This law firm has a team that will dang sure get behind you. They will get down in the dirt and fight for you. I ve used them on 4 cases, and i ll straight up tell you worth every penny. Just like a buddy rolling up his sleeves and taking care of business for you! West Texas tough is an understatement. If you need a lawyer don t be scared to pull the trigger and get some real help! I d bet the ranch on em.

I was charged with serious allegations that were not true. I had no hope until I spoke with Russ Lorfing. I thought for sure this was going to end badly for me but Russell told me to not give up. Even when I didn t believe in myself, he and his team believed for me. I honestly think that s what makes him so good. He didn t just talk the talk, he walked the walk. He got all my charges DISMISSED. No cap. This man is 100% the real deal. I will go to my grave telling people he is the best lawyer in Texas. They say he treats you like family and that s real. When I first was seeking an attorney, many told me that they have never worked on a case like mine and didn t want to risk taking on mine. With a miracle no where in sight, I came across Keith & Lorfing, from the moment I called they kept in touch via email and text messages .Keith & Lorfing took on my case, not knowing the outcome but willing to stand behind me and fight! The down payment was more than ideal in our situation, but communication was only available during business hours and not 24/7 as advertised. Communication was hit or miss and we spoke directly to russel Lorfing and he straight lied to us about an offer that was never on the table and also said he could win our case if we took it to trial, but in order for this to happen they would need us to motivate them with finances. We came out of pocket another $1000 and then they withdrew from our case. Highly disappointed with our experience. So much for best law firm in west Texas. Then got promised a refund if we messaged them on their portal directly and still haven t received anything.

I reached out to Keith & Lorfing in 2022 when I received a case from a county I was not familiar with and they took on my case without hesitation. Although it took quite sometime to get the case settled I got a call from Mr. Lorfing himself to deliver the good news that my case had been dismissed. Russell Lorfing made my first experience with an attorney as smooth as possible. From our first phone call, Russell was always very understanding and empathetic to my case. Communication was never an issue, and his office was always punctual in regards to information I needed to know. Russell does a great job at being very upfront and honest about your options. Overall incredible person to work with who humanizes what can be a very demeaning process. He s as confident as he is for a reason!

Everything was going great. Or so I thought. Communication was good. The price was good and I filled out all the lengthy packs of paperwork. I really got my hopes up thinking I would be taken care of by these wonderful people until today. I was told that Russell has a family emergency and will not take my case... Not only was that rude, but now Im in a situation where Ive lost out on time trying to finding a lawyer by NEXT WEEK. How nice of a business to do. Im calling to get the invoice to pay and keep communication, and theyre calling to say he changed his mind. Wow!!!I am highly disappointed. I understand things happen in life but you couldnt have referred me to someone else in your lawfirm.. You just decided all together to throw me and my case away without a second thought. I am not satisfied with the service whatsoever.

He was a very understanding and polite man, I really felt like he was making me a priority in handling my situation. He was very professional and always kept me in the loop about what was happening in my situation. He also takes financial status into account when trying to figure out the best way to help you, he won t charge you tens of thousands like a lot of the other firms and there won t be any surprise payment popping up down the road. Overall I believe this is the best lawyer in Tom Greene country, when it comes to affordability, skills and communication. Working with him was definitely an experience and he gave me affirmation that everything would pan out. Thank you so much Russell!
