Solas Gallery is a contemporary art gallery in the heart of the Artist's Village of Salado on Main Street. Founded in 1994 by Tim and Cherie Flanagan as "Tim Flanagan Portrait Design," the gallery originally focused on personal art and portraits. Today, Solas Gallery exhibits works from both local talents and international artists. The gallery is housed in a stunning heavy timber construction building and boasts an impressive photo studio illuminated by grand 27-foot windows. The gallery hosts a weekly slate of events, including date nights, live music, photo safaris, and immersive art sessions. Next door to the gallery is the Salado Village Framer, Central Texas's premier destination for conservation framing.

What a great experience! Tim and Cherie made the session easy and fun. They even came through when we found out we were missing an article of clothing. I highly recommend this studio.

Fantastic experience. Highly recommend them!! We signed up for the Baby Faces program and took our son for 4 photo sessions through his first birthday. The quality of their photos is unsurpassed... Tim and Cherie are incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. During our recent family session, they gave so much helpful direction (working as a team) and variety of poses. My parents said they were the best family photos theyd seen. Weve spent more money on photos this year than we planned but dont regret it. Our son will always be our baby but wont look like it for long... Capturing those moments was worth it!

Absolutely the best professional photography studio I have ever been to. For every large event my family has, we go to Solas to document it. Tim and Cherie are the kindest, most caring people you could ever go to. They will make each and every visit personalized and give you everything you could possibly wish for.
