We eat here fairly regularly. Great food, great drinks, and great people. We did their meal deal to go recently and it was delicious!! Plenty of food for the three of us, plus leftovers for the next day!

Come on Chef Tai. You are better than this. We have eaten here since you opened for business and the food has been on a steady decline over the years. Breakfast this morning was the catalyst for this review. Cold frozen pancakes, cold frozen biscuits and gravy, bad sausage links. Probably going to be our last visit here due to the poor food quality which is a shame. This used to be a really good place to eat. Chef, there is a reason your revenue has went down at this location and it is not the economy. Would love to be able to eat here again!

Went here a few weeks after it had just opened, and maybe things have changed but the food I tried here just was not very good. I ordered the Chicken Piccata and it tasted mostly like an unseasoned piece of, admittedly very well cooked chicken, on some bland mashed potatoes topped with a TON of capers. If you like capers, order this. I ended up not finishing my entrée which is disappointing for me. We had the pork and vegetable wontons as an appetizer which were very good and the highlight of the meal in my opinion. A lot of the names on the menu didnt impress me and felt like they were trying very hard to be trendy or overly quirky, (Crispy Squid Games for example) and the decorations felt very cold and modern. Think trendy again.

This was my first Urban Table experience and it was amazing! Such a cute place with attentive staff. The food is delicious. I cant wait to go back. I had the brussel sprouts, chicken piccata, and the sticky toffee cake. I had enough to bring home for lunch the next day. I would order everything again.

We are in town to drop off our student for summer and chose this restaurant due to proximity to our Airbnb. This is a great restaurant! We started with the Brie appetizer and my daughter gave it a 10/10. Our party ordered steak stir fry, wagu burger, lemon chicken and truffle chicken. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive. We will be back!

We ve had great experiences here in the past, but had a disappointing experience today. We waited over an hour for our food and it was disappointing when it arrived. The tomato basil soup was so salty it was inedible, the salad was drowning in dressing, and the breakfast tacos had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long.

Went in today for a late lunch and the food was very good. I ordered the Wagyu burger and it was cooked perfectly. My wife ordered the black truffle pasta and she loved it. We ordered the chicken strips and fries for our 17month old son and although he wasnt in the mood to eat, my wife an I ate all the rest of the chicken strips. They were honestly the top 3 best chicken strips we have eaten. We finished the meal off with a chocolate lava cake and my son ate the entire thing because it was so perfect. The staff was excellent and very professional. We will be adding this to our normal restaurant rotation. Parking: Plenty of parking spots available as well as many handicap accessible spots.

I took some colleagues to lunch at Urban Table. I hate the pressure of treating visitors! But Urban Table was a solid choice. We all had the Miso Salmon and it was DELICIOUS. They were still talking about it the next day! To top it off, the service is amazing. Ethan was our server. It was raining when we left so Ethan came with an umbrella to walk me to my car. Talk about hospitality! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Was very excited to try this place out. I always see it on the side of the road but never really had the chance to stop by. Thurdays they have a $10 pasta night, my husband and I were very excited to try. First impressions upon walking in, the atmosphere was very nice, they had live music upstairs at the bar(which we didnt know was up there). When we walked in, we werent immediately greeted by staff. They kind of just acknowledged that we walked in, and that was it. Went to see if we can get a table for 2 and one of the two girls that were there in the front kind of gave attitude to the other employee and said, I dont know itll probably be 10 minutes, which was said in a rude tone to her co worker, needless to say my husdand and I were happy to wait the 10 minutes. They didnt really take our name or anything to hold us for a table, which was very odd, but we were gladly going to wait anyway. Well 20 minutes pass and 4 other groups of 2-3 people in each group went in and asked for a table and they gave them options to wait or they can sit upstairs at the bar area, if they wait for a table down stairs, they put there name and phone number on a wait list but not my husband and I who were already waiting for a seat. Eventually one of the wait staff came to up and told us our 10 minute wait would end up being 40 minutes, and at this point were waiting for a good 25 minutes and they finally gave us the option of being on a wait list. Btw at this point, the bar seating upstairs was full and was never given to us as an option. Overall, the first experience was not good in the slightest. We ended up going to 1860 Italia and was sat immediately, and customer service was way better. Hopefully, I can give this place another chance and an update for a review, but for now, I would recommend going somewhere else unless you make reservations.

In town visiting old friends who had been raving about Urban Tables food and service. After going with them, I see exactly what all the hype was about. We sat at the bar, where we were greeted by Hunter. Not only did he give great suggestions when I asked for his recommendation but followed that with a drink that would pair nicely with my meal. I love it here! The whole team is so friendly. I ve been coming here every two weeks for trivia for a while and love the staff, food & drinks. My friends and I Visited Urban Table this past weekend when it was perfect weather the food was great and so was the service our bartender Hunter was on point with all of the specialty drinks and is quite handsome! The views are great from the patio as well! Definitely will be back!

The Bartender Hunter was very knowledgeable of the menu, recommended a few items and drinks and I was blown away. Not to mention the mixology knowledge he had was awesome, threw some of my favorites at him and he was able to make them with no problem. I would recommend him to any of my friends.

The service was horrible. Our waitress was MIA for the majority of our visit. Our food sat under the heat lamps for at least 10 minutes, there was no one available to notify. She finally came down from upstairs, but still didn t bring our food. We had to waive her down. I ordered the meatloaf, which was supposed to come with sautéed cabbage, I received green beans. When I questioned it she walked away. Eventually another employee came to our table to ask how everything was. I mentioned the cabbage. He said you re right and did bring me the cabbage. The food was lukewarm and lacked seasoning.

Cute spot, but lots of room for improvement. Artichoke dip was a bit heavy on the mayo, but ok. The toasted pita that came with it was burned in places, which left an acrid taste. Burger was grilled perfectly but the bun was stale. Could be because we caught them at the end of the semester and they were not rotating through stock. Cleanliness was lacking (see salt and pepper shakers in photo). Server was a bar tender that had the personality of a bar tender. Not his fault. He was not hired to wait tables and he knew it. All in all, great ideas but poor execution.

Dining at the Urban Table remains a delicious and relaxing experience for lunch. I am a returning guest who looks forward to bringing my coworkers, friends and family to the Urban Table for a good meal in a nice atmosphere. The food is very tasty, generously portioned, and well-presented. The burgers, hot sandwiches, and appetizers are amazing! The waitstaff is friendly and professional. They care about quality of service and repeat business, so they communicate any delays quickly and honestly. I was surprised that business was slow on a Friday afternoon, but I still enjoyed a peaceful and good meal with my friends. Urban Table has all the makings of a popular go to spot. In Houston, the Urban Table would be so busy everyday, what gives College Station? Surrounding businesses may want to consider Urban Table as their solid brunch, lunch and dinner meeting spot. It also looks perfect for holiday parties. I see more great dining experiences at Urban Table, and I plan to return often to enjoy this quiet and friendly eatery!

Chicken tasted kind of processed and the chicken it self was sooo colddd. Pictures make food look better than it actually it. Dont be fooled Overall: I would not come here again, waste of time because they take so long to get cold food out. The atmosphere is mainly the reason i came in and is the only good thing in the place. As for drinks, I can t rate it cause I don t drink.

Certain dishes from our table sat in the window from 38 min before all were complete. My cajun pasta was cold under the friend chicken. The rice was cold in the stir fry. Sophia our waitress failed to X the complete garnish from a dish then argued it was included in the description on the menu. It is not. This was the first and last trip.

Disappointing visit as far as service and food. Ordered side salad and roasted poblano soup. The salad was drenched in dressing otherwise good. I was initially served tomato soup- not what I ordered. Took at least 5 min to get someone s attn to correct my order and once I rec d the poblano soup it was underwhelming. My spouse ordered the Avocado Bacon Lettuce Tomato sandwich based on the description which doesn t reference a croissant- in fact it reads like it should be a toast. My daughter ordered lemon chicken pasta which was good. The spinach dip was also delicious but sadly those two positives did not outweigh the disappointing experience. Took for wr to get our food and once received the waitress never checked on us again. I had to flag someone down for correct soup and we were only offered drink refills as were leaving. With the many choices in the A&M area I don t believe we ll return to this restaurant.
