With no line, it took 15-20 minutes to get a singular crunch wrap, 4 cheese sticks and a sweet tea. The tea wasnt very good. The wrap was tasty enough. The gentlemen at the drive through apologizes for the wait because their system was down. The problem is...it took 5-10 minutes to actually process the order and then another 10 or so minutes to receive the order at the second window... Your system being down doesnt make it harder to get the food cooked and bagged... Im not angry, just disappointed. I wont be back, Im sorry to say.

Now not usually any complaints but this evening Who or whatever is assembling those burgers has no passion for it I managed to find stacks of pickles and jalapeños next to the 2 inch thick heart of lettuce in a vat of mustard soaked hamburger bun.. in fact my phone is coated in mustard as I angrily type this..if you can t find any mustard.. it s been soaked up in paper towels and thrown in my garbage ..

Just had the greatest double whopper ever. It was so fresh. Smelled of flame grilled gloriousness. Took me back to the 1999 days. Patties were tender on inside and slightly charred and crisp on edges. How it should be. Been a long time since any Burger King did so well by me. My four year old boy didn t like the kids so double cheese burger. It did not smell as nice as the whopper. I gave some of mine to him and he delighted, devoured that whopper fast. Fries were hot and fresh, all of it. No salt as requested. They got everything right.

The two young gentlemen working the drivethru June 22nd afternoon were awesome and deserve a raise. The order taker was very helpful and enthusiastic and the gentleman at the handout window went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. A much appreciated improvement over the bk in Rockwall we tried before this one, sat in line for 20 minutes and gave up on that one... Just moved to Fate and was not a BK fan. But this location does it right!! 1st The fries taste great! Fresh and hot. 2nd Meal was exactly as special orderred and delicious. Nothing smashed in bag. There was black hair in my food. They dont wear hair nets and I believe they are supposed to be. Not only were the employees rude, but the food made me sick. I have never experienced this before, but it gave me a bad case of food poisoning. I only ordered a kids meal with a cheeseburger, sweet tea, fries, and an ice cream cone. I wish I could show a receipt, but the girl at the window didnt give me one. I got charged $23.00 for a #2 and an extra burger by itself. The burger had bacon, and a handful of jalapenos. It was drive thru and I was on the highway before I noticed it. Called them right away 5 times and nobody ever picked up, they also did not give me a receipt. It was the Royse City, TX location. I am still very very angry with them. I want a refund!

12/15/23 Place my order. Got my food tasted the fries had a lot of salt. I asked the gentleman can I get new fries? They re too salty. I guess they got mad because I didn t like the way the food tasted. They had me pull up. I parked in one of their parking spots, not a busy Burger King and I know why. A gentleman came out almost all the way to my car, and then something made him turn around and go back inside with my order instead of giving it to me and he place my order on the side and started working on new orders. I still waited about 10 minutes with my kids in the car to see if they were going to even try to bring the order to me. No so I went inside And I just told the manager just give me my money back. Manager was very rude. I told the manager, I m sorry I asked for my fries to have less salt. I asked for her name she said Candace . I don t think that s right this is the second time I have problems here but I feel like corporate doesn t do anything. I did take a picture of the area where they cook the fries very dirty. No customer Service. And if anyone from corporate read this, I would like for you to contact me. I hate that this Burger King in my hometown runs like this.

Mess up your order all the time. I dont think Ive been here once where they actually got my order correct. They forget items then when you go inside to tell them they have to throw them in the fryer and cook it. So the food you got already in the drive thru is cold. They cant keep up with their chicken. Four times Ive been here and told to pull to the side so they can cook the chicken sandwich. Every time they forgot to put the sandwich in the bag when they finally brought it out. Thankfully I caught it. But after the second time, I mentioned it. Third time I had an awesome conversation with the manager who said they would talk to their GM. Since then, the sandwiches are dry and hard, like theyve been sitting out all day under a heating lamp. And thats IF they even grab the right one. This is the seventh order of chicken sandwiches in the last month, and instead of a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, they handed me an Italian. It was good, dont get me wrong, but not what I ordered. Theyre hopeless at this point.

Its Sunday at 9:30 and we are not allowed to eat in the lobby that has a posted, open till 11pm. When we asked why? We were told that they have an inspection coming up. So I asked,really you are turning away customers so that you dont have to stay up later to clean? The response was yes. I guess that if they werent told that they are having an inspection Im advance, they would fail.!? Inspection are meant to insure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean, properly working order. Typical management issues we find at most BKs. Most disappointing, though, was the UNtypically COLD food that was brought to the playroom so soon after ordering it must have been cooked at least 30 min BEFORE we showed up. Fortunately, the kids playroom is 5*: VERY clean, seemingly very safe, and perpetually fun for kids. Without them, we will not go back.

I love burger king but this location falls well short of what is expected. It takes a long time to get your food and its far from fresh. Low standards will do that to any restaurant. When your cheese is cold it shows the burgers didnt just get cooked and have been sitting. What happened to flame broiled freshness?! Make sure to order yours and ask to have it made fresh!

Very disappointed I was looking forward and eating a chicken sandwich from this location today. I drive up to the drive-through I never got service I drive to pass the drive-through window I see employees were just chitchatting to each other I guess they didn t wanna work

2 stars because their fries a good. 4:30pm today I was informed they were out of chicken and asked if it was okay to wait 10 minutes.. How are they out? They barely have customers. There is never anyone in line when I show up. A 10 minute wait is for a fast food restaurant is not okay, what are they thinking?

My experience with the drive thru... well I sat there in drive thru for 10 min one am and no one was there or got to me went to drive up window and sat there for few minutes and no one waited the service and quality sucks

Not only got the order right, but the quality of Burger King has improved tremendously in general. Flame-grilled flavor is excellent, and the bacon seems to have been cooked in the same flames as the patties! Highly recommended!

I just left with my family of five. We took pictures in the bluebonnets and then walked in for a meal. There were no other customers in the place but there were tons of employees grouped up behind the counter. Multiple dirty tables, floor was dirty in multiple places, chairs out of place, and took a while for someone to take our order. Although I will say the girl at the front did say just a minute please (and she was very polite). I tried to ignore the semi-mess because I expected delicious food, but that wasnt the case. Cheese wasnt melted on burgers, jalapeno poppers were not the full count of eight, and Im not sure if they were cooked all the way or something because I just didnt taste right, but that could just be a personal preference. Also I can only assume it was employees who squealed tires as they cut in the parking lot as there were no customers when we went inside the store. It was particularly concern to me because I have three children walking through the parking lot at the time one of them 5 years old. Its a nice looking place and has potential, but right now management needs to straighten up these kids in a serious way. Please clean this place up as I enjoy Burger King and will definitely be back. Thanks.

So this is the worst place Ive been here and never are here. 1. Tried to order and had to say it three time until I said screw it and left. 2. Went online to see when they closed it say 1200 so I say okay left the house and it 1130 and they are closed. like come on guys update your online store times it ridiculous
