An absolute nightmare, and it still persist, for any delivery driver such as DoorDash. All Dashers should take heed, DO NOT go to this place unless its worth an hour of your time. The customer service for delivery drivers is abysmal, and the wait times are incredibly unacceptable. After years of Dashing, I will never again accept a delivery from this place.

The food was fantastic but sadly to say the service was completely unexceptional. The server was too busy talking to her tables then our drink and food order took longer than I can explain to come out, as a server myself I know how important it is to make customers feel welcomed and me and my family felt the complete opposite. Sad to say we will no longer request service from Diana as her service was absolutely awful.

Horrible! We just left this place after waiting over an hour for our food which never came. I had to ask the manager for our drink ticket who tried to say no food was coming out for 45 min. Which was a lie because all the tables that came in after us were served food and had already left. Manger on duty didnt even care. We have always ate here but will no longer eat at this restaurant.

Update: Ive visited a couple of times this week, and theyve really turned this place around. The music is now at a comfortable level, allowing for easy conversation at the table. The food was hot, fresh, and arrived in a reasonable time. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly, regularly checking in to refresh our drinks. After a year since my last visit, I was pleased to see such significant improvements.

This is the worst establishment I have ever been to, with open tables all over the restaurant we were told we had to wait for one, when we were finally seated no one came to greet us for 10 minutes and when someone finally did our drinks took even longer. When we eventually got our food it was cold and tough and when we asked to speak to the manager she took her sweet time getting to us and was checking her phone while talking to us. She never apologized and our re make took 20 minutes. I can get past the waiting because I know our server was busy but the managers actions and attitude is what made me write this post, who ever owns this establishment needs to think long and hard about who they have in charge. We went on a friday night last week. Service was mediocre. Slow. The server didnt look like they liked their job. Sour looking face and attitude everytime they came to the table. Food was cold and tough. Fries were chewy and cold. The soda tasted weird. I had a friend who worked there over a year ago and he told me there was mold in their soda machines and honestly I believe him now. It was me and my family. My son had the macaroni and he did not like it. I tasted it and it was bland and cold. My husband had cheese burger and he said it needed seasoning and to not be so thin. I got myself a Shredded chicken wrap. It tasted stale. Maybe it was a bad night or something. It had been about 2 years since my family and I had gone there. Came here for veterans day, line was long and there was no social distancing put in place. The hostess was hardly ever around, the guy taking my order at the take out station had a wretched attitude and didnt even greet me. Employees should be trained on restaurant hospitality. UPDATE: they were alright for a good minute there and then bam the store became underwhelming again. So i came by today to claim some birthday wings and the waitress said i needed to be a rewards member. i signed up like she explained and then i asked her how i could redeem, she looked on my account and couldnt find it. i asked if i could just show her my ID to claim because i had clearly made the account already; she said no. but that she would ask about the rewards redemption issue we were dealing with. anyway we were not feeling the vibe there, the restaurant smelt gross from the moment you walk in and the stench doesnt die down quick (its like a wet dirty smell, idk). The vibe was unwelcoming and the menus were DISGUSTING, they are all stained and sticky. i had to put it down and get to hand sanitizer it really grossed me out like cmon yall, this is a place where people get together to have a nice meal and the menus are filthy with caked gunk?? any restaurant i have worked for, we had to wipe down menus every single day!! if this is how they leave the tables and environment for the customers to eat around/with and the employees to work with, there is no pride in this establishment and it is blatantly expressed by the conditions they allow the place to wade in. then it makes you question if there are sanitary conditions in the kitchen. i hope they straighten this place out, bdubs has always been pretty cool place when its equipped with solid teams of employees. Vegetarian options: cauliflower wings available and they do not disappoint.

Do NOT eat here! We ordered in advance so that our food would be ready by the time we arrived in town. They never received our order, but they did charge us. Nobody was attentive. Waited 40 mins for our food!!!!! Manager on duty was sitting doing nothing. Apparently later, our order did go through from what she said. This was a really disappointing experience. Our first time to this location- taking my son out for his birthday. When we got here the hostess said, sorry, no tables available. I asked if we could be placed on the waitlist, and she was very confused and pulled out a wadded napkin to write my name down. Not with any other names, even though there were already people waiting. We were finally seated( not in any order of people coming in) - it took 20 minutes to get a drink order and never saw our waitress again. We walked up to the to-go counter and placed a to-go order. We Got our to go order, ate it at the table, and then recieved our drinks at the end of our meal. Food was dry and cold. Didnt get ranch or carrot sticks, asked waitress, and never saw her again. Paid at the to-go counter and left after spending over an hour here. I know they get busy but Yikes, just eat anywhere else.

Dont order delivery! I ordered through their app and order wasnt complete. Was missing veggies, a dry rub, and 2 wings. Called both door dash (their 3rd party delivery) bww. Kept getting passed around between door dash and bww. Door dash said theyll go back and get the missing items, bu cancelled instead. Went in today July 9th around 3:30 pm. Ordered two margaritas frozen (got them not frozen ) . Also orders a water and unsweetened tea . It took the server 48 minutes to even bring the teas. Orders 15 bone in wings ,6 bone in and fries. First a helper brought boneless and we corrected her saying it s incorrect (cool) . Then our actual server brought out some boneless wings again. Compared to my last Buffalo Wild Wings at a different location this place is way better. Good service, good wings, nice and saucy. Plus got a couple extra wings with my order so that s a win. Definitely would try this place out

What can I say. The food is always cold. The service sux and the servers are dumb. Like really dumb. Not just a little like big time. Food is expensive now days. Will never leave a tip here. Oh, and of course, cant forget. It is IMPOSSIBLE for them to get your order right. Dont bother. The only reason I order here was because I forgot how absolutely horrible this place was. Quickly reminded... Que the generic but meaningless responsefrom owner so sorryplease fill out this form bla bla bla.

We went on Mothers Day, we expected a wait but there wasnt one. Well we sat down and the waitress was very nice. We put in our drink and app order and she brought the drinks and apps but forgot my MIL celery and carrots. Then an hr went by and had to ask where the food was. One hour wait for the food. When it came it was pretty much cold. They server said they werent even doing the orders correctly that they were doing them all out of order. So much so that a family who had arrived after us got their food and left before we got our food. The food was ok, had good flavor but the temperature was just unacceptable and no one came over to Apolo for the hour wait or cold food. Not sure well be returning or not.

Been a while since I have been here to eat. Last experience was bad. This experience was even worse. Once we got our table we were there 20 min waiting for someone to take our drink order. Then it took 15 to minutes to get them to the table. We ordered our food and waited another hour for food. Had to end up getting it to go. Wait staff was terrible. Will definitely not be going back.

Ordered carry out. Got home and was highly disappointed in the quality of the food. Traditional wings barely had seasoning on a portion of each wing. The fries were cold and very stale. As were the wings their self. Ordered an appetizer of cheese curds, there were 9 tiny cubes not even covering the bottom of the little box. Ordered teriyaki boneless for my 2 year old. They were all batter and the sauce tasted awful and old. We ended up just throwing it and getting her something else. Ive had BWW in several locations across the state and country, this was the second time for my hometown BWW even though I swore Id never eat at this location again, I gave it a try after 10 years. $40 wasted on 11 wings, 2 boxes of old fries, 9 cheese curds and 4 balls of batter. Hoping this was an off day in the kitchen.

Beer was good and the price was right! Slow service though. Wings were okay and that is being generous. They didnt spin the wings in much sauce and barely half was covered. Plus the free (per the menu) adds (celery and carrots) we got charged for. Annoying and not worth arguing about. But I dont plan to return.

Wings are kinda small but still good, clean place and pleasant staff. A bit pricey but great for any sports event. Lots of screens, well placed and big. For sure on my lists of regular spots I visit. Stop by and be sure to tip, the staff is nice.

The food is usually great if they can get your order correct. I used to eat here often, but it now seems like every time I order from here, whether its pick up, delivery, or dine in, several things are wrong on my order. I dont get anything complicated. Tonights example was a delivery with our local service that didnt included 4 sauces, veggies that come with the item I ordered, and 5 wings of a 15 ct missing. At $1 a wing and 65¢ for each sauce that totals ~$10 missing value from my order. This kind of service has become so common place that I expect it as part of the experience. Tonight may be the last chance I ever give them. If you do decide to get an order from here I wish you luck. Youll need it.
