We went on Tuesday for the $6 movies and had a great experience. It was so clean, the employees were friendly, and the theater seats were so comfortable. They even have seat heaters, which is great when the AC is too much.

Its always a great time at Cinergy. Its only an every once in a while treat, but still enjoyable. Theyve got a wide assortment of video games, current movies, bowling, lazer tag, and the skywalk. The food is a bit pricey, but no worse than any other theaters concessions.

You have to put money on a card in order to play the games which they say allows you to play everything on the floor, but then you have to buy tickets for the games that don t take the cards hardly any employees are there to help and ones that you find and ask for help seem racially driven not to help you constantly with one moment and they walk off!!!! They yell at the children playing in the ball pit!!! You can t stop and enjoy playing in the pit you have to keep it moving even if there is no one else waiting!!!! For as expensive as it is save your money and take your kids elsewhere!!!!! They don t allow you and your family to enjoy your money s worth!!!! Hateful hateful hateful

Overall its a really fun place for adults and kids. Theres literally just about everything for everyone, under one roof. The theater is awesome. Big seats, sounds, and screens. The reclining and heated seats make you wonder how we ever got by back in the old days And a huge variety of entertaining arcade games with a point system for prizes, which adds onto the experience. Not to mention the other attractions and bowling. Even a whole spot with multiple escape rooms too. They also offer a subscription based experience. Which in my opinion, the price of becoming an Elite Plus Member, has definitely been worth it in the perks Ive received. I couldnt even begin to count how many times Ive been, so definitely worth a visit in my opinion

Went to go watch a movie 6/10. Before it started, I walked around to check out the place, very cool. I went to order food, I asked the lady at the counter how she was doing and she said ready to go home and I said well hopefully that s soon for you. Her reply well people keep coming up to order food and we can t close I quickly ordered as I didn t want to ask any questions about the menu. Guy scanning tickets was great! Very cool facility, just hoping to see friendlier staff.

This place is a lot of fun! Games are expensive though like $2-$4 per game. The obstacle course was $4 and my daughter loved it. The bartender by the entrance was terrible didn t even acknowledge my husband when he sat down and seemed annoyed by customers. Food is good! We went to the movie theater here and WOW it s the best theater I ve ever been to! Reclining seats plenty of space and affordable!! This is definitely our new go to movie spot. Snacks are pricey 4 candy s small popcorn and 2 bottle waters came to $30.

Escape room. It seemed rushed getting us in the door, and while weve done many escape rooms, never any at Cinergy. ¾ through our video, they turned it off because 2 more guests had arrived. They didnt restart the video, finish it, or inform the new players of anything other than the help button. One of the puzzles was slightly messed up and confusing even after we had gotten a hint from the screen and the worker. She offered to show us the answer and it still didnt fully want to work correctly. It is only $20 a person, and you may end up with random people, but just the entire vibe was cold from the workers and everything just seemed weird. Ill pay the extra money to go to an escape room building.

Great games and attractions. I LOVE the theater seats! Only complaint is that figuring out how things work is difficult. Specially let the membership portion. You really have to research on the site to figure things out, and while the staff were all friendly, they weren t able to help us navigate the sign up process. Laser tag was extremely fun, and the escape room, while fairly straightforward was very theatrical and engaging. All in all a great time and will be back!

I only go here for the movie theater, but they have games, bowling and a bar area as well. The movie screens are nice and have good sound, along with heated, fully reclining chairs. You can order food to be delivered to you in the theater. And of the food items Ive tried theyve always been fresh, hot and delivered promptly. Most of the food is a bit overpriced, but soft drinks and candy are way overpriced (free drink refills though). Fridays and Saturdays can be very crowded due to the games, bowling, etc, so if you are going just for the movies, give yourself a few minutes extra to navigate, get food, tickets, etc.

We love Cynergy and have been there many times. I was disappointed when we took our 4 yr old grandson there Saturday. We spent $35 on gamed but when he tried to redeem his points, they told him he only had 16 points and there was nothing in the store for 16 points, so he put his small toy back on the shelf. Thats unacceptable!

Our family visited Amarillo yesterday and decided to enjoy a fun day bowling. When we arrived at Cinergy, we were excited to find all of the options their facility provided. We decided to purchase lunch while waiting for the bowling lane. After a two and a half hour debacle with lane times (which we were compensated for with free laser tag game for our party of seven) we purchased game cards. Consistently our money was taken by machines but the machines would not start the game. Overall I would not go back because I feel we were over charged constantly. We paid for two lanes for one hour totalling $136. Our lunch for one pizza, 10 wings, and three drinks was $64. We paid for two $50 game cards. I am not sure the quality and expense are equal.

Escape Room: the haunting - don t bother unless you want to be frustrated. The story isn t bad, but the mechanisms that we had to utilize to continue progress did not work. The staff do not let you know about these issues. Wasted about 25 mins on certain puzzles, come to find out we solved it, but it didn t work.

Great fun to go to the movies they have heated recliners. You can order your food and have it delivered to your seat in the theater. Arcade games to play before or after you go to the theater. All of the machines were working when weve visited. Havent tried the bowling, laser tag or virtual reality rides but are aware we could. The overhead climbing is a bit strange but the people who do it seem to like it.
