of everything. Outstanding customer service!

Jim and Dana were excellent to me throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. Soon after our initial phone call, they sent me several listings in the area that fit my wants/needs. We scheduled several showings and eventually I found a home that worked for me. Jim helped me through the offer process, sent me a very detailed list of pre-purchase to-dos and even scheduled several necessary inspections on the home. I will recommend them to everyone I know in the area that is looking to buy a home!

I rented from them for 3 years. First and foremost they were helpful in finding a property to rent that met my demands. Jim acted as a local guide, showing me all the avaliable properties, was punctual and attentive. I had minor issues with the home due to wear and tear and he sent someone to identify and fix the issue on various occasions, always communicating concerns to me.

Lance Powell has been an outstanding realtor. In both buying and selling our home, he listened to what we wanted and never tried to push us into anything that didnt meet our needs. He always provided sound advice and worked very hard to push through our buy and our sell. Throughout the five years between our but and sell, Lance always stayed in touch with thoughtful gifts and notes and was always willing to answer any questions we had.
