We went to Twisted Root for dinner but ended up asking for a refund as it was terrible. However, we still wanted a burger so i googled burger joints near me and this came up. Holy cow was it amazing! Bacon was nice and crispy and the fries are the bomb!

Burgers are fantastic, best in town. Brought a friend from Iowa and she said the mushroom burger was the best she had ever eaten. Onion rings are good. Milkshakes are made with Blue Bell ice cream - so yummy. Staff is always great!

Everytime were here its pretty quiet. Place has a nice environment, chill atmosphere, good food. We like coming here because its generally pretty quiet. They take tap which is cool, in case you forget your wallet hehe (dont ask) Nice classic presentation with food and simple stuff, menu with lots of options. We love taking ppl here. Keep it up yall! Guys, if you are looking for a good old fashioned smash burger then look no further! This everything we had was hot and fresh and perfectly seasoned! Bonus, the milkshakes were so good we ended ordering a second one! The staff is so polite and helpful too! Don t hesitate to eat here, it s was phenomenal!

First time here. If I was rating just on the burger Id give 5 stars....unfortunately the fries are flavorless and undercooked. The service was even worse. The girl behind the countered did not look happy. Also I ordered water and was given a small clear cup. When asked if I could get a bigger cup was told no - yet one of the people in a family that came in after me got a bigger cup for water. Bad customer service. Will probably be back for burger but hope service at least improves.

Stopped here for a burger after a doctors appointment at the hospital. I had a cheeseburger and a soda, cost like $10.75. The people were nice, the restaurant was clean, and the burger was good, I would recommend this place. Parking: Its a strip mall so parking in the front was limited but I had no trouble finding a spot.

Burger was fantastic. Could tell it was fresh and handpacked. Perfectly cooked. Tomato and onion was fresh. Bun was great. Fries were just meh. More bits and pieces than good fries but not too greasy. Tried the fried pickles. Too skinny. Couldn t taste the pickle. Same with the fried mushroom. But would go back for the burger for sure !

The only problem with this place is deciding what to order. The menu is comprehensive. The cashier was helpful and thorough. The food was excellent. It came out hotter and faster than any fast food chain Ive ever seen. I barely finished getting my drink and sitting at a booth when my food arrived. The burgers come a la carte, but the side options are plentiful and priced competitively with any drive-thru options. My total came out to the same or $1-$2 more than a similar combo, but the quality and portion size were of greater value.

The young lady at the counter was great! I ordered the chicken fried chicken sandwich and half order of fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were warm and the chicken was awful! Overcooked, tough and DRY! A lady, perhaps the manager, offered to redo the sandwich but I never send food back. She didn t offer a refund and I didn t ask (should ve). I even pre-tipped. So disappointed, it was my Easter dinner.

Brenna took our order and served our food. She was super polite and very good at her job! You could tell it was important to her to do a great job and she did just that! A hidden secret that is underrated! My queen Revonna and I arrived for lunch. We were greeted upon entrance. The restaurant was empty when we arrived but the crowd grew! I tried out the bacon cheeseburger and it was great! Their sweet tea was also good! I enjoyed their french fries.

I ordered the blue cheese, bacon, cheese burger. It came with a toasted bun, lettuce, tomato, bacon, pickle, crumbled blue cheese and mayo. It was one of the best burgers Ive ever had. $10, but worth it to be completely satisfied. The burger was brought to my table after only a short wait. Id like to return with my wife to try a complete meal with onion rings, burger and drink. But I dont know that I feel comfortable spending $30 for 2 lunches. You can watch TV while you eat but they turn off the sound.

We had the pleasure of visiting Hideout Burgers with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. Prior to walking into the establishment we noticed two handicapped parking spaces directly in front of the door. As we walked in we did not notice any slip or trip hazards, however we did notice the large menu on the wall so you do not have to squint to see what you want to order. We were greeted with a big warm bright white smile by a young lady behind the counter and her name was Sydney. Sydney provided us exceptional customer service as she handled phone calls and online orders. She described it as being, locked in. Sydney was very professional and courteous and even provided jokes about the hot sauces offered. While we waited on our food we enjoyed the Televisions on the wall showing baseball. There were a few people eating inside enjoying their meals and steady traffic in and out picking up to- go orders. For turkey burgers fries and drinks we paid $27 and for the price it was worth every bite. Very disappointed this go round normally it s great but I had an issue with a couple items we ve ordered for my wife a jalapeño burger that was missing the jalapeño , an the mustered & mayo, ketchup so basically we received a dry burger then kevin coped a big attitude when I ask for my burger to be remade after ordering a patty melt but with a Turkey patty instead an I was given sliced Turkey meat ask for a remake so he remade the order an was really upset an it showed I ve paid over 38$ plus for me an my family to enjoy this establishment for the little items we ve ordered have to mention we also ordered chili cheese fries to get just cheese fries an no apology was made to me personally for the attitude that was given poor customer service skills after the remake the buger was great so I ll give it a 1 star but as far as my wife sandwich she didn t want to go through the remake process due to what I ve been through so im goin to leave it at that. This little hidden gem was recommended to me by a coworker. And my lady s a good burger so we made the drive to check em out. We ordereda mushroom swiss and cheeseburger w/half orders of onions rings and fries. Twenty-four dollars w/a ten minute wait we were served our food. Everything was delish!!! Lets just say they should serve toilet paper with these burgers they will clean you right out if you eat there you better hurry home home luckily I got mine to go so I had time to get to the bathroom after I had 4 bites of that Burger! There is no way I would ever consider going back to this so called Burger place

good luck staying business. $15 for a burger, 4 onion rings and a drink. the onion rings were horrible and it was like $4 for 4 of them. the burger was ok but I would never come back after getting charged this much for stale tasting onion rings. you should probably just take it off the menu.

I was so excited to eat here after seeing other people s reviews and photos. I was hyped, came with my appetite for lunch unfortunately, all I can say is my burger that day was quite dry and under seasoned. It was a very big burger size wise and you can definitely get full from it.

Was my first time at this location and it was a knock out of a hamburger.. I ordered the blue cheese double meat bacon burger I added the second Patty foolishly a single Patty was plenty of size of burger the fries are awesome thank you Vegetarian options: They have a black bean burger for vegetarians.

Tasted like a hospital cafeteria burger. First time in this area and was grabbing something real quick. The other place I went to was closed so I ran here, and it was a waste. I asked for a wheat bun with butter and toasted. It was super soggy. No seasoning on the burger. And just plain jane.I would not return. I thought it was a hole in the wall to get a yummy burger.

My son and I had burgers and chicken fried French fries as well as i had a chocolate shake made with blue bell ice cream, really tasty... The burgers were great, i had the bacon blue and my son had the ghost burger(really spicy like he likes). The French fries came out looking amazingly good but turned out to be raw in the middle, so they were kind enough to cook them longer to try to make it right and I appreciate the effort but then they were over cooked but I wasnt about to say anything so I just tossed them. They staff are very friendly and helpful and we will definitely try it again!

So this is a good three not a negative 3 I will explain what that means. We went in today because our preferred place was closed and we just happen to live down the street and thought you know what we ve been meaning to try this out so of course we pop by Fourth of July literally no way it s not packed it was amazing. So the burgers themselves we basically got bacon cheeseburgers loaded with avocado I will speak to my own experience and I will say if you re expecting flavorful guacamole it s not here it s literally just mashed avocado no onion no lime nothing not even lemon pepper. The fries they have no seasoning the only flavored versions that they have have like toppings chili cheese etc. the bacon was really good on the burger I will say that crispy salty bacon taste flowed well with the meat because the meat didn t have any seasoning. I don t know if it s just because I automatically feel weird that it s seemingly an Asian spot I ve never seen Asians even eating burgers but hey this is Mansfield so you get a little of it all. The chili cheese fries is nothing special than the canned cheese that you get at Walmart football game cheese and Hormel chili another non-flavored thing that you have to season yourself and by season I mean salt and pepper because that s all they have oh and some ketchup but yeah I wouldn t say this is OUR kind of burger spot. But the perk they have bluebell y all in the drum!!!!! and if you know blue bell out the drum it taste different than out the pint or the gallon so that was a huge plus!!! All in all the cashier was nice very polite it was indeed a I m not hungry anymore burger but definitely not somewhere I would frequent. still not entirely sure this isn t a front for the yakuza

Haven t been on this side of the metroplex in awhile, so I had to stop in for lunch. Just as good as I remember from a few years ago! Amazing service! Got a patty melt on Texas toast, 1/2 order fried pickles, 1/2 order tater tots and a vanilla shake. The ranch is cold and creamy, the pickles are paper thin and so so crispy. The melt had a good portion of onions and was seasoned just right. Everything is done well here! Can t wait until I have an excuse to come again.

Mooyah was closed and wed heard about Hideout so we decided to try them. We should have chosen someplace else. We ordered to go. First, they made our shakes before our food was ready. Nothing worse than a melted shake to go. They asked if I wanted mayo on my Bleu Cheese burger but failed to mention that they put ketchup on it or ask if I wanted ketchup. Who wants ketchup on a bleu cheese burger?? And it was covered in ketchup. It was disgusting, all I could taste was ketchup. I had to take everything off, scrape off the ketchup and still couldnt get it off. The fries were soggy, melted shakes and a ketchup covered burger. Really bad experience. We wont be back.
