I must take the time to say how extremely pleased we were with Sparkle TCS and their Team! I called to schedule a Post Construction Clean plus Windows on Tuesday! By Wednesday at 2pm we had an Amazing Team led by Danielle that did a fabulous job! They worked until almost dark to complete the job and we can t be happier. Danielle was on her hands and knees cleaning the master bath floor which turned out Sparkling! This house has a walkout basement with many windows. Nathan was so professional and got right to work cleaning the glass & screens on all 3 floors! Thank you Natsha for setting this up and a special thanks to the owner; Zavieus Hogan for making sure we were completely happy with the work done. I recently booked a deep cleaning service with Sparkle Cleaning Services, expecting a thorough and detailed clean as advertised. They promised up to four cleaners for 3-4 hours, and I was assured that all areas on their extensive checklist would be covered, including baseboards, fridge clean out, windows, and more. To my dismay, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite having a regular housekeeper and our home being in relatively good condition, the two cleaners sent by Sparkle spent a staggering 6 hours at our house. Rather than delivering the deep clean we requested, they only performed a basic clean. One of the cleaners inexplicably stayed in one spot for four hours, significantly impacting productivity. Even more frustrating was their attempt to charge us extra, claiming they might need more time or would only clean half of the house. I had already paid $460, nearly $500, for a full deep clean and found this additional charge proposal absurd and unprofessional. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and fell well below our expectations. We were overcharged for subpar work, and I would strongly advise against using Sparkle Cleaning Services. We will certainly never book with them again.

The three ladies that did my apartment were kind efficient, thorough, and went above and beyond for me. My expectations were met way beyond I thought possible! they were so quick and so efficient, but so incredibly thorough. They were also very kind communicative And a big huge thank you goes to these three ladies!!! if you re looking for a cleaning that will do an impeccable job and far surpass your expectations look no further this is the company to go. I decided that I wasnt going to break my back cleaning my house for my daughters birthday celebration, but this realization didnt hit me until the day before the party. I scheduled a cleaning with Sparkle through their website, and Natasha responded promptly. She went above and beyond to get my cleaning scheduled for the next day. Everyone on the team was very friendly and they did an amazing job. I dont think my house has ever been this clean! Their pricing was very reasonable for bi-weekly cleanings, and I highly recommend them.

This cleaning company is not appropriately knowledgeable or well versed in the care of higher end homes that have costly appliances or fixtures. Last week, a member of their cleaning crew came into my home and set down an oil based cleaning product (that is generally used to clean refrigerators) on top of our custom butcher block island counter top. The product then seeped through the butcher block and left a crescent shaped permanent oil stain in it, a $7000 mistake on the part of this company. We have cameras in our home and it recorded exactly what happened. We never received a formal apology from this company. Instead, we were told that they would try to come to fix it and gave several options to do so, including using hydrogen peroxide. Given that they werent even knowledgeable enough to know that setting an oil based chemical product on custom butcher block was not ideal, we did not feel comfortable with their expertise, so we contacted the manufacturer ourselves. The manufacturer warned us NOT TO USE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE because it would then bleach the beautiful wood of the countertop (damaging it further). This is the second item in my home that they have damaged. When they first started cleaning my home, an antique limited edition bookend on my nightstand was shattered into several pieces by the person cleaning my home. In that case, I was able to get the bookend repaired myself at my expense. Information like this is important to know before hiring any company. This is the type of information that I would have found valuable BEFORE hiring this company Amended to add: Unfortunately the owners response to this review is inaccurate and untrue on multiple levels: 1. There were several times when the door to my closet was unlocked when your staff was cleaning the master bedroom, making it quite easy to take items out of the closet. I was actually quite gracious to not even mention the fact about my shoes missing because we do not have cameras in the master and could not actually confirm what happened with them. Whereas, with the stain on our kitchen, we STILL have video to show the damage that you left. 2. We actually described the entirety of what happened to the manufacturer, INCLUDING the fact that the stain was oil based. Its unfortunate that you choose to misrepresent conversations that you were not even privy to in your very inaccurate response. It is unfortunate, it truly is, and shows lack of integrity. The manufacturer explicitly told us that HYDROGEN PEROXIDE was not to be used on that countertop, but its interesting that your rebuttal says otherwise. I assure you , we are much more invested in the integrity of items in our home than you are, and have NO REASON to misrepresent this. 3. I personally reported the broken bookend to the owner when it happened when we first started getting our home cleaned by you. Apparently, after all this time, you have forgotten---but I have not. We fixed it ourselves and the owner barely gave us an apology (consistent with his behavior now after the butcher block issue) 4. There were several instances of our home being improperly cleaned by your company (and I still have these texts, by the way), but I was gracious enough in my review to not even bring that up and was willing to work with you and allow your company time to correct the problem. 5. Our home has valuable items in it, and yes we unfortunately had ONE other cleaning company (Iris Cleaning Service) that stole from us (readers of this review can look at my other review about this company and see many other similar reviews about theft in other homes, as a reference). It is clear that you attempted to bring that up to discredit this WELL DESERVED NEGATIVE REVIEW about the DAMAGE YOU DID TO OUR HOME. The better thing to do would have been to ACTUALLY APOLOGIZE and rectify the situation. By time you told us that we should not try to get the stain out ourselves or it would decrease your liability almost 24 hours had passed. I have these texts also

We chose them because they are listed as Google Guaranteed . We made an appointment for a deep clean of a 5000 square foot home and had a conversation with Daniel about the extensive cleaning to be done and the base cost of $400 for the first four hours and the $65/each hour over four hours for two workers and $92/extra hours if three workers were needed. We estimated the job would take two days at a total price between about $1000-$1500. We agreed upon a first day arrival time between 9-10am and we rearranged other plans. The night before the scheduled first work day, I got a text from the company (Daniel?) asking if we could push the arrival time to 12pm or a little earlier, but 12 to be safe because the workers were having to work and finish another job that went unexpectedly overtime. Additionally we were asked if the workers could come on the second day between 845-900am instead of the previously agreed upon timeframe of 9-10am. We agreed and again rearranged other plans. Today at 11:25am, I texted Daniel and asked for an ETA. He replied and said they were finishing up the previous job in about an hour and then would start en route to us which would take another 50 minutes. I replied that the new arrival time was not what he had stated the night before and what we agreed upon. I asked if he would provide a discount on the job since they could not meet the arrival time. This was denied. That small discount would have been a good faith effort to keep our business but unfortunately that was not the case. I asked for the owner s name and contact information and was told that I was, in fact, texting with the owner. We canceled the appointment as a result. We will choose another company that will follow through with what they say that they will do and are more interested in customer service.

Thank you and your staff so much for helping us move into a clean and fresh home. We closed escrow and took possession of a newly constructed home, expecting it to be clean and move in ready...it was not. I reached out to Sparkle and spoke with the owner who told me everything I could expect from his staff. He was even able to book my appointment the very next day. The team were kind, friendly, professional and incredibly thorough. They asked me what my expectations were and if I needed they to focus on anything in particular. I gave them my list of priorities, one of which was staying within 3.5 hr time frame, and they went to work. They cleaned our home literally from top to bottom and even went as far as to clean up any dried paint that the builder left behind. They used great products that left our home not only smelling clean, but visually clean. They left nothing untouched, and there isnt a fingerprint, smear or smudge in sight! Every day that they have supposed to show up to clean my house for the past 3 weeks, I have been notified that they are behind schedule and are working on other customers houses and they need to reschedule for the following week. This makes it very apparent that this company does not have enough associates or prioritizes certain customers and not others. They were very attentive to my wishes of using my own chemical free products and my hepa vacuum even though they had sufficient cleaning products and equipment. I dont know how this cleaning company got 5 stars rating, while their cleaning is nowhere near that. I recently booked for a deep clean service for my home to move in and they took 4.5 hrs for the clean. All they do is just dust the areas without using any wet cleaning to remove the dust. There were loads of dust left from their 1st cleaning on the binds, countertops, furnitures. Even the basic cleaning like furnitures and table tops were left with loads of dust. I had to call them the 2nd day to finish the incomplete job and they came over for the sake and they left in 1.5 hrs but still untouched several areas of house. The company initially promised they take care of cleaning high ceiling areas and fans, but they didnt. Inspite of this I had to pay them 350$, only to call another cleaning company to redo the cleaning. Im very much disappointed with their service and wouldnt recommend if anyone looking for deep cleaning.

I was out of the country for longer than expected and came back to an abandoned shack, lol. A week or so later when I couldnt keep up with work and housework I called them to dig me out again. Andrea did a very good job and when I got home it was clean and comfy. Thank you very much and I will use and recommend you again.

The cleaner did not finish cleaning 2/3rds of our house. Her vacuum was not working, and she didnt even mention it until the end. I specifically asked that bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting be the priorities. It was a lot of money to pay to not have the house cleaned. We wont be using them again, back on the hunt for a regular house cleaning service. -Disappointed

I was very happy with the cleaning of my carpets. I was not happy that the two gentlemen were late. They were supposed to be at my home at 9:30 and they didnt show up until almost 10. I was not very happy that one of the gentlemen kept going into the kitchen to take personal calls about his childcare situation when he was supposed to be working. And I was definitely furious about the fact that the guy who took my payment dropped my check in a Wal-Mart parking lot in Wylie and it was picked up by a total stranger. The company didnt call me to tell me they had lost it. When I called the company to get them in touch with the guy who picked it up they didnt apologize for the situation and didnt even greet me on the phone he just asked if I had found the check. Not very professional and I will not use them again.

I cannot express how pleased I was with the service and the attention to details the Sparkle provided recently at home. I had requested a quote and date of service from 4 top cleaning services. All got back with me in a timely matter offering the same DEEP CLEAN service options and willing to meet date of cleaning. Sparkle not only beat the others in price but showed more care to wanting my business. I look forward to having Sparkle come back on a regular bases. They have earned my business and Im sure will continue to as I share their info with my neighbors and friends.

I requested a deep cleaning on my 3-2 home and specifically asked for 3 things to be done. These ladies are PHENOMENAL! Not only did they complete the tasks I requested, but went above and beyond to restore my home to the pristine condition it was in when I moved in. They are professional, efficient and a joy to be around. I will DEFINITELY use them again and again. Even though its near the holidays, they can keep it holiday ready year round.
