Many of the machines are out of order, cant pay machines with quarters, if you use their pay cards you have to pay for it, cant use quarters to put money on card, and the machine that is supposed to break big bills into small bills of which there are 2. One just keeps spitting the bill back out at you and the other is turned off. That was my first time there and I will never be back and I will make it a mission to turn other people from going there

Horrible professionalism by the employee, specifically the older lady with wavy hair and glasses. Very rude and unprofessional. They begin sweeping and trying to mop the floors around 8:45-9:00 pm, rushing individuals still drying clothes. They also begin turning the lights around the same time as well. They are blatantly insinuating that they want customers to leave so they can continue their final steps of cleaning. If they are open until 10:00 pm then they should not be cleaning until then. That s common courtesy in any business operation. This is not a first occurred either.The operating hours are from 7:00 am- 10:00 pm but that is not the service they provide. Would not recommend to anyone. I have never made a review for anything but this was an occurring experience that needed to be voiced. Ashamed of the older lady with glasses and wavy hair that goes to her shoulders.

This is one of the BEST places I have been to. As a truck driver places to park for us OTR drivers to get our laundry done is hard to find. This parking lot is huge.. I appreciated how clean it was and that they have so many washers and dryers to choose from. There are vending machines and even a old school arcade game. I forgot to add, I appreciate the flags, signs and walls dedicated to the US Military. These guys and gals dont get enough recognition. So that was awesome to see. There are several stores and fast food restaurants to choose from. If I could give you 10 stars I would!!

This place was very clean and well kept! Im visiting from Columbus GA and my mom took me here to refresh our clothes for the rest of our trip. My 8 year old loved the kids area. Prices are up front and machines are easy to navigate. I love the advertisement area supporting local business. Wish they had these at home.

Do not use the drop off service! This morning I dropped off laundry paid $98 to have it washed dried and folded and even provided laundry soap, softener, beads, and scent booster. I picked it up when they I was notified that they were done ran errands. When I got home to put them up they were WET. The clothes smelt disgusting and noticed that the products I brought wasn t even opened . The employee can t get ahold of the manager even after knowing the situation.

This laundromat was great! Everything was very clean. Bathrooms, folding counters and machines were spotless. There is an employee who will help you to figure out which machine to use there are 51 machines for all size loads. Best laundromat I ve ever been in! You won t have to have change. You will have to use your credit or debit card .or, there s a machine that will produce a card that you put money on .cash can be used to get the prepaid card. Credit/debit or the prepaid cards are scanned at each machine. Super simple.

Easily the nicest laundry mat I have ever seen. I didnt know there was such a place. It is spacious, clean, and all the machines work. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The kids section is an excellent touch. I only gave it a 4 because you have to load money to a members card. The machines dont take quarters which is probably irrelevant to most people but just put me off just slightly.

Some of the employees are inconsistent about the last load time. Some say 8:30pm, some say 9pm. Either way, pick an official time so that customers know when to bother coming and when not to. I ve been coming here for almost a year and was left with the impression that they turn people away because they want to close up early. Just set the record straight and post an unchanging time on the door. That aside, it s a clean, big laundromat with great machines. I d give 4-5 stars if not for employees with obnoxious customer service.

When I first started going here they was kind and helpful. With all the new people coming in they are harsh and rude with no tact at all!!! Cause of my job I usually run a little later and I have never been rushed or told we don t have time for you watched them run people off at 845 pm when last wash is at 9 pm they went up on their prices and apparently their attitude too. It makes me sad to see what used to be a pleasant place to wash turn into every other laundry mat where no one is happy employees or the customers and they close at 10 when online it says 11

I used their wash and fold service on a Sunday. -Very quick! I showed up early in the morning, but it was ready for pickup around 1.5 hours after drop off. -Clean facility. -Friendly staff. -Reasonable price. -Adequate folding. I received everything I dropped off in a clean condition, after a short wait, and for a reasonable price... All on a Sunday. Im a happy customer and will go back the next time Im in town!

My mother and I were so excited when we saw this laundromat. We were looking for a good one and we had been going to a different laundromat around town and when we got to laundry luv, we knew we found the the one! Weve been going to this laundromat ever since. Its clean it has everything you need the dryers are cheap, the washers are cheap. Its so much cleaner, they have air conditioners not fans and you have HEB right there you can go over and get your groceries while your clothes are being done, theres Braums Ice Cream theres Sonic theres the Dollar Tree you can go shopping while youre waiting for your clothes to dry I give this laundromat five stars and if we had 10 Stars they would get all 10. We havent wanted to tell a lot of people about it though because if The Secret Gets Out its going to be so busy in there LOL. Oh, the people who work there and the owners are so nice. Last but not least you can drop off your laundry and they will do it for you for a small charge, real small! Mom and I are actually going today!

I have never been to a laundry mat before, but I am unable to wash my large comforters in my home units. This place is large, bright, pretty clean, and have a lot of size options of washers and dryers. I went mid week in the morning and it wasnt busy at all. The staff were helpful when I first walked in amd directed me to the larger units for my comforters. Would recommend and plan on returning to wash my larger items in the future. Overall good experience and not overly expensive

I d totally give this place a 5 star if my only experience was the day that I did my laundry. It was an excellent experience. Everything was clean and the staff were extremely helpful BUT I had arrived the evening before. I walked up to the door and saw a person cleaning the floor. I asked a couple questions and as I was about to go in, she said last load is at 9 I looked at my phone and the time was 9:01. I understand that they need to close at a reasonable time, and while I wouldn t call that bad customer service, I wouldn t call it good either.

Attn Campers! If you re staying at the State Park, local lake or wherever and need a laundry mat, this is the place to go. Staff during the day is awesome, A/C works great, it s clean and has plenty of machines. I ve been twice and had no issues either time. Big rigs will easily enter/exit the parking area

We have been traveling for about 6 weeks and have used 4 laundromats. This is by far the very best. It was very clean and all the machines were in great order. This place is so great. They have regular, medium and large washers as well as regular and large driers to meet all your laundry needs. It is clean, bright, and has a place to purchase laundry soap and the like if you forget yours at home. The attendant was so friendly and kind. I dropped a sock and didnt notice and she brought it to me.There is even an area for kids to read or play. 10/10 will do laundry here again.

The facility in general is great, huge machines, clean, friendly helpful employees....my only problem is, I got one of the cards for using machines, asked if money added on card expires (was told NO), put $20 (attendent did it & showed me how); when I went back, a month or 2 later, there was NO money on card, but I hadnt used it! I had $20 DISAPPEAR into thin air! Attendant started the washer I had detergents & blankets in already but I had to add MORE money on card again to dry them.

Usually this place is fantastic. What you wont find online is the warning the doors close at 9pm.... or today 845pm. I know it says 10pm close and while technically true the lights stay on and you can finish your laundry its only if you were already inside. The manager himself tonight locked the doors before the cut off time tonight. We just had to dry not even wash but I guess he wanted to leave earlier. In all fairness every other employee we have met is fantastic just avoid the manager I guess.

This is the nicest laundry mat I have ever been to. There are so many washers and dryers and its always Clean. The machines are never dirty or oily and they get the clothes clean. Not just semi. There is a kid area with toys and a TV and the workers are always helpful. Definitely go there if you need to wash your clothes quick and dont want to sweat your butt off. The ac is always on! You can only use card there, the laundromat on pecos lets you use both conjunctively and laundry love is 50 cents more expensive which will add up if you do laundry alot

I get excited doing laundry. Plenty of machines at beyond great prices for the load sizes. Whats even better is the dryer prices. Even has wall port extensions to charge your phone. Excellent place, whoever opened this up. Well done!

This is an amazing laundromat and its exciting since its not run down like the other ones. This place is hidden but its adjacent to HEB and has ample parking. When you walk in the place is clean and well kept. There are so many washers and dryers it would be difficult to find one not open. They vary in sizes from small 2 load capacity to large 10 load capacity. The machines dont accept quarters but they accept credit/debit cards and the cards provided by the laundromat. When you first walk in, to the left is a card loading machine where you can get a new card or reload a card. You can pay cash, card or with your phone. If you get their card they have a loyalty program that if you spend 50 dollars you get 5 back, a 10% back program, now thats service. The staff is very friendly and will check to see if you need assistance. They offer a wash and fold service thats $1.50 a pound. There are vending machines in case you need detergent or dryer sheets and also beverages and games, a good use if you brought quarters. There is seating and folding stations and even a childrens area. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. I plan on only using this laundromat in the future and would recommend everyone check it out.

NO MORE QUARTER HUNTING! Swipe your debit card and WASH! This is exactly what San Angelo needed! Industrial sized washing machines and dryers! I don t even need to do multiple loads of laundry now. I can use an 8 load washing machine and get it done in an hour from wash to dry! It s convenient, CLEAN and safe! The restrooms are very nice and there are change makers, vending machines, televisions and a play area for kids! Staff is on site! AMAZING!

Where do I start. This is the Ferrari of laundry mats. Spotless, well lit, and all of the machines are top quality. There are tvs all over the place like a sports bar plus a childrens area with kids movies playing on their very own TV. They even have a carpet play area and some toys. There is a drink and snack machine and 4 bathrooms. There is a high top sitting area on the right hand side of the building with accessible power outlets for phones and tablets. They also offer full service laundry drop off if you dont have time to wash yourself. I definitely recommend, AAA+++
