Delicious ice cream, portion sizes are too big unless you get the kids flavors. Flavors are delicious, best are the Key Lime Pie Concrete or the Birthday Shake, lots of Malts. Doesnt accept Apple Pay and some staff are great while others are rude that you forgot your wallet and couldnt pay with apple pay.

The frozen custard at this place is superb, and we absolutely love it. However, if you choose not to utilize the drive-thru, expect a considerable wait. We ended up waiting approximately 15 minutes while noticing that those using the drive-thru received their orders promptly.

Always a great experience at Andys Frozen Custard. I first experienced this in Springfield Missouri and was so happy to see the franchise here in Frisco. The butter pecan is my absolute favorite but you really cant go wrong with anything on the menu. One hack that people forget about is you can get one scoop in a cup for a little less $ versus getting a medium or a large.

Was disappointed to hear the seasonal menu item cookie butter crunch was not served anymore when it is still being advertised on their website. But in addition, I was denied a carrier for my concretes that I was taking home to my family, and then to top it off, my debit card was not given back. I got all the way home and called the store and they said that I left it there, when it was just not given back to me and the drive thru.

Whats that saying...its the small things that count? This was the only time I can remember getting a Jackhammer that wasnt running over the top of the cup where I had to either gobble it up quickly or grab a napkin...or both. This was the smallest cup too. It cost me $7.35. Almost $8 for a cup thats filled 90%. Is this a big deal? Should I be focusing more on real world issues? Yes, I actually did the entire day reporting the news of the world. 12 hours of news and all I wanted to do was grab an entire cup of yummy goodness and not think about the other stuff. And $8? I get it...this is everywhere in Joe Bidens America, but there are places that still sell ice cream cones for a dollar. I had a choice, but Andys just hits different...thats why I went. But if its $8 for 90%...Ill choose elsewhere for my yummy goodness.

I ordered a sundae and when I arrived home I realized there was melted ice cream in my seat because they gave me a cracked cup that also had a hole in it. I called to tell the manager, her response was sorry we didnt know, followed by awkward silence, then have a good day. Wow! Wheres the customer service.

Our 1st time at an Andys and it did not disappoint. I got the seasonal Apple Pie Concrete, which had vanilla custard, soft baked apples, pie crust, and cinnamon. My husband got a banana strawberry sundae and he said it was really really good! Super friendly staff at the drive thru. When I asked if the apple pie had nuts (tree nut intolerance) she said no, but told the guy to do mine allergy free, which looked to be made in a fresh container for the blending. Everything was very good We highly recommend it.

The concretes are delicious but extremely sweet. The vanilla concretes taste a lot sweeter than the chocolate. They melt super fast though and become soupy. They were already a little melted when I got them. I had to put them in the freezer both times.

Wow, what an overrated place. Starting with the clown that engineered the carflow and outdoor customer dining arrangement fire them. It s Texas and eating ice cream in the sweltering heat is not inviting. Nor is the canopy that covers 1/3 of the patio area. But if you are that crazy for custard, you get to enjoy the line of cars right next to you in the drive thru. Mmm frozen custard and car exhaust! Lastly, get a mic please. It s hard for people to hear their orders as evidenced by the final calls over and over again. You already have to rush to eat your treat, don t let them melt before. Heading Dairy Queen

Love this place! My ohanas got to for yummy vanilla cones and concrete. We come here minimum once a week for the hot summer heat. My favorite is the large cake cones with vanilla and I eat it in under 2 minutes. It does melt quickly so of course it needs to get in my belly quickly. Check them out for quick and yummy dessert after dinner.

i have never left a review before , but after visiting this andy s custard 2 nights ago, i felt i needed to. my friends and i were astonished and amazed at the work rate of jacob. he was sprinting between cars and taking orders. he ran so fast around the corner that he surprised us all and we thought we were watching a 100m dash. every staff member at Andy s should aspire to be this dedicated and hardworking. I ran division one track at Clemson and have seen track stars run sower than this kid. absolutely incredible!

The concretes are not concrete at all. I HATE melted ice cream, if I wanted melted ice cream Id order a milkshake or even regular ice cream. If Im paying $7 for one serving of ice cream that is named concrete Im fully expecting it to be hard in some way. There was a line however being in the ice cream business, they shouldnt make our MELTING orders BEFORE we reach the window. They said thats how the ice cream is, that it isnt melted its just how concretes are, not hard. Never coming back again.

I chose Ui Grilled Concrete. It was a mixture of caramel and nuts. It was expensive, but it was very delicious. My husband said it was an American taste (Korean food). I ate it with iced Americano, so it was heaven.

I usually love Andy s, but I didn t have a great experience tonight. I ordered a Jitterbug and when they gave it to me it didn t have any Heath bar or espresso. It also looked curdled. I went back and the staff was super nice and made me a another one. This one was very bitter as if too much espresso had been added and the cup was cracked and leaking. I was very disappointed.

My wife and I decided to make a late night run to Andys for a Concrete Sundae. I ordered the Strawberry and Oreo..my wife ordered Ooey Gooey. We were left with two thoughts which were overpriced and dosent meet all the hype. Actually both concretes were running and not stiff as we both anticipated. Lastly, we appreciate Andys hours of operation for a late night snack..but Im not sure if we will be back.
