Went here to listen to a friends band on a Friday night. The place wasnt too packed out. The food tasted like typical bar food. The service was slow but the vibe checks out. During intermission, the songs played by the DJ were good. Overall its a chill spot probably best for a slightly older crowd.

Walked in on a Saturday night. Didn t realize we had to seat ourselves. We sat in one of the booths. Waitress came after a few minutes and let us know she was new. I m sorry to say, the service was so bad- our server couldn t remember our order and had to write it down, we asked for vegetarian option for my husband but a beef burger came out. Food came but no cutlery nor utensils. That is service 101. At one point we were left alone and had to go up to the bar to get refills. The saving grace was the live band that was playing. They were good! So we stayed back for the music and didn t order anything else. Food was average. My diet soda was flat and my husband indicated his beer was poured wrong. Would not return.

I went in today for lunch and there were 3 tables with customers and the sign to seat myself was up. The waitress and bartender saw me at the table but it took 10 minutes before anyone came to my table to take an order and only because I had to jump out of my seat to get her attention 5 minutes after the waitress cleaned off the table next to me. The food came out and was amazing to bad I had to go to the bar and ask for water because my waitress never came back and I also had to ask the bartender for to go boxes and my check because I had 15 minutes left on my lunch break. The waitress then brings me the wrong check. Food was amazing but I 100%suggest ordering to go! Wait staff was what killed it for me. Waguy burger with blue cheese and Swiss was amazing, sweet potato fries were perfect and zucchini fries are a must!

I dont ever like to be that guy who does negative reviews especially when I work in the same shopping center as this place but there is a lady who always bartends that and Ive been there and she helped me out twice now I came in to get a burger on a Wednesday on 2 separate occasions and she ignores me. The first time she asked me if I wanted water I said yes and I got ignored then when my food came in she asked if I wanted ketchup I said yes I didnt get that either then today I came in and she greeted me and everything and I had my face in the menu for about 3 sec and she asked me what I wanted and as soon as I lifted my head up to order she just vanished and proceeds to act like I dont exist so I walked out

Small outdoor space, indoor space is kinda small as well, especially when theres a lot of people. Parking is not much. I ordered ceasar salad, and its not good salad, not much of cheese and croutons. Service is just right. If you come here for food, go somewhere else. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp is accessible.

The worst service I have ever experienced! One Waiter came by dropped off menus and never came back to take my order. Mind you, I was sitting right in front of the band surrounded by other tables that were a foot away that were all getting serviced. Waiters walked by my table a million times, one even acknowledged that he was standing in my view while he was taking an order from the table beside me, and didn t ask if I needed anything. I will never come back to this place! While the band tonight was amazing, I wish they would bring back older bands that used to play too, like dead stereo, who were a great variety band. They should bring back their old waiters too who actually cared to give the customers excellent service. I fear for this organization with how it s been lately or headed.

went Sunday July 21. service was horrendous. first went to patio....nobody even came out there. walked inside. one waitress followed us to a table....she was doing all right. her shift ended......no-one else came over to wait on us. 4 people behind the bar...not one came over to check on us. saw a group of 5 people walk in, sit down, and shortly walk out because they had no service. thoroughly disappointed in the lack of attentiveness and caring about the customers.

I want to preface this before I go into my review. My wife and I used to frequent this place pre-COVID in 2019, 2018 and 2017. The place on the weekends was always packed and there was always great music playing by live bands, or it was a great place to watch sports on their many tvs. The food was good back then, and service was top notch, but fast forward to today, it has obviously gone way downhill since 2019. Today was our first time to come back since 2019. We came in today (Friday) around 6 PM. Upon entering the establishment, we saw the sign that said please seat yourself. There was a lady standing near the entrance who never acknowledged us or greeted us, she was buried head down into her phone. We looked around and walked toward the back of the place and decided to sit at one of the booths that we remember sitting at before. We were excited to be there because we remember the food and drinks being really good. It took upwards of 20 minutes before a server came to our table. Once the server came, he took our drink orders, a simple soda and iced water, which took 15 minutes to get. Once he brought our drinks, we were ready to order, and we ordered the chips, salsa, queso, and guac as an appetizer. My wife ordered the fish and chips as her main entree, and I ordered the chicken tenders with a side of fries. The A/C in the place didnt feel like it was on or even working as it was very humid and warm inside, we were both sweating. I drank my soda dry and was looking for our server and he was nowhere to be found. 20 minutes went by after he took our order and I noticed he was standing at the bar chatting with the bar tender and I kept looking toward his direction and he saw me looking and then had a shocked look on his face like he had forgot something, and he ran back to the kitchen...I assume to get our food. He brought our food out and saw that I had an empty glass for my soda and said did you want a refill? Well of course I do, and this was the first time he even attempted to look that I needed a refill. The food was delivered and it was lackluster. My wifes fish and chips looked like it was going to be good, but she noticed it didnt have the flavor she once remembered. Her fries were soggy. Her coleslaw was sour tasting, meaning it was probably bad/old. My chicken tenders tasted okay, but they did taste like they were fried in old oil. Overall, the food we got was not the same as we remembered several years ago when we used to frequent this establishment. After finishing our food, I now had two empty glasses of soda on the table, the server had never come back to check on us and see if we needed refills on drinks. I saw the manager walking around and he literally passed by our table, looked down and saw the empty drink glasses and never even said hello, or asked if everything was okay, or if we needed refills. Finally the server came back and by this time we were done with the food. He asked if we needed anything and I said please give us the check. Total for the entire meal was $58, and this was before tip. That is outrageously over priced for the quality of the food. We will not come here anymore. The once vibrant atmosphere of Baker Street and La Centerra is no more. I do not recommend to anyone to come here. There are much better bar & grills out there, and its sad to see this place has obviously gone downhill since 2019. For a Friday night, the place was practically empty, and now I can see why.

This is the third time I ve come to this place. The first visit was on a Friday night, and it was really crowded, but the service was amazing. The second time was on a Saturday afternoon for a soccer game, and the service was okay. Today is Sunday, and I sat at a table for 20 minutes without anyone approaching us. The table was dirty. A waiter passed us, cleaned two other dirty tables, and left. Fifteen minutes later, the same waiter asked if he could help us. I first asked if he could clean the table. We placed our order, and 20 minutes later, a waitress came and asked what our drinks were. She returned 10 minutes later with a beer, but it was not the one we ordered. As a former waitress I know bad days happens and I understand however all the staff was the same. Such a beautiful place, but the service was so bad, almost nonexistent. Management is really lacking here. Sorry for this review. I don t usually write these kinds of reviews, but maybe it will help you improve.

We visited this restaurant on Memorial Day 2024. There were just a few tables occupied. We had the fish and chips, buffalo wings with onion rings, and the appetizer sampler. All were very good. The British atmosphere was very well done. Our only complaint was that the service was extremely slooow!

I ve been coming here for a little over a year and have noticed the recent change in management. The new manager (the bald guy with glasses) is an absolute jerk. I ve watched him scream in the FACES of the female staff in front of guests, and he also tends to treat the guests that are the same age as the staff as if we work there. I am in service industry myself and am a bar manager. So I understand completely that sometimes coaching is needed, but to scream at a girl half your age? In front of other staff and GUESTS???? a grown man, especially the MANAGER, should not be screaming at ANYONE while at work. The owner made a mistake in giving him as much power as he has, it s definitely gone to his head.

We arrive before lunch to the Saint Patricks day event. The menu was limited to one page with no regular drinks menu. We had to request that, and the server had to find one. Mind you the back of the restricted menu was blank, and could have fit nearly the entire regular drink menu. We started off with cheese sticks and potato skins which arrived quickly and hot but things devolved from there. Despite the limited selection and esently being among the first to eat that day, our food arrived cold, and wrong. The manager attempted to reorder the meals stat to get them hot. The arrived hot, but still wrong. One over cooked berger missong the mayo it was ordered with. Another berger missing requested lettuce and onion, and fry that were requested double fried and were not. The only real adjustment that the manager made that worked out was a discount on the bill. If all you want is standard drinks or bears you can see behind the bartender and no food then it is probably going to make you happy on an event day. Given that I know this place gets busy on regular weekends, I can only imagine how difficult it would be for them to keep up with service on a full menu. Edit: within 2 weeks someone from corporate responded to my review acknowledge the issues and I have raised the service rating from three stars to four as a response to their acknowledgment.

Very poor. They serve Guinness in a small glass when pint glasses are available. Poor service and no atmosphere. I was asked did I want another drink half way through my meal, and I said I yes. Eventually after we were all finished our meals, I asked where was my drink and it was like I had never ordered it. The food is pretty good though, especially the shepherds pie bites. This could be so much more with the right management and guidance. Its a busy area and Bakers St pub should be so much more than it is. And please, if youre going to offer Guinness, then give it the respct it deserves and serve it in a pint glass. Missed opportunity.

i ve been coming to bakers st for trivia the last few weeks and every week the service has been terrible. i tried to cut them some slack the first week or 2 but its just gone downhill. once we seat ourselves it s 10-15 minutes before we re greeted then another 15 before they re back to get our food orders then our drinks have remained empty for 30minutes to an hour and we have to flag our server down if we can even see her or we have to grab other servers to find our server for us. overall just really bad.

I came here today, Jan 6, with my family. First of all, we were ignored completely. Nobody came to ask for our order. The server with the dark eyeshadow saw us and never acknowledged us. My daughter has to go to the bar and ask to send a server. He was very rude. We had stopped coming here for a while because the service was a little slow. However, we came back, and Tatiana was great. Food was wonderful. The only reason I m ranking it at four is because the music outside was Headbanger music that we listen to when we were in junior high, so it was a little hard to relax.:)

Came here a few times. On Saturday night and Sunday super early. I love the pub atmosphere. What I expected. Has seating outside. Live music on certain days it fets packed. Cool decorations. Didnt order much other than draft beer, fries and avocado toast with no eggs. Portion was huge. Cousin got shepards pie and said it was good. Service at the bar at night can be slow depending on the bartender.

The tacos are amazing for sure BUT the staff at this location is top notch. Between Phil, Lily & Rene you just cant ask for better people and service. Their kind, genuine smiles and engagement with patrons makes you feel more like a friend than a customer. We frequent this location mainly because of them (and the live music is a nice bonus). As long as we continue to be treated like we have been over the years by these amazing people, we will be back as often as we possibly can. Thank you for making it such a great experience - every time - yall make it hard to leave!

TL;DR- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Rude management, sub par food, overcharged our receipts and verbally harassed by manager outside restaurant! I came here with the group of friends and asked to have our check split before we ordered our food just to give the waitress a heads up. The place was not busy at all, and our food still took OVER AN HOUR to get here, and then our drinks arrived AFTER the food. Three of the orders were wrong and when we asked for the check, it came all together so we asked again for it to be split. After waiting another 20 minutes for the check to come, it was incorrect with the orders from the 3 groups so we had to send the receipts back once again. Once we got the three receipts back with each groups items correct, the manager suggested to follow us to our table from the bar to make sure we tipped. Keep in mind that tips are EARNED and we tipped what the waitress deserved. The manager then looked at our receipt, took a pic of us (WITHOUT PERMISSION) and FOLLOWED US OUTSIDE!?? Seriously, who does this? She then proceeded to verbally abuse my friends and family in front of her other customers outside. She had long dark hair and was wearing a white sparkly shirt and she is ruining this establishment. After checking our bank accounts we then noticed that we were overcharged for our meals and more than what we tipped was added.

Go anywhere else if you want good food, and good service. If atmosphere makes up for horrid service and food, this place is for you! Service was horrible. Took over an hour for our drinks to arrive. When we said something the manager dismissed us. Food arrived before our drinks and of course the orders were wrong When we tried to ask for the waiter, she ignored us. Again we went to the bar and were dismissed. When we finally were able to get the check, we d been overcharged. We go to the bar again, and like clockwork we re being dismissed. It took a while but finally the manager listened to us and fixed the overcharge, but not before insulting us, blaming us for being impatient(took over an hour for some beers), blaming the busy night(it was a Tuesday night), and then somehow blaming Covid? In Q4 of 2023? Rather than apologizing and resolving the situation, she was insulting rude, and offered no apology. She made it seem as though she was the one who d been burdened. When we finally got the check corrected, the manager hovered over us as we tipped. Tips are earned and we tipped what the service deserved. For doing so, the manager chased us into the parking lot harassing us. She stated the business didn t pay the waiters enough(not sure how this is our fault), and slurred her words stating we didn t know what it was like to work(we all just got off shifts of our own). We would have happily tipped more if there had been anything redeeming about the service, but even management dismissed us and didn t seem to have a care in the world for customers. Horrid management. The manager in the white sparkly top is running this establishment into the ground. Service can only be as good as the person leading it. EDIT: I cannot emphasize how empty it was. Several open tables, nowhere near crowded. A review was made shortly after mine suggesting the opposite of what Im saying and that he was celebrating his 21st that night. I saw 0 large parties there. The account also has a review for a smoke shop 2 years ago which is 21+ so idk how they could be celebrating their 21st at bakers 2 years later. Cant help but think this may still be the manager refusing to take responsibility for her mistakes. Business seriously needs to consider exploring new management. Ive been to multiple other Bakers St Pubs that are excellent, including the one in The Woodlands. This one has made me question ever wanting to visit another. Go anywhere else if you want a responsive staff who takes care of you. Perhaps Bar Louie.

Overcharged me by almost $20. Didn t provide an itemized receipt. When I asked for one, they gave me attitude and tried to say that the specials we ordered weren t valid that day. I had to point to their sign outside and their website to finally get them to provide a correct receipt, without an apology. Beware.

I have never felt the need to leave a bad review until now. Please spend your money somewhere else. Food took forever, drinks took even longer, waitress barely checked in on us and it wasn t even that busy. When we eventually did get our food, 2 of the orders were wrong, the checks got split wrong, and we were even overcharged on some of the bills. What I found most surprising, is that after voicing our complaints to the manager, she not only neglected us, but felt the need to find us outside and bark at us for not tipping well and ranting about how she had to work during covid or something (what? Didn t everyone?). Like sorry my tip reflected your terrible service and maybe pay your waiters a decent living. Anyone who knows me knows I m very non confrontational, but this manager Amanda is a genuine hazard to this business s survival. Please run the other way if you see a lady in a white sparkly dress.

I recently visited Baker Street Pub and unfortunately had a less-than-pleasant experience. The service was notably slow, and our server seemed disengaged throughout the night. Attempts to communicate were met with disinterest, making it challenging to enjoy our time there. When I approached the manager to express my concerns about the service, I felt dismissed and my age was improperly brought into the conversation. It would have been appreciated if the manager had taken the opportunity to explain any delays in the kitchen or bar, allowing us to better understand and manage our expectations. A particular issue arose when I requested separate tickets, but the initial attempt resulted in errors and an extra charge. Despite bringing this to the managers attention, I felt unheard and was disheartened when the manager followed me to my table and took a picture without permission during the resolution process.We tipped for the service that we got and what we felt was deserved due to our mistreatment, we were further confronted outside by the manager, who continued to berate us for our age and assumed lack of understanding about the service industry and COVID challenges. It was an uncomfortable and inappropriate encounter that left a lasting negative impression. The only upside to our visit was the Bingo lady who paid more attention to us than our server did.

Waitress barely checked in on us, and when she did bring a drink she would leave immediately, ignoring others at the table. We received our drinks AFTER finishing our food. But now so many delicious dishes are removed from the menu, like chicken with veggies and pilafs rice, salmon, flatbread Also the margarita is too artificially prepared. No squeezed lemon at all. Hosted a company happy hour for staff appreciation, we had 2 servers for about 40 people, they were both excellent. Management let us use drink tickets, kept orders only to the happy hour menu, and were very accommodating on the variety of appetizers we needed for food restrictions.
