If you want to get cheated out of your money just come to this chipotle. The girls that work the line NEVER and I mean NEVER give you enough protein. They re basically forcing you to order & pay for double. I ve ordered a bowl, burrito & the tacos & not once have I been satisfied w this chipotle on top of that pay attention to their lettuce it s always brown. By far the worst chipotle I ve had, please don t spend your money here.

Buckle up yall: -I spent $130+ on a catering order to feed 10 hungry crew members after a busy show. -I walked into the restaurant and said I was there to pick up my catering order. The two women at the drive-thru window turned to me and said, What catering order? -One of the women walked into the back and the other woman walked to the food line and started serving other customers. Neither gave us an acknowledgement or expectation of what they were doing about our order. -The woman who walked into the back came out briefly to grab her cell phone off one of the tables and then went into the back again. -I waited for over 10 minutes for help... an update... eye contact, anything. I was ignored completely. -The woman in the back came out, waved a piece of paper at me, and said Heres your order, we found it. She said that they hadnt seen it before then and they werent going to fill it. She wrote a phone number on the top of the paper and told me to call the number she wrote down on the paper for a refund. -I admittedly sassed a little bit. I told her I was not calling anyone and I wanted the refund processed in-store. -She said no and told me to call the number. That they dont do refunds in-store. She held out the paper, said Here you go, waited until I took it, and then walked away. At no point did I receive an apology from anyone. This has been, without reserve, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I had to leave, drive to another store, and buy more food for the people I was feeding. Imagine messing up on this scale and then treating the person who was affected by the mistake like theyre the problem. Imagine messing up a $130 order and not even apologizing. It makes me sick to my stomach. Update: it s been 2 days. I ve called customer service 4 times in an attempt to receive my refund. They cannot issue the refund without verifying with the store that I m telling the truth. Customer service keeps calling this store and the store won t answer the phone. 2 days, 4 customer service reps, and I still don t have my refund because THIS STORE will not answer their phone. 2nd Update: the manager JR got back to the store and he answered the phone yesterday and verified that I deserved a refund, so it was finally processed on Thursday 8/8/24. JR and his boss Fernando both called me today and apologized profusely for what happened. They acknowledged that the mistake should have been handled better and that the staff should not have ignored us and should have apologized. They both stated that this store does not stand for that kind of thing and that they take great pride in training their staff to have excellent customer service.

When I walked in to place my order, there were four people between the food line and cash register, and the store was not busy. After placing my order I went to the dining room to eat and found some of the tables and areas of the floor to be a mess. It bugs me when workers cannot be proactive in cleaning and staying on top of stuff. Btw not one worker came out to the dining room while I sat there and ate for almost a half hour.

Despite being chronically understaffed, food is always excellent and the service is top shelf! Try the mango turmeric tea, omgosh! Im a sucker the the steak tacos and soo many choices for toppings. Read the menu and decide before you get there to keep the line moving! We had the opportunity to speak to the manager and she apologized, another teenager called in absent this particular evening. As a teacher, we discussed the issue of teens just working when they feel like it. Its becoming a regular problem at all service establishments. Sigh. Know the staff is doing their very best and the food hasnt suffered a bit! Parking: Handicap far from door Kid-friendliness: We see kids there offen Wheelchair accessibility: 1 Floor, just a threshold with a heavy door. Lots of tables with chairs

Service is their saving grace. Theyre so polite and friendly. The food for me is not fantastic because they put lime on a bunch of things, and I am not a lime person at all. Queso is amazing, but their chips have lime on them, so its overbearing to me. The entire restaurant was due for cleaning. Almost every table had trash or leftover food on it. So that was disturbing to me, especially for it being a slow part of the day. 2pm on a Friday seems hardly like a busy time of the day. Overall I would give them a 3.5.

Came in for an interview and was talked down to because I cant take a wage of $10 an hour after the gm tried to tell me oh youll make money here.-- no the base minimum for restaurants is $12 an hour in this town. McDonalds pays $14 to start. No one is going to take $10 an hour who actually works.

We all know about the decreasing portions and increasing prices of this once fine fast food establishment. But the last bowl I ordered from this place left me with a case of food poisoning and one of the worst nights of my life trying to find some form of Pepto-Bismol at 2:00 in the morning in San Angelo. Stopped in today around 3 PM at your location on Sherwood way and the door was locked, I then looked up the number to call they stated they were open but spoke to someone about unlocking the the door then hung up on me, I left and took my business next door. Highly disappointing experience! A bunch of amateur unprofessional kids working at the counter. I ordered a chicken bowl with a drink and I was charged thrice the actual amount. I was very exhausted that day and noticed the charge on my card a couple of days later. Neither the store nor the customer service was helpful while being very rude too. I wouldve let it go but I was on a work trip & the charge was under my company account. Keep your eyes & ears open when billing at this store.

The restaurant is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants. Not only is it clean it has one of the best customer service. It s almost like you feel apart of the chipotle team here. While this location is my favorite Chipotle in San Angelo, during my most recent visit I was gifted with the most absolute definition of exemplary service, an A+ quality burrito, and a relaxing and inviting atmosphere .
