Hello Domino s well first let me say Your the winner I bought a pizza from your location but I also bought another one from competitor , which I will not mention any names. I can say taste of both pizza You re the winner. I order the same from the other place The NY Pizza same toppings the same way. The taste of the pizza wow it s amazing. The sauce right on point. The baking just perfect. The flavor of the pizza explosion in your mouth. My reason for me to do this is to show my family how why I love your pizza. And price was perfect for the budget. Disappointed. Ordered 2 pizzas and a stuffed cheese bread. 1 pizza was cold, 1 pizza was wrong, the bread was wrong, and 2 dipping sauces were missing. Online complaint form gives coupon or points. I chose points but not real confident on ordering from here again. I hate leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately, this isnt the first time weve had issues. Based on the other reviews, perhaps this location needs better management.

Racists employees. Ive always had issues here. came to pick up my 4 boxes of pizza one time and I barely had the money for it. So I did not leave a tip. Keep in mind I picked up my pizza. The employee opened the door for the white customer that left a tip. The minute I got my pizza and didnt tip the guy let go of the door and saw me struggling to open the door with 4 boxes of pizza in hand. Dont come here,go to papa Johns which is only less than 1 mile away.

I havent ordered from this dominoes in almost a year and I couldnt remember why, so when I saw they were having a 1/2 off special I ordered. I quickly remember why I deleted my dominoes account...worst customer service Ive experienced. I made my order online and after 30 minutes of no update, I checked and it was so being prepared, but even baking yet. Mind you, this is a Thursday afternoon. I called the store and the associate stated, yeah, were busy. the app said it would be another 68 minutes. I canceled my order and the associate just said ok, cool. I remembered that the last time I ordered it took over 1.5 hours and the entire order was wrong. I called the store and the associate told me they would make me the correct pizza but I would need to come pick it up because they were too busy to re-deliver. What a joke this dominos is. Ill just stick with papa Johns theyre reliable, quick, and taste better.

Took over two hours to arrive and then had hardly and cheese on it. This is after I had called and they completely dismissed me and said they had to remake the pizza. The driver left the store at 7:45 and arrived at my home less than 15 minutes away @ 8:45. I tried to call back and let them know there was no cheese on the pizza and they hung up on me.

Seriously I ordered one medium pizza and a brownie using my coupons and it took them 1 hour just to make the pizza and after that I had to wait another 20 minutes just to get it delivered when I am 5 minutes away from the store. Absolutely the WORST Dominos ever!! Staff is beyond rude! I attempted to call to advise of a problem with my order, I was greeted with a horrible attitude and hung up on. I decided to call back and was placed on hold. I finally drove to the location, still on hold, only to be met with more attitudes and an unfriendly manager and staff. My pizza was replaced only to see a bunch of unmelted butter/grease in the box with the pizza. I asked for napkins and was met with more sighs, eyerolls, and anger. I was handed the napkins but you would think I asked them for something personal with the attitudes I was given. I will NEVER frequent this Dominos again! Ive been coming here for the past five years. This by far, is the WORST staff thats ever worked here. This place is just HORRIBLE!

UPDATE 28 Feb 2023: Everything about my previous review has been resolved for the last two orders. Each time they were prompt with delivery and the food was accurate and hot. Great job! Ordered two pizzas online and the wait was supposed to be 48~58 minutes. The order status was mixed with the pizzas in and out of the oven then sitting in quality check for another 30 minutes. With it was out for delivery it finally made it to our house an hour late and cold.

I walked into the store today to order 3 pizzas, no one noticed me standing at the counter, I noticed an older man getting ready to cut a cooked pizza. Aug 24 22 Ordered today and all the food was undercooked or raw and cold chicken. HORRIBLE. Completely inedible. 2 orders of bread knots - NOT EVEN COOKED. Raw and nasty. Not only is this location extremely unprofessional but they lack basic customer service skills. I went there on Thursday 7/23 to pick up my order. I was not greeted and waited in line for my order. Well a woman had been there for over 30 minutes and she was missing items in her order. Well the person handling the front basically argued with the manager about how many times he asked the cook to remake the customers order. This was done in front of all the customer waiting in the lobby. The next thing that happened, sealed the deal on why I will never come back to this Dominos. The guy handling the front notices a customer and says I think your order is ready and allowed her to skip the rest of us who were already waiting in line. He greets her with warm pleasantries and she pays for her food and leaves. I then walk up to the register because clearly there is a line and I was skipped, not sure for what reason, but I do feel like the color of my skin played a part in that. I get up to the front, still not greeted and was asked for my name. Provided my name and he came back with my food and not a single word was said. I have never felt this way before and it s unfortunate because my family loves dominos, but will not be back after this experience.

Haven t had issues the past three times I ve ordered but this time 4 of my 7 guests got sick from the pizza/wings, one of the two caused this. Stomach ache and diarrhea. Even with angry patrons coming in to complain and yell and cuss at him, he held his cool, gave the proper information to the individuals while also making food at the same time. He still completed my order personally and made sure everyone was taken care of that was waiting in store. Every time I order from the store it is on time and everything is usually Made well. It only takes one time to lose a customer made the wrong pizza took back to the store and get a refund and wait for our correct pizza to be made. Only to have the most under cooked pizza I ve ever gotten from this place. You pickup the slice and everything falls off what a freaking mess. Ordered online for hotspot delivery at the Shell located on 276 by Southern Junction. Shows delivery been 6:14 - 6:22pm. I got to the location a little early and waited... and waited and waited. Finally after 7pm I decide to call and 30 minds holding without ever getting an answer. While holding the driver calls, hes at the wrong location and will head my way. He brings the wrong order. I drive to Dominos, walk in and I canceled my order. He asked if Id like him to fix me something but I declined. I let him know I understand and appreciate the offer. I feel bad for the employees because theyre short staffed but Id appreciate the courtesy of knowing the realistic time my order will be delivered. So 2 hours after the order should have arrived I drove through Jack in the Box. I was tired after being on my feet working all day just to go through this. I hope things improve soon.

everything tasted OK . I did have kind of a complaint on the wings that I received ,for one I chose it under the $5.99 and no matter how I put it it charged me $6.99 so why advertise it for $5.99 if you can get it for that price the other thing is do they not toss the wings anymore ? We placed a large order and it was accurate. The pizza tracker option was incorrect as our order was done, but, it showed that it was still being prepared. Everything was good and, the price was decent. We ordered lots of the $5.99 items. I like that they offer salads, pasta and sandwiches because I have a picky eater who does not like melted cheese. When I got to the restaurant for my order, it was ready and waiting. I guess I underestimated how much I ordered because when all the items were placed on the counter, I realized there was no way I could carry everything myself! So, the young guy working there offered to help me bring my items out. I really appreciated that and feel that he went above and beyond! I failed to get his name, but, I picked up my large order around 6:15. I hope he will be recognized for his service! I will certainly order from here again!

Spent 30 minutes trying to order. Online was unavailable so I called and the automated system wouldnt work so I got a person, person couldnt get order to go through so they transferred me to the store. Store never answered so I called again and told them what happened. Then I had to go through the whole process again (same result) next person called the store and I was told they couldnt get ahold of anyone so they must be closed. If you arent open during business hours you should have a recording that says so or at the very least make sure the people taking orders know that your location is closed.

This dominos REFUSES to answer the phone! Of the 6 times i have tried to call this dominos to either place an order or to tell them that i had arrived for curbside pickup they never answered the phone. One of these times i was waiting on the phone for 10 minutes for someone to pick up and i decided to go inside while the phone was still ringing. When i get inside there were no other customers in there the phone was ringing on the wall and an employee was sitting there on their personal cell phone leaning on the counter by the register. Dont bother calling this location because i would be willing to bet they wont pick up.

Don t eat here. Service is horrible. Service standards for Personal Hygiene is suspect. The store is the most unorganized pizza joint I have experienced and many of their employee dress/look sloppy to the point where I question if my food was even properly handled. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, because they don t value you as a customer and don t know how to run this place efficiently or effectively. I visited Sunday night after ordering a single topping pizza for carry out. My order was confirmed and began being prepped at 7:39. After 45min of no update I went to the store expecting that they forgot to update the tracker. Only to find out my pizza was awhile away from being made... If the store says they are making the pizza, then that s what they should be doing...they don t have but 1 person making pizzas on a Sunday night dinner rush. On another note, while at the store, at least 3 customers had to come pickup there orders due to the store exceeding there delivery timeframe. Get your act together dominos. I will not be returning even with a free pizza on my account.

Ordered many times from this location. Never had a negative experience. Pizza has always arrived warm. They definitely have high expectations. We live a little ways away and they sincerely apologize for being a couple of minutes late from the projected time. It s a 15 minute drive here. I m impressed they deliver as quickly as they do!
