Sean was great throughout the whole process. He came over and chatted about the process, how our house stacked up against the market (tight buyers market), and what we should do to get ready, and had some comps for us to review. We discussed how Assist2Sell is different and how to make the best use of his services and save money in the process. Right from the start we had people viewing our house and Sean gave us plenty of time to know when they were coming and provided feedback if there was any when they left. We are more than happy with the process, how Sean was so professional and how the sales process worked. Our house sold at a good price for us and the new owners. A win-win for all of us. Sean Richey was absolutely wonderful during the whole process of selling my parents home. I live in another city, and he gave great advice. From setting a reasonable selling price, to helping me find tradesmen for necessary repairs, to following up on everything needed in order to make a short closing date, he made what could have been an ordeal into a much easier process. I recommend him highly.

The real estate agent sold us a house and promised over and over that she would see to it these massive big rocks would be picked up. After we closed on the house, I asked when? She said, it wasnt in writing, too bad. Her attitude change. The Hispanic lady was very rude to us, me a different race, was very polite. Im kinda guessing. Assist to smell- that day.
