I ordered a pizza online and when I got there it wasnt really. The young kids do not have a clue on what to do. They are so unprofessional one of them plays with the pizza dough and when he answers the phone he is yelling and he doesnt even say the name of the establishment. Ill have to find somewhere else to go now.

Ive always thought this place was overpriced for what it is. On 5/25/2024 Saturday night paid $30 for a two liter and a large. Lukewarm pizza came 90 minutes later. If you cant hire enough staff to do deliveries properly dont even bother. Thumbs down.

$11 dollars in tip and delivery fees and I get a cold pizza almost an hour late from the promised delivery time. (1.5 hours after order time). I have to reheat pizza and side myself, delivery driver says nothing. If you do order from here, go and pick up the order youself, skip the delivery. What a waste.

I would order from Marco s frequently but my order would always be wrong or they would forget my drinks. I tried to give them another chance last night and called to place an order since the website said they were closed. Come to find out, they were really closing at 8:30pm on a Saturday night, which makes no sense. But I will not be ordering Marco s from this location ever again.

Is it possible to score a zero? Nothing like ordering online only to go pick up the pizza and the door is locked with a handwritten note (poor penmanship) saying do not come in. Those who have ordered online and paid call this number.. which just keeps ringing and ringing. Its so awesome I was dumb enough to think a business would have people that did their job but apparently thats all the rage these days. Im out $30 but its not like I expect that money back because that would mean PEOPLE WOULD HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB!

Been ordering from this location for 3 years. Had a pizza delivered which was the wrong pizza. Called to report it and person on other end asked my name and they told me they made the pizza personally and it was correct. I told them no it is not. They asked me who the delivery driver was and I had no idea so they decided I must be lying and hung up on me. After ordering every delivery pizza we ve had for 3 years from this location we are never ordering from them again. In case someone from the restaurant would like to look up the order I ordered on the evening on October 19. Never ordering from you again after that treatment on the phone.

I ordered through Door Dash, and they cancelled my order for a small cheese pizza because they didnt have the ingredients. They didnt choose to contact me and waited until after the 4th Dasher called me to let me know that the order was cancelled almost an hour later. Poor service. Will never buy from this incompetent place again. If you dont have the ingredients for a small cheese pizza, then you need to close the store because you dont have the ingredients for anything. Thats the most basic thing at a pizza place. And owner, dont worry about leaving me the website info to provide more details; the website doesnt even work and wont allow you to leave any feedback. It forwards you to a page to order food instead, but Im not surprised that yall dont allow actual feedback.

I am a big fan of Marcos Pizza. However, this location is by far the worst pizza joint in the DFW area. The pizza I ordered was very saggy, as if it had been microwaved. It was not edible, and I even tried putting it in an air fryer to make it crispy, but that did not work. The workers here are not well trained and seem to be indifferent to customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this location ever again as long as I am alive. They really need to do something about their quality and service, or else they will not last long.

I placed an online order at 6:42 pm confirmations said ready at 6:58 pm. My husband drive to pick it up. Not ready! Guys standing around not saying anything. I called to check he is still standing there waiting on 52.34 worth of food. Nobody is saying anything to him. I am literally writing this complaint waiting on pizza, wings and salad. This is unacceptable for the amount and time spent. We have been ordering from this location for a long time. Maybe it s time to go to the next block to Pizza Hut. It has now been over an hour since I placed the order. Whoever is managing this place now is terrible. The last time I ordered June 1 was the same. Unhygienic and food not properly secured. I tried giving this location another chance and immediately regretted it. I m not sure if it was the location on the unhygienic courier sent by Seamless, but the food arrived with hair completely over it. Had the food been properly sealed, I would have been able to determine if it was from their kitchen or the courier. Very, very big mistake by Marco s. I made sure to inform the company as well as Seamless about this matter since I don t know the source of this error, but it begins with Marco s choosing not to invest in tamper seal packaging. I am quite disgusted because it was massively covered in hair. I have made the conscious decision to not patronize a restaurant via third party delivery services that do not provide tamper proof packaging for this reason. I won t be patronizing the location or third party delivery services any longer.

Good pizza most of the time. We ve had trouble finding a decent pizza place in the South Arlington/Mansfield area. Marcos has been the most consistent and has had the order right every time. We order pizza about once a week. What doesn t make sense about this location is the amount of grease on the bottom of the pizzas. It s so bad that tonight the grease leaked out of the box all over me. There is no reason so much butter, oil, or what ever they use needs to be put in the pan. It literally soaks through the boxes. This place could be hands down the best pizza place in the area if they could lay off their non-stick agent. Edit: Since posting this and leaving them multiple surveys the greasiness stopped. Unfortunately they have removed dipping sauces to order through Doordash. Is it too much to ask for sauces?

They dont deserve the one start but had to give them something to give them a review. We ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered at 8:05pm. Around 8:25pm we called to check the status of our order. We were informed that the pizzas were delivered and left on the front porch but were covered in ants. They also said it was a no contact delivery but how the hell are we going to know it arrived if they dont ring the door bell or reach out to us?! **UPDATE** I did fill out a review the same day. Not only did they not bring the replacement pizza in the 15 minute window the manager said they would (it took 45 minutes) but the replacement pizza was made incorrectly as well!! Terrible customer service. I duplicated an order in error because the app showed as if it didnt process the first one. I called immediately to advise and cancel and was told that they could not make the order but they I had to cancel the order on my end. I let them know I had no such option presented to me and the manager said again they could do nothing for me. Ive been trying to get this resolved since 7/29 and even after speaking with the district manager have not received my refund. Its ridiculous for me to have to go through so many phone calls to this location and to corporate to get a $17 refund that couldve been processed in the store the day of my order had the manager been properly trained on how to do so. Fast forward to today after speaking with the new manager on his first day on the job and he tells me I have to contact my bank. These people need to do better. Its not really this hard.

We had never tried Marcos Pizza before. We ordered it for some of our coaches after our kids and adult classes. AMAZING. 10/10 - Please order from here, the pizza is absolutely amazing!!

This is my go to pizza place. The Italian sausage and steak are fantastic and have never disappointed. The crust toppers are excellent but definitely watch out, sometimes they get REALLY happy with the garlic butter crust topper which causes it to leak out of the box and stain your car seat... But outside of that literal single incident in years I have not had issues. I wouldnt hesitate to go here for some good pizza. I cant however speak to anything else since that is all I get from here.

One of the best pizza places around, always a quick get in, get out. Only messed up my order once by cutting the pizza normally instead of squares which Im not going to complain, free pizza!

Let me preface this by saying that I love Marco s pizza. The taste and quality of their food has always been good. The reason why I m giving this place only 1 star is due to the cleanliness of the staff when handling food. I just watched a worker dividing dough with his bare hands pull out his phone to reply to a message. He then continued to work with the dough without washing his hands. So unsanitary. Will not be returning to this location.
