Ordered delivery and it took more than an hour from the time it left the store to my home 6 miles away.. we were given a number to call or contact the delivery person which we did several times and got no reply, we called again and he answered and was very rude yelling through the phone .. we had to walk out to the road to meet him and he came pulling into our driveway at a very high rate threw our order at us even told us to keep the door dash bag and peeled out of our driveway .. pizza and wings were ice cold when we tried to call the store to complain we got an answering service .. when I told the lady we wanted to talk to the actual store she transferred the call.. after being on hold for more than an hour .. we got in the car with the pizza and wings and drive to the restaurant with the phone still on hold and demanded our money back while returning their cold ass pizza ..mind you we still are on hold on the phone .. this is the absolute worse service we have ever received like it s our fault the driver got lost lost but not only did the driver but also the store act like this was somehow our fault .. Pizza Hut and door dash both lost a customer for life as I will never order from either again!!!! While leaving the store they finally answered the phone and after an hour on hold the first thing they said is can you hold when I asked who I was speaking to they refused to give me their name and hung up on me!!!

I placed an order this evening around 5:40ish. The delivery time said it would be delivered by 6:08pm checked the tracking at 5:50 and it showed it was in the oven.. spinning spinning spinning.. I checked again at 6:10 still in the oven . So I called the store. Put on hold. Someone came back and hung up on me.. called again, someone answered they put me on hold for a good 10 minutes.. came back, hung up on me called again someone answered.. picked up.. HUNG UP!!!!!!!!!!!!! It s now 6:40 and still no delivery or update. I would like a refund, and also would LOVE for your staff at this store to retake some training on proper customer service care! This is awful service, I m sure if my pizza ever does arrive it will either be over cooked or cold and honestly I m just very disappointed. Pizza Hut has always been our go to- but NOT ANY MORE. You ve now lost a weekly customer.

Apparently less than 5 minutes away is out of their delivery range. WTH, do I have to be with walking distance. What kind of delivery range is within throwing distance. Other places will deliver to my house and are farther away but pizza hut cant. Apparently everyone can out pizza the hut since they wont deliver.

I ordered 2 extra large pizzas on 5-17-2024 around 11:45 pm. I dont care how late it was because you pay the same price as noon time. I had 2 orders of wings as well. Ive been in Royse City for 1.5 years. This pizza hut was ranked as the best Ive had in the DFW Metro Plex until the last month. This happened on another big order recently during the day. I paid $73 dollars each time and they brought me fresh wings but the pizza tasted like they had it already made and threw the other toppings on and put it back in the oven. The other large order was partially replaced by the night manager on another day and it was ok. Something has happened in the past month to the quality of the pizza making. Either they are prepaid or just not made correctly. I live not even 2 miles from the location so everything should be fresh. Im not having them deliver me anything else because Im wasting money big time. If management reads this, call me. My number is on my Pizza Hut profile.... Ricky J

We have ordered often in the past. They totally screwed up the last 3 orders and delivered one pizza upside down. They said we would get a free replacement. When we tried to get that pizza, they now under no circumstances will answer their phone. Instead, the route the call to India and of course they know nothing about this credit. This place is a joke and management is even more of a joke. Stop ordering from this train wreck and let them dissolve. They bring zero value to RC.

Visited this Pizza Hut for the first time yesterday, and the pizza was so good! We did pickup, as delivery is notoriously not great at any pizza chain. The pizza and wings we picked up were so good, especially the pizza. It was hot and wasn t super greasy, which was nice. The crust was soft and chewy. The wings had good flavor, and were hot, although small. Will definitely order carry out again!!

This location is beyond poorly managed. Ordered a pizza at 330pm to be delivered at 530pm. As of 630pm we still have not received our food. Do not understand why they fired their own drivers to contract with door dash. Recommend if you abbreviated a pizza order from some one else. We will be contacting the pizza but corporate office to voice our opinion of the Royse City location.

I get a text about a promo of a BOGO Large Pizza. We call the number on Google for that location and place an order for 2 pizzas. Drive down to pick up and they tell us they dont have the order, the number is just an answering service that doesnt speak for their location and they were extremely rude and would not honor the text THEY SENT ME for the offer. I ordered 2 pasta special and a large pizza using the online app at about 7 pm. It took over an hour to deliver the order. The delivery lady apologized and said they were swamped.The pizza was cold and both pastas were wrong. I tried to call and get a refund or a corrected delivery for the pasta. After a couple of minutes of maneuvering through the options finally got to call the store. It rang 10 or 15 times and then a disconnect. I waited 20 minutes and tried again. Same result. I waited another 20 minutes an tried again. Disconnect. Not a happy camper.

Ive been using this location off and on for about 4 years and have decided to swear it off indefinitely. Order to finish times are consistently over an hour, and Ive waited beyond an hour past the ready time more than once. The food is fine when it finally comes out, but unfortunately youll wait the entire day to get it as it doesnt seem to matter if you order during peak times or not. Theyll tell you its a new system that causes the issues, but its been an issue with the new system for the several years that Ive had problems with this location. I do not recommend.

They now outsource their delivery duties to door dash, where you are charged a $4.99 delivery fee that does not go to the driver, so after tip you are paying ~50% of the invoice for a large pizza to delivery charges. Food arrived 30 minutes later than eta because door dash driver made several other stops while my order sat in their vehicle without any type of insulated packaging being used. Food was lukewarm when delivered.

I ordered a large stuffed crust pineapple and ham pizza for me and my son tonight, along with cheese sticks. I received my cheese sticks and my soda that I had ordered but received a pizza that had sausage mushrooms and pepperoni on it. I placed my order through the website like always and forgot to order a drink so I called and called and no one will answer. The call center cant do anything about it! Worst Pizza Order I ever had. The only reason I gave this one star was because it was the lowest rating allowed. It Took 40 minutes to deliver to deliver my Pizza. Crust was burnt. We just went in person to order a stuffed crust pizza, the price was ridiculously high, so I ask for the special and they suggest to order it online which I actually did right away and make my order quick online, when I told her that I was having trouble with my payment she was like, oh, we just run out of stuff crust that s why you payment can t proceed. Omg! Pizza Hut in Royse City is horrible. Took over 45 min to get my pizza and I headed to the place way too early for pickup. They said it be ready in 15 for pickup its more like add 30 min to that. Got home with my pizza was good however they gave me the wrong wings. Had to back took another 20 min to cook the correct ones. Got home and my pizza was super cold. I dont recommend Pizza Hut in Royse City.. I put online order in at 5:10 to pick up at 6pm. Knowing it only takes 15min to make pizza.. Show up 5:50pm pay for my order, was told it be 15 minutes.. ok. Go get gas. Come back at 6:05 Cashier acknowledges Im there. I just stand and wait. 5 groups come and go with orders, delivery guy comes and goes. Two random people go in kitchen they random because they in regular clothes.. shorts and t-shirt with vapes in hand these people then start working cashier and talking to people in back.. no one has washed hands or put on gloves. Theses two then go back to car out front and smoke then back in to kitchen.. no gloves, nor washing hands. This is when I notice, no one is wearing gloves.. no one is in uniforms.. how do we know who actually works here.... Then 6:20 rolls by.. I asked where is my order. Was told my order was already picked up.. I stated no it hasnt, i only paid for it. Then 2minutes later they hand me my food. I noted that my wings are missing. They grab a bag wings out. Without reading to see if they are mine. And go on with their evening.. By this time it is 6:30pm 30min after I was supposed get my food.. I ordered almost hour early. ALL of my food is cold. I have pictures but it wont let me load them..

We were delivered the wrong pizza. A little frustrated but we understand mistakes happen, we tried to call Pizza Hut and let them know so we could be delivered the correct pizza. We called for over 20 minutes and got no answer. We called customer service and they said all they could do is continue transferring us to this location. Even more frustrated, I drive to Pizza Hut and let them know their mistake. I mentioned that we had been calling for over 20 minutes and their response was we have been busy. While I was there I did not hear the phone ring once. They never apologized for the inconvenience or any type of attempt to rectify the situation. Worst service ever! If you want curbside be prepared to have to still go inside to get your order yourself, don t expect an apology or anything either. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wouldn t eat here if I were you, they don t even deserve a 1 star!

Pizza was ok, but could have been cooked more (vegetables were room temp). The chicken wings were gross and had a chemical after taste. The delivery driver was very nice and is the reason it was not a worse review.

The beef was super salty. There was so much sauce and the sauce is bitter. I used to love the marinara that came with the cheesesticks and now it is just thick pizza sauce. The stuffed crust pizza was super greasy. It was not horrible food but it was not anything we would order again.

This is not the first time of issues. This time the pizza was 40 minutes late - schedule it for 5pm earlier in the day - then the pizza got here it was cold. Not sure we will be using Pizza Hut again.

Unfortunately, my experience was horrible at this location. I ordered three pizzas at 5:45 p.m. and by 7:15 p.m. they still had nothing ready. They didnt want to admit that they had lost my order, and worst of all, they didnt even resubmit my order to be rushed. In the end, I had to ask for a refund. Really bad management at this location unfortunately. I saw the manager go out back three or four times while the front lobby was crowded. The phones were ringing off the hook, and he didnt even help to take orders. When I was issued my refund, he didnt even apologize for the mess up with my order. Really bad customer service, Pizza Hut!

I ordered the Detroit pizza and when I received the pizza it was warm with cold pizza sauce. I was told the policy of Pizza Hut is to place pizza sauce on the pizzas that is at room temperature, however for my order the employee and manager both stated the pizza sauce was taken from the refrigerator. When I asked for a refund the employee was more interested in explaining why the pizza was ok. If she had just apologized, instead of trying to justify the error, I would have understood more. I have never had a problem with the location with my orders, however after this experience I wont be ordering any more pizzas from this location. I do understand mistakes occur, however when an employee give excuses for the issue rather than listen to the customer, makes me not want to visit the establishment any more.

When order is place online to have it curbside and I waited for 10 minutes no one brought my order out to the car. Had to go on the inside and had to wait another 15 minutes my pizza had to go in the warmer while I waited for my wings.

I received a call saying that they ran out of square dough and could not make my order. They were also out of breadsticks as well. I did change my order to regular round pizza it arrive over cooked and cold. It was not a great experience.

I did not get my whole order. What was delivered was already cold and soggy.I attempted 13 phone calls but was hung up on instantly. I drove back to the store and because I did not have a receipt I was given NO REFUND even though I took back what food was delivered. I am out $37.00 and had to go find dinner somewhere else after more than an hour and a half of fooling with a poorly managed staff. I want my money back.

The more I have Pizza Hut, the more Ive been loving it. This location does a great job with just about anything I order & is usually very fast. The sauce on the Detroit style pizza is outstanding.

If I could give 0 stars I would , I have tried time and time again to order from here and EVERY time they mess up my order to where it isn t even remotely close to what I ordered. And I have tried to call the store and the order line so many times it s ridiculous all they do is hang up on me. They don t care to fix the problem. Worst service EVER!!!
