THANK YOU!! Elizabeth Simmons was the best agent we have ever had. She was engaged, responsive, helpful and friendly. Most importantly, she was communicative. Every week or few days she would send us updates regarding the house or the neighborhood. This was crucial for us as we had moved to another location and wanted to stay engaged. Elizabeth presented several open houses, both to the public and to brokers, that provided us with useful feedback. So, despite the high interest rates of the day, Elizabeth got the job done for us! We highly recommend her and Bray Real Estate Group. 5 stars, 12/10

We moved to Lubbock from out of state and cant say enough about how helpful Elizabeth was through every step of the home-buying process. She went above and beyond with video walk-throughs and extra check-ins. She even waited at the house for our appliance deliveries before we arrived! She was very professional and we appreciated her prompt and thorough responses to all of our questions. She gave us a lot of peace of mind to buy a home without seeing it in person first.

Elizabeth mrs.liz as the family calls her sold us our first home in late 2019. Was a very easy and pleasant experience. And still to this day she continues to help us in anyway she can. So to say her customer service after the sale is great,would be an understatement.

Recently relocated to Lubbock from Arizona. Krisha earned our confidence and respect, as she immediately responded to an inquiry that we sent to another Lubbock realtor. Who by the way, never responded. Trust me, Krisha understood exactly what we were looking to buy, and helped us purchase a relatively newer house, within our budget allowance. In addition, Krisha went above and beyond her responsibilities, by helping us from afar. She was our eyes, ears and kept everything on course, to ensure of a seamless transition from AZ to TX. Krisha received our car for us in advance of our arrival, and secured it in our garage. This is one of many extras that come to mind. Most of all, she hung in there very well when interacting with a couple who might have type A personalities. In closing, Krisha will remain our contact for future real estate needs.
